Robert Montal softly shook his head, a soft almost inaudiable sigh slowly brushing past his lips. A hand reached up, fingers brushing through tangles in his short uncombed brown hair. His soft blue eyes swivled slowly, his head turning to his left, neckbending as head tilted ever so softly. A slight smile crept onto his lips as he looked to Julie, her black hair falling to her shoulders, dark brown eye looking into his, god she had beautiful eyes. They were big, and the way the sparkled even in the dimmest of light. God she was beautiful, and an outcast. But hey, so was Rob, thatswhy they were here tomight right? They both sat on his bed, they had been going out for about a year now, and they bother were unpopular and shunned, laughed at daily, and they were both sick of it. Rob slowly reached out, his fingers sliding along her cheek, he leaned over, his lips softly brushing against hers, his eyes slowly closing. Julie tilted her head, her nose snugly against the side of his, she leaned in eagerly, her tounge sliding along his bottom lip, he tasted so good, felt so right.. for once in her life, everything was right, everything felt so good. No more being ridiculed for wearing all black, or listening to the music she liked, or not attending school dances and stupid high school football games. None of that stuff mattered to Rob, all that mattered to Rob was her. The kiss ended and Rob slowly pulled away, he smiled to her as he slowly stood, the bed softly swaying with his movement.rob reached down, each of his hands finding one of hers, their fingers interlocked as he spoke quietly.
"Julie Candon, are you ready for the rest of your life?"
Julie just nodded, a soft smile slowly took over her face, one tear formed at the corner of her eye, blue infinity slowly sliding down her cheek, Rob tugged one hand free, thumb moving up and brushing away her sadness.
"your not having second thoughts are you?"
Julie shook her head, no she wasn's she was just a bit sad, she was sad that she wouldnt see her mom anymore, or her overprotective cousin, or any of her family. God her cousic, Tyler, he had hated Rob, and had done everything in his power to make sure they didn't see each other, but he did it for her... Julie finally understood that, but that didn't matter anymore. Rob and Julie would be together forever. Rob leaned down and kissed her once more before stepping back, turing away from her, the top drawer of his dresser was pulled open, a hand dissapered into the depth, returning clutching a small handgun. Rob managed a soft smile as he made his way back to her, he stood in front of Julie, looking down to her. God this would be harder than he thought, they wanted to do it of course, to get away from all the bull-shit they had been putting up with.. he would kill her.. and then turn the gun on himself, and they could be together forever.
"close your eyes."
Julie nodded and softly shut her eyelids, she began to breathe roughly, shallow raps coming from her mouth and nose. Rob held the gun out, the barrel inches from her forehead, his finger slowly wrapped around the trigger.
"Relax"
Rob instructed her, Julie's breathing slowly settled down, softl breezes escaping from her nose now, Rob smiled softly and pulled the trigger.
"I love you"
He told her, but it didnt matter now, she couldnt hear him. He slowly sat down, next to her, a few tears ran down his cheek now, my god were they doing the right thing? was he doing the right thing.. there was so much to live for, so much beauty in the world, he had found Julie, she was the greatest thing he had ever seen, and now she was gone, a cold husk of former beauty that now lay beside him, her beautiful brain spread on the canvas of his wall behind him. He couldn't do this, he didn't want to die, he didn't want to end, to cease to exsist, jesus this was so wrong and he saw that now, but Julie, Julie was already gone, he couldnt bring her back, he wanted to be with her but he couldnt bring himself to end his own life, sure it had been easy to kill her, when it was still a good plan, when it still met all aspects of logic, but now, it was his turn, and he couldn't do it. The gun slowly fell from his hand, falling to the blankets and sheets beside him. Rob's head dipped, his hands moving up as he clutched his face, she was gone, and he was not, she had gone through with the plan and he had not, there was only one thing he could do now, he had to hide the body.
