Halo: The 4 Arrows prologue

It is the year 2350. The race known as the Flood controlles everything, and everyone, and the forerunners were running out of time. They had only 1 year left to complete the ultimate weapon that would save the universe before the Flood was going to completely destroy all life. The forerunners were a brave race known to most species as the Gontalites.They were the only ones brave enough to fight back at the Flood. The Gontalites looked mostly Human, except they had long spiked tails, with 3 eyes and green lizard-like skin.They were the ones who controlled the outer rim of the Satax Nebula. In other words, no one gets out, and no one gets in without the Gontalites knowing about it.
The flood on the other hand are a race of flesh eating zombies, devouring anything that they cross traveling the Nebulas. The Gontalites were the only race able to withold the flood, for awhile. They were the ones that figured out how to stop them, with a weapon called Halo. It was going to be built in a safe uninhabited Nebula known as the Sateye Nebula, off of a planet called Coraxent, so as not to be found.
Halo was built to destroy every living thing within the universe in order to starve the flood so they couldn't reach other dimensions. Unfortunately, the Flood found out about Halo and were on a direct route to the Gontalite homeworld. The Gontalites knew of the planned raid on them, so they began to prepare. Not many races of aliens wanted to help, but a few brave armies agreed to help, including the Armarons, Daxxonas, and Trontans. The Armarons were an Ape-like species, using two legs but 4 arms. The Daxxonas were a dinosaur like species, but with usable arms for weapon usage. And finally the Trontans, a flying species with 3 legs, 6 arms, and 2 wings. They had bird like heads and razor sharp teeth. Not really a band of warriors you wanted to meet up with.
Together the 4 species would fight the Flood in time for the Halo to be completed. This group of races would come to be known as The 4 Arrows, and the main Flood fleet are getting closer every second...
