When Lex says, "It's a UNIX system, I know this!", she's right! The 3-D graphical interface shown in JP is a real program (the "Virtual File System") that users of SGI's high-end graphics workstations (that run on UNIX) can actually use to navigate their computers.

    Training Wheel day pt.2
    By Kronosaurus

Moments later a shot rang out. One of the assassins fell to the ground while the other ran away. “Please…p…please don’t kill me”, he begged. “I’ll spare your life if you give me information”, replied king. “What do you need to know?” “Everything, who hired you?” “The mmm….mob. Could you please not point that at me.” “What this”, asked king as he shoved the gun into his face. “Yeah that”, wimpered the assissin. “Why, are they after me”, asked street. “Hey, I forgot to ask you your name”, asked king. “Mine”, both the assassin and street asked. “Yeah.” “Well, mine is Rupert”, exclaimed the assassin. “Rupert”, questioned King, “I think your lying, I think I’ll have to kill you now.” “Please, it’s my name, I swear.” “Your peeing in your pants”, exclaimed King for a pudding was slowly creeping from Rupert’s pants. “My name is Stan”, said street. King pushed Rupert down and pumped the gun. “Time to die now buddy”, he said. “No plea…..”, screamed Rupert as he was shot. “Why did you kill him”, yelled
Stan. “He tried to kill you, didn’t he?”, yelled King, “Hey, stay right there I’ve gotta hide the body.”

It had been ten minutes since King had left. Stan looked at the trail of blood form where King had dragged the body. He began to wonder if King was ever coming. “Hey Stan, I need your help.” It was King, Stan was relieved. He walked around the corner of a fence and was hit in the face. Just before he blacked out he heard King say, “Sorry bud.”

When Stan opened his eyes he found to be in a pitch black room, no light, just black. Click! A light was turned on. He looked and saw three people approaching him. “Wha..what do you want”, Stan asked. “You, and now that we have you it’s time to die”, they replied as the reach into their pockets and pulled out semi-auto water guns. “I can get you anything, anything you need”, replied Stan, “just don’t kill me.” “There someone I want you to meet”, said what seemed to be the leader. A kid emerged from the dark corner. “I’m the sugar dealer”, he said, “remember me?” “No”, replied Stan. “You should. Do you remember the day that you meet that scum King, do you? Well, I do. You were a good kid back then, but you made a mistake. You were walking down the street and stepped on a toy, now, that wasn’t just your average toy, that was the new toy that I got for my birthday. It was my favorite toy, and you broke it. You will pay my friend, you will pay”, he yelled. “I’m sorry, I’ll get you a new one”, said Stan. “No, only your life will do. I think I’ll kill you now!” “No wait, I’ll get you anything!” “Anything?” “Yeah.” “Well, I would like the sugar king out of the way, then I would control the trade. Yes, I’d be swimming in sugar, but, no, I’d rather see you die.” “I can bring him to you. Remember, I have a score to settle too.” “Ok, but if your lying, you will suffer a most painful death.”
