Jurassic Park IV: Extinction (Part1)

Casey Morales paced along the dock with a stern look across her face. Casey was 23. She was a tall, dark, latino with a huge attitude problem. Her brother and father were simple fishermen but she hasnt seen them for 2 weeks, she could only think of the worst. Casey looked up and saw a boat in the distance, she stared at it until it came close enough so that she could see her Uncle Manuel's face, her didnt even look at her, he stared at the floor as the boat came into port,
Casey then ran over to a board and punched a hole through it, "DAMN IT!"
Kelly Malcolm sat barely awake in her history class, they were studying dinosaurs, The teacher talking about carnivores and all that Kelly could hear was blablabalbalaba. SHe closed her eyes. There was a totally fake dinosaur video and kelly was disgusted on how stupid they were portrayed, noone in the class could really understand how they were,
"Kelly!, Please stand up!" the teacher yelled.
"Kelly looked at her, rolled her eyes, and took her time standing up.
"What?" kelly asked.
the teacher got a wry smile on her face and said, " Are Tyrannosaurus Rexes herbivores or carnivores?" the teacher thought she had given kelly a tough question.
Kelly looked around the room and the class were all laughing, they knew about Kelly's experience.
"Kelly then put a stupid expression on her face and said, "Herbivores i guess"
the class laughed and the teacher shook her head
"i guess you fooled me ms. knox" Kelly said. Then the bell rang and she headed to the parking lot.
Ian Malcolm sat in his BMW in the school kiss&ride waiting for his daughter. His gray hairs were popping out here and there, but he was still in pretty good shape, and he still had all black on. He was on the phone when Kelly sat next to him. He then put his cell-phone down.
"School sucks" Kelly said to her Dad.
"Yea i know, just 2 more years and youll be in college"
"Seems like 4"
the BMW drove on through palm trees and such, they rode in silence for a while.
"Why havent you called Sarah?" kelly asked as she looked at her dad.
"It's hard to keep a relationship up when one of you works on a different continent" malcolm asnwered. He knew his daughter was staring at him from the side and he deliberately looked forward. His cell phone rang again and he picked it up.
Kelly still stared at him, then rolled her eyes and looked out the window.
" Hello Ian, this is Alan."
"Alan, i never thought you would call"
" Beleive me, I didnt want to, but Hammond is dying and he's asked me to do something for him, but its not working out, come have coffee with me tomorrow at 9"
"Beleive me, I dont want to" Ian smiled as he talked.
"Tommorrow then, Bye" Alan said.
Ian closed his cell-phone and turned into his driveway.
Alan Grant sat alone in a Coffee house fuddling with a package, he was wearing his usual flannel shirt and jeans with the cowboy hat next to him. He smiled as Ian approached the table with dark glasses and a leather jacket.
"It's not working Ian" Alan said.
"I know,Im not as good as I used to be at hiding my years "
Alan chuckled and said "Yea. it's hard. I brought you here because of Hammond. He's very ill and he keeps talking about his will"
" Yes....."
"And you can guess where he left it..."
" Son of a bitch, why doesnt he just write a new one?"
"He doesnt want to, he doesnt want to miss anyone he had kept in his first will, he also is losing his memory, he cant fully control his hands either, and he's talking through a respirator, he's very ill"
"So what do you want me to do?"
" I am coordinating a team to retreive his will on Isla Nublar, a quick pick up and go deal."
Malcolm rolls his eyes.
" I would go myself but i am still recovering from my own trip to Sorna. InGen is backing you up on this so there shouldnt be any problem. They've hired the best people they could find. Along with ROland Tembo, I know you've met him."
" I can't, i have too many things going for me and im too old, 45 yearold people arent suppose to be running from dinosaurs.."
"Really Ian, what exactly DO you have going for you?"
" This better be quick " Ian said. Then Malcolm stood up and walked out of the shop.
