Jurassic Park 4 (Stage 1: Brainstorming)

Well, now that it was reported that Mr. Steven Spielberg is working on project Jurassic Park 4, we can have renewed hope on the continuation of the franchise JP.
The vital question now is: How long will it take to turn this Brainstorming in a script?
Within a month or two Spielberg must disclose the progress of the project JP4. For if it does not make this the project can be forgotten again.
And more one question: Does in this brainstorming of Spielberg the great idea mentioned for Joe Johnston for JP4 is being considered?

Captain America debuts in July and Joe Johnston will be available to work on other projects.
Or is there a chance of the Spielberg take on the position of Director of JP4?

I'd written a second part of an openingscene of JPIV it had some images of a guy going for a run in a forest, then he runs out to this clearing and we some Apatosaurus walking on the other side of the river. Then the camera pans up and we see the overview of the park with some more dinosaurs. I wish we could go back to that themepark feeling...but a lot bigger this time...

despite being old and cynical I still think there is mileage in a Jurassic Park. Much of what made the books so thrilling was missing or skipped over in the movies. The urgency for Grant to get back to the visitors centre was to warn the ship about the sto-away raptors that Timmy had seen. The eggshells found in the park proved that they were breeding. This all ties in with the science and makes it all relevant. In the movie - Grant finds the eggshells and we all have a smile because life found a way. At no point in the story did the fact that other "unaccounted for" raptors were running around the park before the known raptors were accidentally released from their enclosure. It was a plot line that was nothing but a dead end.
Also I hope that if Mr Spielberg does direct he will try for once to avoid having flying T Rexes. In JP it hovered over the canyon before breaking through the fence and about 10 minutes later drop kicked the jeep over the same clifftop it had just appeared from, and in the Lost World both Rexes approach from the distance behind the trailer where Nick and Sarah were fixing the Baby Rex - this was the back of the trailer adjacent to the clifftop NOT the engine part which faces the road.. If the T Rexes insist on hovering over cliffs at least stick a bloody propeller on their heads!
