The Quest of Stillwater Lake. By underdog738
The forest trees hung over the road like old men, bent and crooked and in their many leafed boughs there were birds of many sorts, all colourfil and lively and they sang songs loud and shrill. Bushes shrowded the road and stalked its way, dropping beneath its finger leaves, the berries of distant lands. Xanax went on behind his leads who hummed to the tune of birds and soon they broke into song and sung merrily:
A road that lead away yonder, where adventure strays and dangers loom, and a pair of feet or more can tarry on without a single blunder.
The Rivers run strong, the birds sing songs, and the treetops dance in the wind.
Butterflies shy, Foxes sly, and the Horses eat some!
Away on this little road, where the shadows never go, is the adventure we desire, rekindled like a fire. And forever let this stay aflame, if forever the little road lasts.
Xanax was having such a joyous time that he found himself adding a quite, "Hope it doesn't" to the final verse.
