THE SAINTS II
The LONG AWAITED CHAPTER 5
“Do you really think any of the others survived?” said Dax.
“I really hope so.” Icebreaker looked at Maela, she had tears rolling down her eyes.
“Maela, you guys are the Saints, they had to have gotten out. They had to have.” Said Icebreaker.
“I don’t know. They were still in the building.” She said, sniffing.
Icebreaker looked back at the wreckage. Four of Samnian’s men were headed towards them.
“We have to get out of here.” Said Dax.
“Just a minute.” Said Ice looking down. “I’ve got a Claymore on me.”
He set the claymore holding it down with a position. The guards stepped up to Icebreaker.
“You come with us now.”
Icebreaker looked at them… he sat there for a second and then said, “No.” He slid the claymore towards them and it blew out all four of the men’s legs. They dropped to the ground, bloodied up legs that they couldn’t stand on.
Dax walked over to them. “Sorry, we’re all out of ‘coming with you now.’”
He fired at all of them with his D-2384K. “C’mon, let’s get out of here.”
As they walked through all the wreckage they were silent. They just walked back towards Dan’s Jp3 Page.
And then they saw it. Eight figures walking towards them.
Maela squinted her eyes. “Yes!” She ran towards them. Dax and Ice followed her.
The Saints were there. All of them. Yola, Ghustan, Jackal, Perseus, Andrian, Fostellin, Hack and Giant. Maela gave them all a hug. “What happened? How did you get out?”
“Does it really matter? There’s nothing here to celebrate right now. We survived, so what, we always survive. We have a problem.”
“What?”
“Samnian has begun attacking Dan’s Jp3 Page. UFX has fled its grounds and we can’t find them anywhere.
“We have to get to Dan, and we still have to save Raptorhunter22.” Said Ghustan.
“We can do it. We all can.” Said Icebreaker. “We will stop this war before it begins. Ooh Rah!” He shouted.
The Saints stood together along with Dax and Icebreaker. It was now a reality, no more preparing, this was it, the final fight. And it was just beginning.
