Ben The Flooder Slayer - Episode 2x09 - Hatred

DANSVILLE – EXT. SETH’S CRYPT – NIGHTTIME
PARA approaches, looking to her left and right, trying to avoid being seen incase…
She opens the crypt door and slides in, closing it quickly.
INT. SETH’S CRYPT
She stands gazing, looking for SETH.
Seth approaches her.
Seth: Fancy finding you here.
Para: Yeah, well I needed something, that I think only you can give me.
Seth: Something your boyfriend can’t do?
Para: Oh, definitely.
Para grabs Seth’s shoulders. She embraces him and starts to kiss him.
Seth pulls off, a little out of breath…
Seth: Why can’t his women get more pissed off?
Para: Just shut up and kiss me.
EXT. BEN’S HOUSE – DAYTIME
INT. BEN’S HOUSE – Kitchen
JOAN SUMMERS is making French toast. BEN SUMMERS walks into the kitchen.
Ben: Mom?
Joan: Yes?
Ben: Where were you?
Joan: I can’t remember. Isn’t that funny?
Ben: Oh, just makes me laugh.
They look at each other.
Joan: What is it, honey?
Ben: Mom…I need to tell you something.
Joan: I know, I know…you’re out of college because you were dying from the exams and stuff, your friend Tara told me.
Ben [under breath]: It wasn’t the exams that did it…
Joan: What was that, dear?
Ben: Oh nothing.
The doorbell rang.
Ben: I’ll get it.
INT. BEN’S HOUSE – FRONT FOYER
Ben opened the door. Becky was holding ICE with a knife to his throat.
Becky: Do you want me to do this in front of you?
Ben: Oh my god! You psychopath what are you doing?
Becky: Where is he?
Ben: Who?
Becky: Rivvir.
Ben: You know as well as I do. What do you need him for?
Becky: Your hiding him from me…
Ben: You can do nothing more with him.
[OFF] Joan: Ben? I’m running out to my car real quick. I forgot something.
The sound of the back door being slammed perked Becky’s attention.
Becky: Perhaps I can find an easier way to persuade you…
Becky dropped Ice. Ice fell unconscious. She started to walk backwards, but Ben dove out from his foyer and tackled Becky down to the ground. Mind you, they were a little higher because the porch head steps…
EXT. BEN’S HOUSE – FRONT YARD
Becky moaned as Ben landed on top of her.
Ben: This is it…I’ve had it with you meddling with my life.
Becky: I haven’t even begun.
After struggling with each other and rolling around, Ben still remained on top, holding Becky down.
Becky: Darkness falls and we all call; I send thee the darkest of all.
LIGHTNING
The bright sunny day was easily turned dark and stormy. Lightning was striking wild as the sound of Thunder progressed. Nine bolts of lightning swirled around Ben’s yard. A huge creature appeared.
Ben: What the hell is that thing?
Becky: A diversion…
Becky vanished, as did the Demon.
EXT. BECKY’S CASTLE – SAME DAY
INT. BECKY’S THRONE ROOM
Becky kneels before an IMAGE OF A MAN with the face of a flooder, with a cape.
Man: All is going to plan.
Becky: Yes, my master.
Man: We shall find this boy and kill him.
Becky: The boy is hidden. The Slayer has hidden him from me.
Man: I am not concerned about hiding places. Find me this boy. The son of the Slayer will not stand in our way.
Becky: Yes my master…
She bowed her head and the figure disappeared.
GLASS and FALCON GLICK were watching from a distance.
Falcon: What did you get us into you idiot?
Glass: Why is this my fault?
Falcon: You bring back the greatest warrior of all and then you conjure Hell Spawn to take over? Brilliant idea. She over throws me and takes my place as leader? I won’t stand for it.
Glass: Sir, with all do respect, I wouldn’t bother her right now.
Falcon: She’s going to get a piece of my mind.
Glass: Sir…
Falcon: Well, good point. She is much more powerful than me. We have to get rid of her.
Glass: How?
Falcon: I don’t know and I don’t care…but I will not put up with her anymore.
Becky appears from behind.
Becky: Why wait?
The two look at each other, then behind them to see her standing there. Becky thrusts her hands out and lightning flies from them. Becky has now been engulfed by all evil.
FADE OUT TO OPENING CREDITS
BEN THE FLOODER SLAYER
Ben punches a flooder – Ben running – Ben, Ice and Tara in a graveyard, fighting flooders – Ben spins around and kicks a flooder into an exposed tree branch, the flooder explodes into dust – [Starring Beno_yo] Ben pulls his wooden stake back towards his head, ready to strike
Para sitting with her feet propped on a desk – Ben and Para hugging – Para pulling out her stun gun - Para ramming a stake through Seth’s heart [Para_Girl] Para and Ben Kiss
Tara and Mandy sitting facing each other, doing a spell – Tara fixing her hair – Tara leaps into Ben’s arms and kisses him – [Aussie_Embryo] Tara and Mandy kiss.
Ice and Ben standing in a graveyard, flooders attack as Ice kicks one away – Ice rams a sword through a demon – Ice gives Anya a ring – [Icebreaker] Ice punches Seth to the ground.
Seth and Ben sitting in his crypt – Seth punches a flooder, who in turn punches him back – [Seth Rex] Seth smiles.
Anya counting the register at the magic box – Anya talking to Para and showing her pictures of dresses, Anya and Ice kiss, [JurassicChic31] Anya’s vengeance demon face.
Brad reading a book, and then looking up – Brad standing outside of a grave with Ben – Brad on a stage, grabbing the microphone [and Brad as Brad Giles] Brad pushes his glasses up to his face.
~COMMERICAL~
INT. TARA AND MANDY’S APPARTMENT – SAME DARK DAY.
Clothes are scattered all over the place. TARA and MANDY lay in bed with each other, caressing each other. They look outside and see how dark it is.
Tara: Crummy day.
Mandy: For sure.
Tara waved her hand and the darkness fell away.
Mandy: Wow. I had no idea you were that advanced in the craft.
Tara: Well I wasn’t, but I found this book. It used to be Becky’s.
Mandy: Your using a God book of spells?
Tara: Not really, it kind of took inside of me. It gave me these powers.
Mandy: So you’re like a mega witch?
Tara: I guess…you know those movies we were watching last night?
Mandy: Star Wars?
Tara: Yeah…I feel like that Luke Skywalker…brand new powers and the knowledge that I have to destroy the dark side…
Mandy: But I don’t think Becky’s your mother…
The two laughed.
INT. BECKY’S CASTLE – DAY
Becky looks around. She notices the day changed from gloomy to nice.
Becky: How in the hell did that happen?
Falcon: I have no idea, your highness.
Becky turns to Falcon and Glass, who are locked in a cage.
Becky: You two shut up.
Glass: Yes, your highness.
INT. SETH’S CRYPT – DAY
Para rolls over on the bed. Seth lies there looking at her. Para rolls back over as she examines Seth.
Seth: What was this about?
Para: I had to prove something to myself.
Seth: Let me guess, Ben isn’t doing it for you?
Para: He is, but he just doesn’t care about me the way I do for him. He’s just so busy like I’m an inconvenience.
Seth: Your not. You are if you think you are, but your not.
Para: Hah. Tell him that.
Seth: He’s been busy with this whole Becky thing.
Para: Oh god. That’s another name I don’t even want to hear.
Seth: Becky?
Para: Yeah…that bitch, she’s doing it because she’s jealous.
Seth: Nah…she’s just a pain in the ass. You didn’t deal with her when she was alive.
Para: I did a few times…me and John…[she realizes something] Oh shit!
Seth: What is it?
Para: I completely forgot!
Para gets out of the bed rummaging around looking for her clothes and throwing them on.
Seth: It’s cold out there…here.
He throws her his coat.
Para: Thanks.
Para slides her jeans on, and then throws her shirt on without buttoning it. After throwing her shirt on, she throws the coat on. Walking out of the crypt she buttons up the shirt.
EXT. GRAVEYARD
Para walks through the graveyard, buttoning her clothes. She starts to run off towards the college.
INT. MAGIC BOX
ANYA stands behind the counter. BRAD GILES looks up at her.
Brad: Anya, you don’t have to be here.
Anya: Why would I stay home? So I can sulk in the sadness that is my life?
Brad: Anya, I’m truly sorry that happened, I’m sure he didn’t mean it like that.
Anya: Oh no, you males never mean it in any way aside to hurt us women.
Brad: I’m not giving you any suggestions, but I need Anya here. So if that means Anyanka needs to pull some vengeance, then so be it.
Anya: Brad! You’re a genius. I’ll make Ice suffer so incredibly bad.
Anya smiled evilly.
~COMMERCIAL~
EXT. ANYA AND ICE’S APPARTMENT – EARLY EVENING
Ice sat in his living room. He was sulking in all the worries of the world, while drinking away his own problems. The door to the apartment flew open.
Ice looked to see what the commotion was.
Anya walked through the door.
Ice: Anya?
Anya: Yes, honey?
Ice: Anya!
Ice got up and ran to her. Anya threw her hand out and Ice was frozen in his movement.
Ice: An, honey, what are you doing?
Anya’s face changed from her normal beautiful face to her Vengeance Demon face.
Anya: Do you have any idea of how much pain I’m feeling?
Ice: Not nearly as much as mine.
Anya: Oh right…your so crushed because you left me.
Ice: I –
Anya: You left me, Ice. You left me at the altar.
Ice: Anya, I’m so sorry.
Anya: But no, instead of saying “Hey, why don’t we hold off, again” you just ditch me? I loved you so much, but when you left me, I realized how much pig you men are.
Ice looked at Anya, still froze.
Anya: I wish you would turn into a woman…feel the pain that us women feel.
Ice looked at her. Anya looked back, confused.
Anya: Hmm.
She thought for a second.
Anya: I wish your stomach would explode from the inside and then the rest of you.
Anya released Ice, as fell back into the couch. He clinched his stomach.
Anya: Is it hurting?
Ice: Yes…you have no idea.
Anya: Wonderful.
Ice: My stomach is turning in knots because I’m an idiot. I’m sorry.
Anya: What’s wrong with me? You should have exploded by now.
Ice looked at her. Anya’s face changed back to normal. Anya headed out the door.
Ice ran after her, yelling her name.
INT. BEN’S HOUSE – BEN’S BEDROOM
Ben was throwing his patrolling outfit on…black trench coat, black pants, black shirt and black boots.
Joan opened the door.
Joan: Where are you going?
Ben: I go out every night.
Joan: Like that?
Ben: Mom…I need to tell you something.
Joan: Shoot.
Ben: This is going to sound very odd…
Joan: Probably not, odd is an every day occurrence here.
Ben: I’m a Flooder Slayer.
Joan: Oh…that’s nice.
Ben: I stop the world for the terror that is Flooders…keeping the peace?
Joan: Battle any demons?
Ben: Once and a while.
Joan: Okay…just as long as you’re stopping the demons. What about Vampires?
Ben: Different territory. I can stop them too, but that’s someone else’s job.
Joan: Don’t get hurt.
Ben: I won’t.
Joan started to walk out.
Ben: Mom?
She poked her head back in.
Joan: Yes?
Ben: I love you.
Joan walked to Ben and hugged him. She kissed his forehead.
Joan: I love you too, son.
INT. BECKY’S CASTLE – NIGHT
Becky walks in front of Falcon, twirling the key to the gate.
Becky: I want you to take out Mandy Rosenberg.
Falcon: To what? Dinner?
Becky: You’re a real freaking riot you know that? No you twit, take her out as in kill her. With her out of the way, Tara will be so much stronger and darker. She could easily be seduced to our ways…
Glass: Do you really think she would turn on Ben?
Becky: Why not? I did.
Glass: Your highness, this is an innocent life.
Becky: So? Are you trying to tell me you two can’t take out a freaking bitchy girl? Fine. I’ll do it myself.
Becky snapped her fingers and was dressed in all black, including a cloak. She stormed out of her castle.
Glass: This is bad…real bad.
~COMMERICAL~
Ben walked the sidewalks of downtown Dansville, trying to find anything disturbing. It was a quiet night. Ben was surprised. He saw a black coat that looked so familiar. He ran up behind it and noticed that it was Para’s hair pulled back, a little out of style.
Ben: Para?
The figure stopped. Para turned around.
Para: Baby!
Para ran up to Ben and give him a kiss.
Ben: Why do you have Seth’s coat?
Para: Oh…I was patrolling last night and he bumped into me and said it was cold so I should take it. So I did…I’m just now returning it.
Ben: The graveyard is this way. [Points behind him.]
Para: I was going to get him some pig’s blood for being so nice.
Ben: This isn’t like you…and this is Seth…you hate him.
Para: I know…it was just a nice thing…a friendly gesture…so I’ll return it.
Ben: Okay…well I have to stop out to Tara and Mandy’s.
Para: See you later?
Ben: Definitely.
They kiss and walk away.
INT. TARA AND MANDY’S APPARTMENT
Mandy walks to the living room, waiting for Tara to get back.
The door busts open as Becky walks in.
Mandy: What do you want?
Becky: You…
Becky moves her hands and Mandy goes in the direction Becky’s hands go. Becky releases her against the wall. Mandy is hurting. Mandy screams.
EXT. SIDEWALK BELOW
Ben looks up.
Ben: Mandy?
Ben focuses. He jumps and is guided into the air. He lands on the balcony of Tara and Mandy’s apartment. Ben jumps through the glass. He punches Becky, but she throws Mandy up as a shield. Mandy suffers through many punches by Ben. Mandy falls to the ground bloody and beaten. Becky floats above Ben.
Becky: My power is greater than yours…
Ben: You are evil.
Becky: You’ll see how evil I can be. I’m the bitch from Hell.
Becky disappears.
Ben holds Mandy.
Ben: Oh god…Mandy? Mandy? Talk to me baby.
Mandy is motionless. Ben feels for a heartbeat.
Nothing.
Tara walks up the stairs.
Ben hears the key go into the hole. Ben darts out the balcony and jumps to the ground. He lands through a dumpster.
He gets out and runs away.
INT. TARA AND MANDY’S APPARTMENT
Tara: Hey baby. I’m home!
Tara walks around the corner and sees the glass sliding doors smashed out.
Tara: Oh my god!
Her eyes wander down further and see Mandy laying on the ground.
Tara cuddles Mandy.
Tara: Baby? Baby? Wake up. I’m home. Come on wake up.
Tara started to swell from tears.
She kissed Mandy and then she looked up…her eyes were filled with blackness, then they glowed with red.
