The Last Iliad Chp.4

Tony continued to move down the tracks, becoming weaker and weaker. He stopped on the side of the tracks, placing his hand over his nose, where blood had stopped pouring. Tony shut his eyes in deep thought. Even if he did find food in the next few hours, it would take all night just to get back.
The coment that Blade had made about his family grew from the back of his mind. Blade was just trying to make me upset, wasn't he? Tony thought as he began to pull himself up against the side of the brick wall of the tunnel, trying to gain more strength. Tony felt his legs give way and slid back down onto the tracks. His eyes closed.

When Tony woke he found himself next to a vending machine. The lights were dimmned more than the terminal near his family. He was rested up against a drink machine. No one was insight. Tony didn't remember getting back up from the tracks. He had no idea how far he was from his family. God, I hope there's food in these machines. Tony thought to himself pushing up against the drink machine, turning to see if there was food in a machine.
A sudden blow came from behind striking Tony in the back,sending him into the machines, crunching. Tony's mind rushed with thoughts. Was it Blade" Tony didn't think so. He figured Blade needed to protect his territory more than he needed to take revenge on Tony. Tony shut his shut his eyes for a few seconds grasping the pain.
" What are you doing here, YOU RAT!" A deep boys' voice echoed through Tony's ear drumbs. " I said- WHY ARE YOU HERE!" Another blow came to Tony's left shoulder blade, once again crushing. Tony's bones were thin with low nutrition and bruised easily. Tony caught a glimpse of the old boy. It wasn't anybody he knew, but was most likely a leader of a gang.
" STOP!!! I found him!" A girl jumped infront of the grown boy throwing her arms up making protection for Tony. He smiled and past out.
