Slayer - Episode 4x08 - Showdown

Previously on Ben the Flooder Slayer and Slayer…
Ben was being pulled across the battle in his yard to the float.
Payne, back in his black cloak, pushed Ben to the ground.
Payne used his lightning again.
Payne: Only in the end do you realize that this battle has started in so many other places. If you attempt to kill us, we will win.
**lightning**
Payne: If you die…we will win. You see, young slayer. I was the reason your mother never was there.
**lightning**
Payne: I am also the reason your father was never there. I tricked him into eternal life…in hell.
**lightning**
Payne: And your mother kept hiding from me and I never understood why. But I knew there was a child. I just never knew where you were.
**Lightning**
Becky looks at her former love being tortured. She then looks at her Master.
Payne: Now…you will die.
**Lightning**
Becky looks at him again, then to her lover.
After hesitating, Becky waved her hand Payne flew upwards. She then clinched her fist together and Payne exploded in air.
A BLUE PORTAL OPENED from BEHIND BEN
STRONG WINDS BLEW and KNOCKED BEN into the PORTAL
THE PORTAL CLOSED.
Dac: Yes. We are the DEMON HUNTERS.
PARA laughed.
Para: You aren’t in charge of me anymore…you’re in my quadrant and I’m at full legality to kill you.
Dac: In that case…Kill her.
The TWO troops opened fire in the office. PARA dived behind RICK’S desk.
BEN appeared from behind them. He tapped them both on the shoulder. RYAN and TARA turned around. BEN grabbed both of them by the throat and lifted them off the ground.
Ben: Why wait?
BRAD, still engulfed by the RED LIGHT is CHANTING a spell. MANDY’S body rises from her casket into mid air, as if it were being REANIMATED.
RICK looked at BRAD.
MANDY’S BODY glowed with light. AN EXPLOSION of LIGHT burst into HER. MANDY touched the ground gently. She looked AROUND.
RICK, SAM, and BRAD looked in awe. MANDY looked around.
Mandy: Tara?
NEW EPISODE
DANSVILLE – CEMETARY
MANDY stands looking at BRAD, RICK, SAM and MAJESTIC.
Majestic: We have to get her back to Charger City…we have to get there before Dan sees us.
Mandy: Who are you people? Where am I?
Rick: Is amnesia part of the revival process, Brad?
Brad: Yes, I think so.
Sam: I’m game. She doesn’t know me.
Rick: Not now Sam.
Brad: So who’s going to grab her?
Majestic: I will.
MAJESTIC walked towards MANDY. He went to pick her up but she raised her arm from her waist and a ball of ENERGY emerged from her hand and threw MAJESTIC back.
Brad: I completely forgot…she was a witch…just like Tara.
Mandy: You know Tara?
Brad: Yes, We want to take you to her. You’re safe with us.
THREE VAMPIRES rose from their GRAVES right around them.
Majestic: Brad, run and grab her. I can handle these guys.
BRAD threw a WOODEN STAKE to MAJESTIC. As MAJESTIC’S HAND catches it, the camera PANS down to reveal SHANE……
CHARGER CITY – GRAVEYARD
A VAMPIRE is standing fairly close to SHANE. RIVER stands by with MARTY. MARTY’S clothes are dirty and he has cuts on his face.
River: Remember, He’s the one in charge. You have to take him out.
Shane: Through the heart.
River: Yes.
THE VAMPIRE charged at SHANE. SHANE was knocked to the ground.
Marty: Why is he fighting them like we do? You have super strength, so no wonder there, but I just merely work out. Shane is a warlock.
River: I know, I don’t want him to use his powers unless he has to. Magic is a very addictive drug. It can be dangerous. Believe me; I’ve seen its side effects.
SHANE kicked the VAMPIRE off him. The VAMPIRE stood dazed, SHANE leapt to his feet trying to run. The VAMPIRE cornered him.
Shane: Sorry River…
The VAMPIRE charged at him again.
SHANE snapped his finger and disappeared. The VAMPIRE ran right through him. SHANE reappeared behind the VAMPIRE. He RAMMED the STAKE into the VAMPIRE’S heart. The VAMPIRE turned to DUST.
Shane: I’m sorry River, but what’s the use of having all these magical forces at my expense and not using them.
River: I understand and you lasted for what you felt as long as you could.
Shane: So why are you showing us how to fight these things? I thought your brother said not to show us.
River: He did, but my brother isn’t really himself right now.
Marty: What happened?
River: He broke up with Para, he dyed his hair, and he’s just not himself.
Shane: Come on bro. Let’s head back to my house. You can crash there. You’re always welcome.
OUTSIDE RYAN’S APPARTMENT
TARA and RYAN were gasping for air from the CHOKEHOLD BEN held them in.
Ben: Come on guys, it’s me. Ben, you’re favorite friend.
TARA’S eyes turned black. She called out TELEPATHICALLY to RIVER.
SIDEWALK
RIVER stopped.
Tara: River…Ryan’s apartment…help us.
River: I have to go guys. Shane, I’ll be over in a few minutes.
RIVER turned around and ran at top speed.
RIVER ran down two blocks from where he was. HE looked ahead of himself and saw RYAN and TARA in the air. BEN’S back was to RIVER.
RIVER leapt into the AIR and kicked BEN in the BACK. RYAN and TARA fell to the ground, as did BEN.
BEN got up fast and turned his face at RIVER. BEN’S EYES held flames in them.
BEN charged at RIVER. HE threw punches, but RIVER blocked everyone. RIVER jumped onto a TRASH CAN. BEN kicked up towards RIVER’S legs, but RIVER JUMPED. As RIVER jumped, he pulled the TRASH CAN LID up with his SHOES. RIVER did a BACKFLIP in MIDAIR and CAUGHT the LID. He threw the LID like it was a FRISBEE at BEN.
The LID smacked BEN right in the FOREHEAD, knocking him DOWN.
RIVER helped RYAN and TARA up.
Tara: That’s not Ben.
Ryan: What in the world made you think that?
River: Who do you think it is? Could someone have put a spell on him?
Tara: Yes, but this is too powerful to be a spell. River, you better come with us, you need to tell us everything. Perhaps I can find some sort of reversal spell or some kind of protection spell.
River: Okay.
Tara: Where is Para at right now?
BENEATH THE HIGH SCHOOL – THE ELITE HEADQUARTERS – PARA AND RICK’S OFFICE
DAC’S Two TROOPS continue to open fire in the OFFICE. PARA ducked her head underneath the desk.
She saw a RED BUTTON. She pressed it. As soon as she did, the floor beneath her opened up and she flew down a SLIDE. PARA Screamed.
A Zoom in of Charger City at night. “SLAYER” appears in red text. Scenes of BEN, RIVER, PARA, RICK, RYAN, and TARA walking down a hallway.
BEN dives through a window and pulls out a cross bow with a flaming arrow on the end. He releases the trigger and hits a VAMPIRE which explode into dust.[Starring Ben] BEN, BECKY, and ICE attack dozens of DEMONS.
BRAD throws an AXE in a GRAVEYARD, missing the VAMPIRE, but sending it the other direction.
PARA throws a blue glowing orb at a DEMON. She dances with BEN at a NIGHT CLUB. PARA and BECKY roll on the ground, PULLING each other’s hair. [Para girl] PARA looks at a map with RICK.
SHANE and MARTY swing BASEBALL BATS at a HUGE SCALY DEMON.
RIVER walks into his high school, greeted by SHANE and MARTY. RIVER runs at a wall of lockers and flip kicks himself over a bully. [Jedi A. Malcolm] VAMPIRES surround RIVER, he spins around with a sword, decapitating them all as they turn to dust.
RIVER and HEATHER RUN from VAMPIRES.
TARA looks through her books of spells. TARA kisses MANDY on the lips. [JP3 Girl] TARA’S body splits in too DARK MAGIC and LIGHT MAGIC. Tara throws herself into a portal and it seals.
SETH REX starts throwing SHOES from the shoe store at BEN inside CHARGER CITY MALL.
RICK spars in a ring with BEN. RICK pulls his crossbow out and fires. RICK thrusts his ARM out at an oncoming VAMPIRE. The VAMPIRE turns to dust as a WOODEN STAKE goes back into RICK’S sleeve. [Rick Arnold] Rick embraces SAMANTHA.
RYAN is held at Gun Point. RYAN spars with BEN. [And Dark Hunter as Ryan] RYAN’S hands glow and they produce lightning. RYAN throws a VAMPIRE into a BONFIRE.
BEN and RIVER walk the streets of CHARGER CITY with their BLACK coats flapping in the wind as if they were capes.
Did you see that shiny button Para pressed? You guessed it! WINDEX – MADE IT SHINE!
DANSVILLE – CEMETARY
MAJESTIC pushed one of the VAMPIRES down and did a LEAP-FROG over him and fell right on top of another one. He plunged the STAKE into the VAMPIRE’S HEART. MAJESTIC got to his feet fast He rammed the STAKE into the other TWO VAMPIRES. MAJESTIC ran to the CAR.
[Special Guest Star Brad as Bradley Giles]
BRAD’S wheels on his car squealed and the CAR took off.
ALTERNATE REALM
BEN, ICE and BECKY are THROWN against the floor of a PIRATE SHIP.
DOZENS of SKELETON PIRATES move in towards the three of them.
[Becky-Why as Becky]
Ben: I thought you said they were reasonable pirates.
Becky: They were.
Ben: Ice, can’t you freeze these guys?
Ice: I don’t know if it’s occurred to you yet, brains, but there is a big bright shiny object that omits heat and ice does not last very long in BROAD DAY LIGHT!
[Icebreaker as Ice]
BEN rolls his eyes.
Ben: I didn’t want a lecture. A simple yes or no would’ve sufficed.
Ice: Oh.
THE SKELETON PIRATES move in closer towards the three of them.
[Kristine Sutherland as Joan Summers]
A GUNSHOT, a PIRATE blows into miniature pieces of skeleton.
JOAN and her REBELS are on an oncoming SHIP.
[SethRex as Seth]
JOAN blows the smoke from the barrel of her ANTIQUE PIRATE RIFLE. BEN and BECKY jump up to their feet and start punching and kicking the oncoming PIRATES.
Ben: Becky! These guys just don’t die!
[Dac as General Dac Armstrong]
BECKY omits LIGHTNING from her hand and turns the PIRATES around her into little piles of dust.
BEN picked up a CUTLAS from one of the fallen pirates. He swung left and right, taking the PIRATES out.
[Dan as Dan Finkelstein]
ICE looked around.
Ice: Ah Hell, it’ll buy us some time!
[Labyrinth as Falcon Glick]
ICE’S hands thrust out as ICE engulfs the PIRATES.
Captain: ALL RIGHT!! THAT IS ENOUGH!
[SamFan as Samantha/Sam]
The CAPTAIN of the PIRATE ship walks out from his quarters. BEN looks on in awe.
[Dino_Dude as Marty West]
[Aragorn as Shane McCarty]
[Dino-Snore as Payne]
The CAPTAIN wore black shiny pants, with a huge red coat to fulfill his huge upper body. His face was disfigured by it being an odd SEA-GREEN color. His BEARD fulfilled his face and his hat shadowed him.
[And Earl Boen as The Evil Pirate Le Chuck]
Ben: No way…
Captain: I’m LeChuck, all around evil-doer.
Ben: Get out of town and take a bus!

CHARGER CITY SEWERS
PARA roamed around in the dark, looking for an opening to the surface. She pulled out her phone, but she starred at a red light, signaling for no service. PARA let her backside hit the wall. She slowly started to slide to the ground against the wall. She fell asleep, sobbing.
[Produced by Rick Arnold]
SETH REX walked around the corner of the sewer.
Seth: Well, well, well. What have we here?
SETH smelled the air.
Seth: Para Harris…oh you’re a hottie.
PARA started to wake up. She realized SETH was starring her in the face. She pushed her self along the wall away from him.
Para: Get away from me.
Seth: Come on, baby. It’ll be just like old times.
Para: Leave me alone.
SETH leaned in, putting his face so it rubbed against hers.
Seth: You want this. You want to make him hurt, again.
SETH was thrown against the other side of the SEWER. A MAN walked out from the shadows. The MAN beat on SETH over and over. SETH got to his feet and RAN away.
The MAN turned towards PARA.
Man: Let me help you.
Para: I don’t need –
The MAN pulled PARA to her feet.
Para: Ouch! My arm is connected to my body, just so you know.
Man: Thanking someone is really hard to do for you isn’t it?
Para: Step into the light.
The MAN obliged. The LIGHT shown on his face revealing that the MAN was FALCON GLICK.
Para: Falcon?
Falcon: The one and only.
PARA punches him in the face.
Falcon: Happy to see you too.
PARA continues to punch him until she breaks down into his arms, crying. FALCON embraces her, looking very confused.
BEN’S HOUSE
RIVER sat on his couch. TARA sat next to him, rubbing his arm, trying to console with him. RYAN sat in a chair next to them.
Tara: And you said it took him until the next night patrolling to find him, but he was behind the tombstone?
River: Yes, and I even felt that it wasn’t him.
Tara: Those eyes…I’ve seen them before, but I don’t know where.
Ryan: Why don’t you ask Faith?
Tara: Ryan? What is with the attitude?
Ryan: You said Faith was your evil half, Ben is evil, and maybe you can make some connection. I didn’t mean anything sarcastic about it.
Tara: No, I don’t she’d be too much help, and I’d love to keep her where she is right now.
River: Where is that?
Tara: Deep inside me…in a place she’ll never be able to escape from.
River: Where’s that?
Tara: My soul.
RIVER looked at TARA.
ALTERNATE DIMENSION – LECHUCK’S SHIP
LeChuck: You think I’m funny, boy?
Ben: You guys didn’t tell me that the “Evil Pirate” behind this is the former ghost-zombie-demonic Pirate LeChuck.
LeChuck: You’re friends isn’t what ye think they are.
Ben: What’s that supposed to mean?
LeChuck: They pulled you here to fight, or did they? Maybe they were working for me.
Ben: Come on LeChuck. You have a five-game deal with Lucas Arts; you can’t possibly come up with some diabolical scheme for me.
LeChuck: Oh, but I have. You’re friends pulled you here…but you don’t remember how it happened.
LECHUCK snapped his fingers. BEN and LECHUCK were in CHARGER CITY CEMETARY, watching RIVER walk out of the GRAVEYARD.
LeChuck: You don’t remember what happened here, but just watch.
BECKY appeared from BEHIND BEN. She HIT BEN over the head with a ROCK. BEN fell to the ground, supposedly DEAD.
Ben: A rock? Becky killed me with a rock?
BEN looked at BECKY. Her FACE was guilty. BEN’S mouth dropped.
Becky: I had to. We needed you here.
Ben: For what? So you could have Payne take over my body? Well, it’s safe to say you succeeded.
Becky: No! LeChuck is playing with you head. He knew of our plan to get someone powerful here, so he contacted Payne, because Payne was helping him here. Ben I’m not evil anymore. I swear. Why else would Ice be here?
BECKY shed a few tears.
Ben: Just tell me how I can get out of here…I’m half-way done here.
LeChuck: Half-way?
BEN flip-kicked LECHUCK, he turned his attention right back to BECKY.
Becky: Aren’t you happy here?
Ben: I was, before I knew Payne was in my body, possibly ruining my friendships or even worse trying to kill them. Becky, I love you. I will always love you, but I could never trust myself with you again. I didn’t trust myself with you then, and I don’t trust myself with you now.
BECKY looked at BEN.
Ben: Tell me how to get out of here.
Becky: You’ll have to find Payne’s body if you want to reverse this. When you do return, you and Payne will fight again.
BEN saw a bottle of ROOTBEER rolling on the DECK of the SHIP.
BEN picked up the ROOTBEER. He HOSED LECHUCK down with it. LECHUCK melted.
BEN walked to the edge of the SHIP. He dived into the OCEAN and swam towards the surface.
JOAN swung over from one of the MASTS of her ship.
Joan: Where’s he going?
Becky: He did what we had him come and do. It’s time to let him go.
BECKY hugged JOAN.
JOAN snapped her fingers and found herself in her OFFICE. She looked at her computer. After a few moments, PAYNE’S Body is located in DANSVILLE in a graveyard.
BEN threw open the door to his MOTHER’S office, soaked.
Joan: Ben, let me help –
Ben: I don’t want your help.
Joan: Ben, listen to me.
Ben: Why should I?
Joan: I am your mother.
Ben: You know what JOAN…I don’t have time for this.
Joan: I am your mother, and you will MAKE time.
BEN rolled his eyes.
Joan: Go ahead and roll your eyes, but you are not leaving here until I talk to you. Do you really want it to end this way? It’s not every day you get to see your dead mother.
BEN looked coldly at his mother. JOAN looked back at him in worry.
Joan: I’m sorry. I didn’t mean for it to come out that way.
Ben: That’s okay. I make it difficult.
Joan: No you don’t. We had no right to just take you like that – but Ben, we had no choice. I needed you, we needed you. You just saved us all.
Ben: Saved us all from what?
Joan: Hell taking over Heaven.
Ben: Score twenty-four for me.
Joan: I know you have been looking for me, and I am so sorry honey. I am here, I am safe. Your father would be so proud of you and the man that you’ve become. You are raising River beautifully. Don’t think I don’t see what happens in Charger City.
BEN’S eyes got wide.
Joan: I respect your privacy.
Ben: Oh…and about the house…
Joan: It was meant for the best intentions. I never liked that house anyway.
Ben: I don’t know what to do, Mom.
Joan: You will. Ben you are so smart, and you have your friends to rely on, and they rely on you.
Ben: I’m so afraid though.
Joan: Don’t be.
Ben: Is this happening.
JOAN patted her son on the shoulder. The TWO of them blinked and found themselves in DANSVILLE, where PAYNE’S BODY lay.
Joan: I love you, Ben.
Ben: I love you too mom.
Joan: Give River my love too.
BEN kissed his MOTHER. A TEAR formed on his cheek. HE closed his eyes.
A FLASH of LIGHT, BEN looked at his arms. He started to pat himself on the chest.
HE thrust his arm out. LIGHTING shot from his finger tips. BEN was in PAYNE’S BODY.
Payne: Time to pay, jerk.
PAYNE started to levitate into the air.

BEN’S HOUSE
PARA walked in the front door, followed by FALCON.
Para: River?
RIVER got up from the couch. HE ran into PARA’S arms. The two hugged.
Para: Is he here?
River: No, I kicked his ass outside of Ryan’s apartment.
Para: Good for you.
FALCON walked to RYAN.
Falcon: Hey man, what’s up?
Ryan: Get away.
Falcon: God. What is everyone’s problem? You go evil on everyone twice and then you get cursed to do unto others…geeze! This sucks!
THE FRONT DOOR of the house FLEW off and into the FOYER. BEN stood in the door way.
Ben: Honey, I’m Home!
BEN ran in the house. He picked up TARA by the NECK.
Ben: No magic.
BEN threw TARA out the WINDOW.
PAYNE flew in through the SAME window. PAYNE landed on top of BEN.
Ben: Shit!
PAYNE started to PUNCH BEN repeatedly. PARA pulled her blaster from her holster. She FIRED at PAYNE hitting him twice.
Payne: Stop it!
Para: I don’t care how much he pissed me off, he’s still mine.
Payne: No he isn’t I am!
Para: Yeah right.
Payne: Seriously…It’s me Ben! I’m in Payne’s Body. You have to –
BEN kicked PAYNE back outside. BEN dove through the window landing on top of PAYNE. PAYNE rolled over with BEN on the bottom. PAYNE kicked BEN in the GROIN.
Payne: Para! You have to kill us both!
PARA pulled her blaster out. She AIMED at BEN.
Payne: Why are you killing me first?
Para: What?
RIVER ran out with a SWORD. HE plunged the sword into PAYNE. PAYNE fell backwards DEAD.
RIVER rammed the sword through BEN. BEN lay on the grass, DEAD.
ALTERNATE REALM
BEN and PAYNE fell onto the BEACH.
BECKY punched PAYNE repeatedly. SHE threw him up into a PAYNE’S BODY.
BECKY looked at BEN.
Becky: I’m sorry.
Ben: I love you.
The TWO kissed briefly.
BECKY threw BEN up into his BODY.
PAYNE stood up. He started to run away – but was swept down by BEN.
Ben: River! The Sword! Fast!
RIVER hurled the SWORD to BEN. BEN caught the sword in his hand. BEN rammed the sword down into PAYNE’S HEART. LIGHTNING struck all around. PAYNE’S BODY exploded.
BEN fell to the ground, exhausted.
RIVER ran on top of him.
River: Ben? Ben? Is it really you?
BEN rolled over with RIVER. He picked RIVER up by the THROAT. He released him in mid air and gave him a HUGE HUG.
PARA ran out of the house to BEN. She STARTED crying in his arms. BEN and PARA started to KISS.
RYAN, FALCON and TARA watched from the PORCH.
Falcon: Those two have something that no one will ever be able to stop.
Ryan: What?
Falcon: A sure bond of trust.
TARA looked deeply into RYAN’S eyes.
TARA forced herself onto RYAN. They started to kiss passionately.
Falcon: Always the odd man out.
TARA’S HOUSE
RICK sliced the locks on the doors.
Brad: Now, just wait inside here. Tara will back soon. If you need us, just use your magic and call for us. I’ll see you tomorrow.
Mandy: Thank you very much Mr. Giles.
Brad: No, it’s just Brad.
Mandy: Thank you very much Brad. I’m starting to have a memory of you now. I think it’s starting to come back to me. All I know is that I’m in love with another woman. A very beautiful woman named Tara.
MANDY went in the house and sat on the couch. BRAD, RICK, SAM and MAJESTIC walked away. SAM’S PHONE rang.
SAM answered it.
Sam: Sir? [A Pause] Yes sir. [Another pause] Sir, yes sir. I’ll be there within the hour.
SAM hung her phone up.
Rick: Who was that?
Sam: Oh that was the boss.
Rick: Principle Layne needed you now?
Sam: Oh, no, my newspaper boss, I work for a newspaper. Something weird happened at the High School.
Rick: Oh.
RICK’S PHONE rang. RICK answered it.
Rick: Hold. [To Sam] Dinner tomorrow night?
Sam: Yes.
Rick: I love you.
RICK and SAM gave each other a peck.
Rick: [On Phone] Arnold here.
Dac: You need to get to the high school…it’s important.
DAC’S connection cut out. RICK looked very puzzled.
