My ER Season 1 episode 3

“Hello everybody.” Say’s Carter in a very happy mood.
“Why are you so happy.” Say’s Yvonne in a bad mood as it is the end of his shift.
“Cause I’m … …” say’s Carter.
Interrupting Carter Randy say’s “the court’s wanting to talking to you Trew says you have to have the rest of the day off something about getting you’re niece and Dr. Trew wants to talk to you he’s in his office ok.”
“Well I’m off see you all later.” Say’s Carter in a very happy mood.
He walk’s up stairs and goes inside Dr. Trew’s office. “Welcome Carter as promised last week you would become a full Doctor but not till next week because your court case will run for 1 week.” Say’s Dr. Trew. “The court case will begin in 1 hour the room is 4 blocks away I’ve given you 1 week off ok.”
“Thanks Dr. Trew for everything.” Say’s Carter.
As he walk’s to the courtroom he sees Joey in handcuffs and his niece Phoebe is running toward Carter and hugged him. When the court starts. Yvonne is called to the witness stand. “So Yvonne Nelly is init.” Say’s a lawyer.
“Yes it is.” Say’s Yvonne.
“And you were treating phoebe?” Say’s a lawyer.
“I was helping.” say’s Yvonne.
“How did you find out that she had lung cancer?” Say’s a lawyer.
“I did a CT scan of her chest” say’s Yvonne.
“How did you find that she was being abused?” says a lawyer.
“When the patient came in she complained of belly pain we look at her belly and seen some bruises.” Say’s Yvonne.
“No further questions.” Say’s a lawyer. “ I know call Phoebe to the stand… so phoebe what did your dad do to you?”
“We did everything together.” Say’s phoebe.
“Like what…talk…watch TV… goes out on walk’s.” Say’s a lawyer.
“Yes and more.” She is starting to cry at this point “he hits me all the time for not doing as I’m told.” She is crying really badly at this point.
“No more questions.” Say’s a lawyer.
“We’ll take a break for 5 minutes ok.” Say’s the judge.
“Hey Yvonne. Lets grab some coffee.” Says Carter. They walk to the café. “I’m next.” Say’s Carter.
Then Yvonne’s beeper goes off. He looks at it, it say’s “phone us now.”
“I got to phone the ER.” Say’s Yvonne. “Hello…I’ll be right there…how many injured…ok where is it…I’ll be right there.”
“What is it?” Say’s Carter.
“Car crash I’ve been called to the scene.” Say’s Yvonne. As Yvonne leaves the café Carter then walks out and heads for the court.
“I call John Carter to the witness stand.” Say’s a lawyer. “When was the last time you seen phoebe milp?”
“12 years ago.” Say’s Carter.
“If you get custody of her will you look after her until she dies.” Say’s the lawyer.
“She won’t die but if she does I will look after her until she dies.” Say’s Carter.
Then ten men come into the courtroom and shout “hands where I can see them, all of you”. They are carrying lots of guns and lots of ammo. “Does anyone have a cell phone?” Shouts one man.
“I do.” Say’s Carter.
“Good give it to me.” Say’s the man. He looks up his phone book on his phone. The number he calls is the ER. “I have someone how works at you organisation, here I am going to start shooting people if these demands are not given to me …they are one, I want him fired from where he works. 2, I want $ 20 billion into my account in 20 hours time and last but not least 3, I want America to send 90 nuclear weapons to Russia.” He then hangs the phone up. Then 5 men start firing upon the people in the courtroom.
