    Fury of the Allosaurus-Chapter 1
    By Spinoboy11

The jungle awaits a beast that is the largest carnivore of its time...38 feet long...9 feet at the hips...2 tons...the Allosaurus was the perfect predator...speed...power...large...the three needs of a deadly theropod.

Now comes a legacy about this beast and a few mistaken F.B.I. agents...

(EXT:Jungle...Unknown area around the Cook Islands...Unknown time...)

The paradise was clear, the wind was calm, the sun was blazing across the horizon, the tides were low...an excellent day in this "island from hell."

A herd of Apatosaurus was grazing throught the dense jungle...the ground shook beneath these giant mountains of flesh. The herd was heading for their destination--their original water source.

All they didn't know...in the heavy trees...they were being watched.

A pair of Allosaurus was stalking the Apatosaurus herd, seeking out the young, sick, or weak. One of the giant sauropods had a severe laceration on the side of its chest from an attack from a carnivore. Being so weak, it strayed away from the group.

The allosaurs' mouths dripped with saliva, they needed food fast. The predators locked their eyes on their target...and attacked in absolute rage. The Apatosaurus was unaware of the danger that was coming some 100 feet away. It was too tired and weak, it couldn't react. The allosaurs pounced on top of the helpless animal. The apatosaur wailed as it was torn apart. The allosaurs fed on the still warm carcass. The big one let out a roar of victory.

    (EXT:F.B.I. office;Chicago, Illinois;11:23 a.m.)

"Get me some information about case B-35 immediately," yelled Sergeant Raymond Hicks. "Yes, sir," replied Lieutenant Craig O'Neill. Hicks shouted out, "Carlson, go downtown with Jordan. There's someone who just stole from Rob's Store and is shooting at anyone who come's near him."

"I'm on it, sir," replied Carlson. O'Neill caught up with Hicks. "Here's the B-35, sir," said O'Neill. "There's been spotted an unindentified object on this little strech of land by the Cook Islands," said Hicks. "Who spotted it," immediately replied O'Neill. "Some guy who was flying from China to Houston, he said it moved quickly," responded Hicks.

"Let's go over their and find out," said O'Neill. "No, let's wait and see what turns up," said Hicks.
