Spielberg Says JP Might be a Good Candidate for 3D Retrofitting
This Moviefone.com chat with Spielberg brings up an interesting subject: the idea that JP might one day be "retrofitted" and re-released in 3D theaters. "The only movie that I would ever even consider retrofitting is the first 'Jurassic Park'," he says. "I think would look pretty spectacular in 3D." JP would seem to be an obvious choice for 3D conversion, especially after conversions of Star Wars and Titanic have both been announced to be hitting 3D theaters in 2012. Of course the retrofitting process will never be as good as a movie shot originally in 3D but perhaps that is too much to ask.... (Thanks Dennis)
