Triassic Park

I've been writing this since March of 2001. I haven't worked on it in over a year though... maybe i'll start writing the rest again... I'll edit this FanFic when I create new chapters...
THE MURDER
John Hammond was the head of the InGen corporation for about 10 years. The Jurassic Park project back in ‘93 was a total disaster. And the public finding out about Site B was even worse. After that T-Rex incident in San Diego, InGen was striving to keep in business. Hammond wanted to keep its secrecy for the rest of Jurassic Parks business , as to InGen were still cloning dinosaurs. They created some huge dinosaurs , like the species of dinosaur Spinosaurus Aegypticus, without telling anyone.
Then one day, there was an accident at the lab on Isla Tacaño, or Triassic Park as it was known. The alpha male Velociraptor escaped and attacked John Hammond. Hammond escaped, but was very badly injured. He had lost a lot of blood and was rushed into a hospital in Costa Rica. Sadly, John Hammond died a day after he got to the hospital. There was nothing the doctors could do.
When Tim and Lex, Hammond’s grandchildren, found out what had happened, they called their uncle Donald J. Hammond. Don had rushed over to help set up plans for the funeral. Don thought that they should bury him on Isla Nublar where his first and most famous creations had been housed. There were no dinosaurs there anymore, so it was perfectly safe. A week after John Hammond’s death, they traveled to Isla Nublar to bury their loved one.

It was a Saturday morning, and Don had just woke up and left the Triassic Park hotel when he received a phone call . It was Cory Tenon who was the Vice President of InGen. Don had been chosen to lead the experimentations on the island , and make Triassic Park safer than Jurassic Park.
Don had made more safety precautions on this island. The fences had been bigger than the ones at Jurassic Park and had ended with barbed wires on the top of the fence. And luckily, the BioSyn genetics company had filed for bankruptcy and couldn’t steal the embryos of the new dinosaurs. Don went to his office to see how many dinosaurs had been living on the island so far.
Don started typing on his computer. It was a lime colored iMac with the words "InGen: we make your future" imprinted on it. A list of dinosaurs came up on the screen.

Don was shocked to see that there were dinosaurs unknown. Does this mean that there were different dinosaurs then he asked for? Don tried to see what the other dinosaurs were. He couldn't pin point any of their locations. He picked up the phone on his desk and dialed his lead cloning advisor, Mr. E. Gonzalez’s number.
“Mr.Gonzalez, why are there unknown dinosaur species coming up on my computer?” Don asked him.
“ You see, when we were in the cloning department, some of the dinosaurs DNA had gotten mixed up together sort of causing a chaos effect to the dinosaur. Just the other day, a half Ankylosaurus and a half Pteranodon had hatched out of an egg. It may have been tiny, but its tail club hurt like hell.”
“And there are 12 of these deformed dinosaurs on the island?” Don asked.
“Yes. Only 12. The computer sees them as an unknown species because we have never tagged them with our Triassic park symbol and haven’t given then an ID number.”
There was a sound at Don’s Door. “I’ll call you back. Oh, and by the way, you are fired! Destroy all of the deformed ones. Put them in the dinosaur graveyard in the Procompsognathus part of the park.”
“O.K,” the worker said in a sad tone of voice. Don hung up the phone and jumped up to get the door when it shattered to pieces. He jumped back in terror to see what was a giant dinosaur. It was a meat eater called the Dilophosaurus. The dinosaur was 20 feet long. Its giant crest opened up making a rattling noise, and the dinosaur began to spit at Don. Spit landed in his hair.
Don ran toward his desk and looked for a weapon. He grabbed a pair of scissors and stabbed the dinosaur in its side. It yelped in pain and jumped toward him. He picked up the phone to dial the Triassic Park Emergency Squad , or T.P.E.S, to save him. The dinosaur bit the phone and ripped it out of the wall.
The spitter spit again and hit Don in his left eye. He couldn’t believe it. He was blind in that eye! The spitter jumped on Don and dug its long claws into his back. His spine had been broken. As of now, he was paralyzed. He couldn’t escape. He looked at the computer to see the camera systems flashing. All of the dinosaurs had escaped.

As he watched, a Velociraptor went up to the camera and looked at it with his eye. It then broke the camera. The Spitter grabbed Don’s head in his jaws. His right arm had been ripped completely off before, and now he was going to lose his head. Its teeth were digging into his skull. He just hoped it would all end soon...

The next morning all of the Costa Rican newspapers read " DONALD J. HAMMOND KILLED IN A FREAK ACCIDENT." Although none of the newspaper staff knew what happened to him, they made up their own stories to the murder. "HAMMOND KILLED IN A HELICOPTER ACCIDENT" , "DONALD J. HAMMOND MURDERED TO DEATH AT HIS APARTMENT HOUSE" and the tabloid The Weekly World News even had a section on it. "DONALD J. HAMMOND KILLED BY FREAKISH MUTANT LIZARDS", they called it. The only people who really knew what happened were the people who worked their, but most were dead, and some weren't even found.

Alexandria Malson was reading the Virginian Pilot when she heard about the story. Malson was an undercover agent who was called early in the morning about a freak accident on Isla Tacaño. Malson was due to leave at noon on a helicopter that was supposed to pick her up on the naval air base in Virginia Beach. When she got there, her copter wasn't there yet. Malson jumped into the nearest Helicopter to find it already had a key in the ignition. She turned it on and started to fly away. The owner of the copter was a fat chubby man who had ran out of a Dunkin Doughnuts store after seeing his copter fly away, but that's a different story.
As soon as Malson reached Tacaño, She met up with her boss Adam Brooks. He looked pissed off because she was late.
"What took you so long?" he asked as she jumped out of the copter. Malson told him about the fat guy's copter. Then he gave her a piece of paper that had the mission on it
MISSION #1
WELCOME BACK AGENT 13. AS YOU MAY KNOW, DONALD J. HAMMOND WAS MURDERED HERE ON ISLA TACAÑO ON FEBRUARY 25TH. YOUR MISSION IS TO FIND THE CAUSE OF HIS DEATH , AND TO REPORT BACK TO THE STATION. HOPEFULLY YOU WILL FIND ENOUGH EVIDENCE TO HELP YOU RIGHT WHERE YOU’RE
STANDING. GOOD LUCK AGENT 13.
SIGNED, THE BOSS.
Malson met up with 3 other agents before she started her mission. They were Josh Lear, Blake Layoner, and Edgar Gonzalez . They were going to do this mission with her. They left the building when Edgar came up with a stupid joke.
"This reminds me of MTV'S Fear." He said. And not soon after he said that, they heard a terrifying roar coming from the woods nearby..
INTO THE SHADOWS
"What was that," Malson said in terror. They were looking left to right, trying to find out where the sound came from. ROAR. There it was again. That loud shrieking roar. Then Malson heard a loud scream. From a human. She turned around toward a large building, and signaled the guys to follow.
“AHHHHH”, screamed the person. Edgar ran up to the door, and kicked it down with one try.
"Hello," Edgar yelled. "Is anyone here?"
"I am. I need your help! They are back! Help me. HELP ME!!!!" screamed an unknown voice. It seemed to come from the corridor nearby. Blake ran into the nearby room. He looked in shock and yelled as little lizards were running around. Alexa heard him yell, and she ran right in. There she saw hundreds of tiny green lizards. One jumped on to Alexa’s leg. She took out a tranquilizer dart, and stabbed the little lizard with it. The lizard fell off her leg onto the floor.
Edgar picked the lizard up, and put it into a jar. It woke up inside the jar. Edgar took the dart from Malson. He started poking holes into the top of the jar. About 20 lizards jumped onto Josh Lear. He tried to shoot them all, but it was to late. The lizards pecked at him, and soon there was a stream of blood stained into the carpet.
All of the agents took out there guns and started firing at the green lizards. When they were all dead, Blake, Edgar, and Alexandria ran to the survivor. There were remnants of the lizard on him that Malson was shooting at.
"Are you O.K?" Blake asked,seeing the look of fear on the stunned persons face. Edgar then recognized the person.
"Dr Liam Arocho!"Edgar yelled in excitement. " How are you doing?" The man looked at Edgar. He felt that Edgar had asked him a very stupid Question. I was just attacked by damn Dinosaurs. How do you think I feel? Dr.Arocho thought to himself.
"Do you Know him, Edgar?"
"Yeah. He was my best friend through out my whole life. I've known him since I was 18 months." He turned toward Dr.Arocho."Liam. Where is Michael?"
"Your brother Michael?" He paused. "He is in the Dinosaur breeding compound."
"Dinosaur?" Malson asked. "Edgar, did you know about this place?"
"I worked here for about a month, Alexa. I was fired because all of the dinosaurs I cloned were mixed together some how."
"Are you saying those damn lizards we just killed were dinosaurs?"
Edgar took out the jar with the lizard in it. "This is a Procompsognathus. It is also known as a compy. It is a scavenger. If your caught with about 20 of these dinosaurs near you, your dead, like Josh Lear. Now Alexa. We have to find my Brother. There are tons of dinosaurs loose that could rip you apart." Edgar bent down and picked up a claw. "See this claw? It belongs to one of the fastest dinosaurs in Triassic Park..."
"Triassic Park?," Blake asked.
"That's the name of this place. Its supposed to be an amusement park. Well any way this claw belongs to a Velociraptor" Then They all heard almost a dozen shrill roars.
"Follow me," Dr. Arocho yelled. He brought them to a dozen really nice jeeps. "Take one. We can use these to escaped this place and find Michael."
Edgar turned to him. "Why don't we all just go into the same car? "
"What about that one?" Malson said, pointing at a van. On the van were the words TRIASSIC PARK. It was a blue van designed like the vans at Jurassic Park. They all jumped into them. Dr. Arocho drove them out of the garage. When they got out, there were about 10 raptors standing outside.
"STEP ON IT!!!!" Blake yelled. Arocho slammed down on the pedal, and was going straight toward the raptors. The biggest Raptor, a male, had feathers on his head. He let out a shrill cry, and all of the other raptors, mostly female raptors that is, ran straight toward the car. The car was going about 75 mph. Dr.Arocho banked hard to the right, and slammed into the feathered Raptor. He was going toward another complex, when there was a louder roar. A giant T-rex ran out of the woods behind them. He looked at the car, and the raptors trailing behind the blue van . He ran toward the raptors, who were now scattering away.

Dr.Arocho parked in the garage. Edgar found a walkie talkie and talked into it. Edgar spoke into it"Hello?" They heard a crackling sound in the radio.
"HELP ME!!" someone said into the radio.
"Michael? Is that you?" Edgar screamed.
"Yes it is. It went totally wrong! I was chased by a juvenile Rex, and I ended up in here. I'm in room 349. HELP"
Dr.Arocho guided them to room 349. Michael ran to them when he said "We have to get out of here. They all escaped. Its horrible." Michael took them to a large trailer. "Get in" They all got into the trailer.
"Can I drive it?" said Blake. Michael nodded, and Blake jumped into the drivers seat. It was starting to thunder and rain in the dark outside. Edgar was glued to a computer. He typed some thing, and radar came on the screen. There were 2 dots coming toward the trailer.
Malson was staring out of the window. Just then, a giant clawed hand appeared but the window. Alexandria screamed in terror. The others ran toward her. They looked outside. They saw a dinosaur bigger than the T-Rex. It was a Spinosaurus. There were 2 of them. A juvenile and an adult. One on each side of the Trailer. Blake stepped on the pedal. He went straight under the legs of the Spinosaurus. The Spinosaurus pair began chasing the trailer. And they were gaining on them, Too...
THE CHASE
"GO FASTER!!!!" Malson yelled. The 2 Spinosaurs were gaining up on them. The trailer was slowing down. It was running out of gas. One of the Spinosaurs banged on the back of the trailer with its head. Things were falling off of the shelves and hitting the passengers. Gas was out, and the trailer stopped moving.
"All hell is about to break loose," Michael yelled. There was a sound in the bathroom. Edgar went with Malson to check it out. They had their guns drawn. Malson opened the door and Edgar stared. There sitting on the toilet bowl was a young boy. He was crying. He looked like he was about 7 years old.
"Melissa," the boy yelled. "Stop Hiding" The door nearby slammed open, and hit Edgar on his side. There was girl of about 14 standing there. She grabbed the boys hand.
"We gotta find my Mom, Diego." Melissa told him. She was looking terrified. She looked around the trailer. She could see that everyone was scared.
"Melissa, are we going to die?"Diego asked her. Melissa look at Alexandria. Alexandria could see that she didn't know the answer to that question.
"No, you aren't going to die. We are going to protect you." Malson told them, trying to calm them down. She couldn’t even calm herself down! Then everything became quiet. Everyone went to the windows to see outside. Nope . No dinosaurs were there. It looked as if the Spinosaurs had left. Then a rumbling came from the front of the trailer. The adult Spinosaurus ripped off a bit of the roof on the trailer. It looked as if it was over for the group.
Both of the Spinosaurs were ripping the trailer apart, trying to get at the cream filled middle. The group were all scattering inside of the trailer, trying to get away from the large beasts. The adult Spinosaurus looked at the scattering humans in the trailer and reached his clawed hand into the trailer to get a snack. He missed. The adult let out a very loud roar. Both Spinosaurs looked towards each other. They were going to flip the trailer.
Alexandria knew what was going to happen next. Both Spinosaurs lifted the trailer into the air, and began to walk away with it in there claws. The juvenile Spinosaurus was looking at the trailer hungrily. A very loud roar came from the woods. It was the Tyrannosaurus Rex. The T.Rex came and attacked the Spinosaurs baby. The T.Rex then went for its throat. The other Spinosaurus was furious. It let go of the trailer it was dragging and went toward the Rex.
This was an opportunity for the group to escape. Edgar and Alexandria got the kids out of the trailer, while Michael and Liam got weapons from the weapons storage in the back of the trailer. They began to run towards the building near by. It looked like a resort of some sort. Then they heard a voice. It was Blake. Edgar and Alex turned around to see what had happened. The T-Rex had stepped near the part of the trailer where Blake was hiding. No doubt he was trapped inside. It looked as if there was no hope in rescuing him. There was no way he could escape. So the group began to run towards the compound.
BEING STALKED
The compound was a damp, wet place. It was dark and had no lights. It was a large building , similar to the visitor center on the original Jurassic Park, except it was completely built. To the left of this compound was a hotel. After Alexa made sure that the dinosaurs were gone, they went into the hotel.
It didn’t seem broken into. None of the glass was broken, and the doors weren’t knocked down. It took a few times, but Edgar and Alexa finally got the door open. At first , they had just been ramming into it with a trunk from a fallen tree. It hadn't worked, but Alexa got a machine gun from her bag and then she shot the door knob off. After that, they just opened the door and walked in. The inside of the hotel had green moss growing on the walls, and vines had covered the walls completely. It seemed as though this place was a jungle itself.
They went up to the desk and found some key cards that were supposed to be used for the doors to the rooms. Alexa picked up two cards and went to the group.
“The cards say rooms 231 and 564. Mr. Arocho, where would we find those rooms?” Alexa said.
“Please Alexa, call me Liam. Well, I think those rooms would be in the T-rex 2 and Spino 5 hallways.”On the walls were signs that said different names of dinosaurs for each section of the hallways. Michael agreed to take the kids and go to the room 231, while Alexa, Liam, and Edgar went to room 564.

On the door of room 231 was a Triassic Park logo with a T-Rex in the circle. Where the words Triassic Park usually is, the number 231 was printed in the inside of the logo. Michael put the key card in the card slot, but nothing happened.
“Hey Mike, i think you are doing it wrong,” Melissa said to him.
“Well if you know what to do, show me.” Melissa went to Michael and took the card from him. She put the card into the slot and pulled it out almost as soon as she had gotten it in there. Nothing happened. Michael looked at her in a triumphant way. Why, Melissa wondered, Was it because he thought he was right?
“Melissa, I am tired,” Diego told her. “When are we going to be able to get into the room?”
“As soon as “Big Mike” here gets it fixed, we can go in , watch t.v. , and eat food until the people come to save us.” As soon as Melissa said the words “Big Mike” , Michael flinched a little. He had no idea how to fix this problem and he couldn’t call the others because he had left the other radio in the trailer. But then he thought of something. Blake was in the trailer. The other radio is there. If i could call him with this one, maybe we can figure out if he is alive!
“Melissa, could you hand me the radio in my bag. I just remembered something. Blake was in the trailer and we might be able to see if he is alive.”
“Who is Blake?”Deigo asked Melissa in a loud whisper. He got an answer, but it wasn’t from Melissa nor Michael. It was from a tall, skinny man who was wearing all black.
“Who are you?” Michael asked. “You weren’t with us when we got here” The man took his glasses off and cleaned them on his shirt.
“I am Adam Brooks. I am the boss of a top secret organization called the D.A.O. We have been following the works of many scientist who have been trying to get dinosaurs back on the Earth, just like InGen has here. We tried to create the dinosaurs once but failed. We were responsible for the failure of Jurassic Park and made sure that the disastrous place had been terminated. The top secret agents Alexandria Malson, Josh Lear , Blake Layoner, and Edgar Gonzalez all work for me.”
“Edgar Gonzalez is my brother. I am Michael Gonzalez. I worked here when it lost control and i went into hiding for a few days until my brother showed up. But how can four people work for you? Alexa , Blake and Edgar were the only ones who came and found me. But we think that Blake might be dead because he was in a trailer that just got totaled by a huge Spinosaurus.”
“Blake Layoner is fine. We got him out of the trailer and he is in the doctors office on the other side of the Visitor Center. We had to leave him in there until the Plane comes in the morning.”
“In the Morning”, Melissa interrupted, “I am sick of this place and want to leave. I haven’t seen my Mom since i came to see my Dad here.”
“Who is your Dad, Ms.?” Mr.Brooks said to the young girl.
“Well, my Dad is Don Hammond. I am Melissa Hammond and this is my cousin Deigo Harris.” Melissa saw the look on Adam Brooks’ face. It didn’t look good.
“I am sorry Melissa, Mr. Hammond is no where to be found. My sources say he is dead.” Melissa burst into tears. She couldn’t control herself. But then Michael put his had over her mouth. There was a sound on the other side of the hall. It sounded as though foot steps were heading towards them. Then they heard a loud hooting noise. It was a Velociraptor.
“Quick, get inside the room,”Mr.Brooks said to them. He took a gun from his side and shot the doorknob. They heard another roar and the sounds of footsteps. But the steps were getting faster, as though something was running. They got into the room and slammed the door behind them. They turned on the light and saw , to there horror, a room with nothing in it but a few nests. Dinosaur nests. Michael went to the nest and examined an egg.
“Its a Velociraptor egg. Those dinosaurs in the halls must be raptors. We have to contact the others. They might not know,”Michael told them. Suddenly there was a crackling sound coming from Michael's bag. It was the radio.
“Hello....can... hear... me? This is... Malson. Michael,... Pick... Radio”
“Hello Alexa?”Michael yelled into the radio. “What is it?” The Radio had became much more clearer in the next few messages.
“We found Blake, but something just killed him. Liam, Edgar, and I are at the Visitor Center. We are being stalked by Velociraptor's and are hiding in a Cloning office.”There was a roar in the background of the call and then there was a scream. “Please come help us! We are out of ammunition and are locked in a room. We have to get help!”
“O.K. We will come to save you Alexa,” Michael said. Just then the door began to open, and a large clawed hand was slowly coming into the door...
