    Extinction
    By ToNy tHe T-ReX

This is an excellent novel in the making. It's 90 pages long as of now---I wasnt thinking of posting it yet, but within all 90 pages, there isn't any dinosaur action. Believe me, when the action starts, it is awesome, and it's stuff that you haven't seen before---totally original and miraculous stuff going on, but for here, I'm just going to give you a short summary of the story. I REALLY WANT YOU TO TELL ME WHAT YOU THINK---GIVE LONG, IN-DEPTH COMMENTS. Enjoy. . .

—ALMOST TEN YEARS after the Isla Nublar incident.

    SHORT, BASIC SUMMARY:

IAN MALCOLM is now doing lectures at the Santa-Fe Institute, now believing that the EDGE OF CHAOS, the name of his new lecture for that summer, brought about the extinction of dinosaurs. He simply says that the edge of chaos is a zone where the old and the new are constantly at war . . . And that a species must find a perfect balancing point. If too far, a species can become rigid, and frozen . . . If too close, a species will fall apart, and collapse into an anarchy . . . But in the process, New World Paleontologist Richard Levine gets Dr. Malcolm's attention... He somehow finds out that there are ABERRANT FORMS popping up around Costa-Rica. Malcolm--wanting nothing to do with it, tells Dr. Levine about BILLY BRENNAN. A paleontologist who works on DR. ALAN GRANT'S dig site, In Hell Creek Montana. Malcolm says that Billy Brennan did not know the whole story of Jurassic Park, and was probably curious . . .

Billy Brennan is scarred by his accident of Isla Sorna. Leaving his leg battered from a torn ligament, and shattered bone. He had graduated from college, and long worked on Dr. Grant's crew.

The EPA contacts Dr. Grant about an operation going on with BIOSYN. He told Dr. Grant—who now accepts sixty thousand a year from the company—that the company had been shipping several gene-sequencing-super computers to somewhere in Costa-Rica.

Grant ignores the man, not caring, and continues on with what he has to do...

Billy remains curious, as he is then contacted by his now good friend Richard Levine, and is confronted by his excitement for his new theories.

A SAMPLE IS FOUND BY A VACATIONING MAN IN PUNTA-RENAS. The man is found dead, and bloodstained with seven bullet wounds in his back. The site where the sample was found was de-contaminated. The incident with the tourist was covered up—no one knows what happened to him . . .

A SCUMMY REPORTER goes to Costa-Rica to get a scoop on the missing person case.

Billy and Marty Guitierrez travel to the site on the beaches of Costa-Rica. They find the body, though uniformed men in a white helicopter mysteriously attack them, and they are held back as the corpse was burnt to a pile of ash, and burnt again until it the sand around it was black.

MYTERIOUS DISEASE ATTACKING RURAL FARMERS IN COSTA-RICA. UNEXPLAINED.... Until later....

Richard Levine hired Jack Thorne to build Fielding Equipment for their expedition. Thorne constructs Electric Modified Super-Vehicles for them to take on the trip. The sky is the limit—due to Levine's extremely large bank account.

Levine contacts Ian Malcolm to give him a chaotic analysis on a chart, given to him by Dr. Alan Grant. The chart being an old remnant from Isla Nublar—of the Infant Dinosaur Mortality in the park. Ian Malcolm concludes that Dinosaurs definitely got off of the island, and that a new disease rose among them, could be affecting the farmers in Costa-Rica.

Levine begs for Malcolm to join them on the trip—to prove his theories of The Edge of Chaos. Malcolm ultimately refuses, and agrees to maintain constant radio contact with the team on their expedition . . .

BioSyn hears about the Aberrant Forms in Costa-Rica. Lewis Dodgson is given one, last, and final chance to acquire the animals. He sends the spy ED JAMES, to follow Malcolm, Levine, and the other group of scientists to determine information.

BioSyn stages a small expedition, consisting of six or seven men. They decide to kidnap Henry Wu, geneticist of Jurassic Park—to lead them along on the expedition. Scummy reporter Jerry Finch follows the expedition, getting the information from spy Ed James. Once getting to the location, a terrible fate awaits him....

Billy has a sample from the corpse analyzed.

    BILLY SOON DISAPPEARS.

Levine, Thorne, and Malcolm investigate his whereabouts.

They stumble upon a shrine of Old Jurassic Park Equipment in a locked door of his apartment, even having one of the Jurassic Park Computers at a desk.

Levine's nephew converts a memo written to Dr. Henry Wu, from the secret code into normal readable language... The memo gives information on another Nesting Grounds . .

Malcolm uses his chaotic theory and knowledge to find that the location is volcanic, and that the satellite pictures that Billy has posted in his apartment are volcanic, and that the sample analyzed had burns from volcanic gases on the skin. Determining that the island had to be volcanic.

Levine, Thorne, Tommy—Thorne's engineer, and Rebecca O'Malley set out to the location, to find Billy, who is already there, and to find out the true history behind Jurassic Park... And they discover a lot more was going on than what John Hammond stated. The BioSyn team, and Levine's team meet, and with the BioSyn team there, the only threat to Billy and the rest is not just dinosaurs. BioSyn has no problem with taking lives to get what they want... And when things clash and go sour. Everything goes haywire... And Something Unexpected... Is Encountered....
