Universal Planning Big JP Themed "Islands of Adventure" Expansion?
Apparently while we were all depressed thinking JP wasn't going anywhere over the last year or so, those sneaky Universal bastards have been doing JP things in secret (see below): Now according to Florida theme-park fansite OrlandoUnited.com, Universal is planning two new JP rides at their signature Orlando theme park Islands of Adventure, including a "Discovery Center Dark Ride" that would mimic the JP tour Hammond takes the scientists on in the first film, as well as a "Amber Mine Rollercoaster". In addition a "Camp Jurassic" for the kids is planned, as well as new food and beverage options. Check out the full post for the details.
