Lex's stunt double mistakenly looked up at the camera during the scene in JP where she falls through the ceiling tile -- not a problem, however, as ILM simply pasted Ariana Richards's face onto the double. (From: 'Alisha')

    Jurassic Park V: Evolution (Part3)
    By Crisco

    Part 3:

Bruce Ingalls, US Navy General, paced frantically along his office cursing to himself.

“How the hell could this happen? What are the frickin’ chances of this?!”

Private Watts entered the room with Ms. Chase at his side, he grabbed her arm and she pushed him away. “Gary you’re getting this on film right?” Rachel yelled.

“Ofcourse Rach.” He said, focusing the camera lens closer to Private Wilkenson.

Wilkenson stood to his full height and pushed the camera out of his face. Gary nodded and quickly shut it off.

“Well Mr., What am I here for…exactly?” Rachel asked, slipping her hand into her pocket and turning on her recorder.

“Ms. Chase we are all wondering about how you found out about the Orion’s unscheduled landing before anyone else had.” Bruce said very politely.

“I’ve got connections, besides we already know it’s crashed, as well as all of California, Oh wait It’s 11:00, now the whole world knows!” Rachel said leaning closer to the tall black man.

“Well I cannot deny that you have proved yourself a adequate reporter,” Ingalls admitted. “ But I ask you not to broadcast anymore findings of yours, and let us take care of it.”

“Interesting in how YOU would like to take care of it,” Rachel said tilting her head to the side and straightening her eyebrows. “Why wouldn’t NASA just go and have a look at the wreckage. I don’t understand any need for the government to intervene.”

“Exactly that’s why it’s our business and not yours, and why I have asked you to stay out of it.” Bruce said waving his hand and dismissing her out of his office.

    “But you see Mr…”

    “Ingalls.” Bruce answered.

“I’m already INTO it. Quite far into it actually.” Rachel took out her recorder which was still rolling and made a small gesture to Gary’s camera.”

“Please don’t embarrass yourself Ms. Chase. It is all to easy to “confiscate” your belongings.” Wilkenson added.

“Can you “confiscate” me?” She said stepping closer to the man.

Ingalls walked behind his desk and sat down in his leather chair. “What exactly do you want Ms. Chase?”

“A exclusive story about the crash of the Orion including tape of the wreckage.” Rachel bargained.

“Well,” Ingalls paused, “I’m afraid I cannot do that. We are actually sending one of our special task forces to assess the wreckage of the ship.”

“Special forces…Ahh HELLOOO, it’s a wreck there’s no more possible dang…” Bruce starred at the ceiling. Why should he be listening to someone who doesn’t know the story and has the audacity to be rude about it.

Rachel continued: “What’s on the ship Mr. Ingalls.”

Bruce Ingalls picked up a remote and closed the sliding glass doors. He paused for a moment and gestured to the chairs and Rachel stubbornly shook her head. “ The Orion’s cargo was mostly composed of the usual stuff. That was at least until a few days before take off when we approached them. “

Rachel cut him off: “ I remember, the take off was rescheduled…”

“Yes, anyways we negotiated and NASA allowed our cargo to take a little space-ship ride. Our cargo was, well is, a new explosive called the “Rain Bomb”. The Rain Bomb is one of many bombs we’d, the government, would like to store in space.”

“So the Orion was a sacrifice? This is horrible!” Chase said slamming on a coffee table.

“Calm down Ms. Chase. The Rain Bomb wasn’t the cause of the Orion’s downfall. There would’ve been a much bigger light show.”

“Ok…so now you’re gonna’ send someone to pick it up?” Rachel asked.

“Not just anyone. I have a special retrieval team already preparing for the trip.”

Rachel cut him off, “ Why just a team? Just go to the island and pick it up.”

Ingalls continued. “Believe me miss, it won’t be that easy.”
