Slayer - 5x17 Shot

BECKY looked through the ESSENCE OF WITCHCRAFT book.
FALCON prepared some weapons.
Toby: So this is the old Magic Box?
Falcon: The second one.
Toby: Where’s the first?
Falcon: Sunnydale.
Toby: Ever been there?
Falcon: A few times.
BECKY got up onto her feet, very excited.
Becky: Yes! This is answer!
Falcon: What?
Becky: If we want to go back into time, we have to stand in this triangle and stuff.
Falcon: And stuff?
Becky: Yes.
Falcon: When the term ‘and stuff’ is used about time traveling, it makes me uneasy.
Becky: Oh, don’t you worry! We’ll be back in 1803 before you can say ‘Eat my shorts, man!’
FALCON looked at BECKY very perplexed.
Falcon: Eat my shorts, man.
Becky: See, you can do funny things.
FALCON rolled his eyes and continued picking up weapons for the trip.
1803 CHARGER CITY – TOWN SQUARE
BEN starred at MAJESTIC
Bob: Wow, 4 slayers…I think I’ll let you all have a free for all on this.
TAMMY stepped forward.
Tammy: Five Slayers…
Bob: Oh…I hope you die first. I forgot about you.
BEN looked at BOB cautiously.
Ben: What’s so important about her?
Bob: Oh nothing.
Ben: You know what…I’m sick of these mind games.
Bob: What mind games?
BEN walked right to BOB’S face.
Ben: Summon more creatures…these villagers will help me, I’ve got my crew…I’m sick of this Bob. I’m finishing this once and for all.
BEN swung his FIST at BOB – BOB blocked with his HOOK. The HOOK went right through BEN’S PALM. BEN dropped the SCYTHE.
BEN fell to the ground in mercy.
BOB grinned.
Bob: You asked for it.
BEN’S SYTHE sliced BOB’S HOOK-ARM off at the ELBOW.
BOB fell backwards.
THE HOST dropped BEN’S SYTHE and removed THE HOOK from his palm.
MAJESTIC started swinging at THE HOST.
Majestic: You won’t win this time, Host!
The HOST flip-kicked MAJESTIC, MAJESTIC blocked by putting his SCYTHE up – MAJESTIC SWUNG his SCYTHE and connected with THE HOST’S stomach, spilling BLOOD instantly.
GREEN BLOOD flowed from THE HOST as he fell backwards.
BEN looked at MAJESTIC.
MAJESTIC dropped the SCYTHE.
Majestic: Are you ready to find out who’s the better Slayer?
Ben: I will always be better than you.
MAJESTIC ran at BEN at top SPEED and delivered an ELBOW to the FACE which connected. He stomped on BEN’S foot and BEN bent down to grab it – but as he bent down, MAJESTIC kicked BEN in the FACE. BEN fell backwards.
Majestic: What’s a matter, Ben? I thought you were better than me.
BEN sat up.
Ben: You might be stronger than me, Majestic…but I’m smarter…
BEN nodded and RIVER leapt into the FIGHT.
MAJESTIC attempted the same combat on RIVER – but failed miserably. RIVER blocked ever hit. RIVER held onto MAJESTIC’S HAND and SWUNG himself behind MAJESTIC, by doing so, he threw MAJESTIC’S SHOULDER out of SOCKET. MAJESTIC bent down to wallow in pain, but RIVER was right there in his face, punching him.
MAJESTIC threw his ARM back into socket and his SCYTHE flew into his hands. RIVER back flipped as MAJESTIC came towards him in a rage, swinging his SCYTHE.
RIVER’S HANDS landed on BEN’S SCYTHE during a BACKFLIP, and after the bounce back up, RIVER pulled the SCYTHE around and prepared for battle.
RIVER and MAJESTIC swung the SCYTHE’S at each other, but when the SCYTHE’S came near each other, they pulled from their owners hands and flew into the AIR.
BOTH SCYTHE’S merged together, forming a SUPER BATTLE AXE.
MAJESTIC was still watching – RIVER saw this and took advantage of it by punching MAJESTIC to the ground.
THE SUPER BATTLE AXE fell to the ground and RIVER went to wield it.
Ben: River, No!
RIVER stopped
Ben: We don’t know what it will do…
BEN flashed back to something his father said about the SCYTHE.
Devin’s Voice: When the Scythe is with the Vampire Slayer’s, they’ll merge and the Slayer who touches the Battle Axe will sacrifice himself for a better cause…
BEN looked at RIVER and hugged him.
BOB saw the BATTLE AXE was formed.
Bob: NO!
BOB started running after BEN…
THE HOST leapt to his feet and started to pummel BOB backwards.
BEN put his hand out for the SUPER BATTLE AXE…but he was too late – another hand picked up the BATTLE AXE….
PARA stood, engulfed with LIGHT.
Para: I love you, but it’s my turn to save the world.
PARA vanished into thin air – the SCYTHE’S SEPARATED and fell to the ground.
BLACK OUT TO OPENING CREDITS
A Zoom in of Charger City at night. “SLAYER” appears in red text. Scenes of BEN, RIVER and PARA all armed with stakes, facing down some vampires.
BEN ran after BOB and started to pummel him. BEN leapt off the ROPE and landed on top of CLARK. He took the AXE end of the SCYTHE and rammed it through CLARK’S NECK – CLARK exploded into DUST.
[Starring Ben] BEN dives through a window and pulls out a crossbow with a flaming arrow on the end. He releases the trigger and hits a VAMPIRE which explodes into dust
BRAD is thrown forward by an explosion.
PARA throws a blue glowing orb at a DEMON. She dances with BEN at a NIGHTCLUB. PARA and DAC face each other down. [Para girl] PARA glares in rage at BEN.
SHANE and MARTY begin to whisper a chant.
RIVER walks into his high school, greeted by SHANE and MARTY. RIVER punches DAC in the face, knocking him backwards. [Jedi A. Malcolm] VAMPIRES surround RIVER, he spins around with a sword, decapitating them all as they turn to dust.
RIVER dives at some UberVamps in rage.
TARA looks through her books of spells. TARA kisses MANDY on the lips. [JP3 Girl] TARA’S body splits in too DARK MAGIC and LIGHT MAGIC. Tara fires an electric blue beam at a DEMON.
BOB KLINE laughs uncontrollably.
RYAN lifted his leg and swung across connecting to the VAMPS faces. In a desperate move, RYAN staked one and turned it to dust. RYAN spars with BEN. [Dark Hunter] RYAN’S hands glow and they produce lightning. RYAN throws a DEMON onto a pike.
MICHELLE dives for a SWORD in the middle of a battle. MICHELLE and RIVER patrol a graveyard, holding hands [Yvonne] MICHELLE looks teary-eyed at FALCON.
FIRE FORMED in her eyes and channeled all the way down to her hands, forming two balls of fire. THE BALLS expanded. MANDY released the balls at BEN’S VAMPS setting them ablaze. The VAMPS turned to DUST. [Mandee] MANDY and TARA hug.
FALCON threw a fist at the BACK of THE HOST releasing MICHELLE.
THE HOST snapped around fast and RETALIATED with a PUNCH sending FALCON through the ROOF! [And Matt McGuire as The Host]THE HOST picked up the SLEDGE HAMMER and started to ram it into MAJESTIC.
BEN and RIVER walk the streets of CHARGER CITY with their BLACK coats flapping in the wind as if they were capes. On the screen - [Series Created by Ben Smythe]
DOWNTOWN CHARGER CITY 1803
[Special Guest Star Bob as Mayor Bob Kline]
BEN looked horrified
Ben: PARA!!!!!!
BEN fell to his knees.
MAJESTIC grabbed his SCYTHE and started running behind BEN…as BEN was too grief stricken to CARE, MAJESTIC pulled back and released his swing –
Male voice: Hey!
BEN ducked down, and MAJESTIC flew backwards from a hit.
FALCON pulled BEN up
Ben: Falcon…how did you?
Falcon: Now’s not the time, let’s finish this.
BEN and FALCON looked at each other and started to attack – BOB had summoned many creatures for this battle…
[Special Guest Star Pierce Bronson as Devin Summers]
RICK, SAM and JESTER all took on vampires in hand to hand combat.
BECKY walked over to BEN, followed by ICE. DAN appeared with them, followed by TARA.
Tara: Well?
Becky: Let’s do this, come on Ben.
Ben: Take out any demon you can…but leave Bob to me.
BECKY charged at a few UBERVAMPS, ICE froze a DEMON made of FIRE. TARA used her magic and sent zombies flying all over, and threw the occasional fireball. RYAN and JOEY swung their BATTLE AXES decapitating VAMPIRES.

MARTY clung next to RIVER. RIVER sent a DEMON flying after a kick.
MICHELLE staked her own kind – VAMPIRES.
THE HOST and BOB continued fighting until they both collapsed through the earth – falling to a CAVE.
BEN ran for his SCYTHE and picked it up. MAJESTIC stood there waiting for him.
Ben: Majestic…don’t take this personally, but you died once already, and you’re pure evil now. And you know what I must do.
Majestic: Yes, I know what you must do, but can you do it?
BEN swung his SCYTHE – the SHARP EDGE rushed right through MAJESTICS neck like a hot knife through butter.

[Majestic1 as Majestic]
MAJESTIC’S HEAD fell to the ground, followed by his BODY.
BEN started to run at TOP speed towards the hole wear BOB and the HOST fell. He jumped down.
The fall didn’t effect BOB or the HOST, though – they kept fighting.
BOB rammed his hook through THE HOST’S already exposed stomach wound.
THE HOST fell back, and down to the ground. BOB looked at BEN.
Bob: This is kind of the way I always saw this happening.
Ben: How is that?
Bob: You, and me, alone…and no one can save you.
BOB thrusted his HOOK at BEN, but as he extended his arm – the HOOK leveled, out forming a DAGGER.
[Icebreaker as Ice]
[Beck-Why as Becky]
[Dan as Dan Finkelstein]
BEN used his SCYTHE to defend against the DAGGER ATTACKS, but BOB has upgraded in other ways…with is other hand, he threw balls of LIGHTNING. BEN did his best to keep blocking each attack, but failed after the third ball of LIGHTNING hit him.
BOB waved his hand over the HOOK/SWORD and his real hand appeared.
BOB picked up the SCYTHE and swung it around…
Bob: Oh…Poor Slayer…
MYSTICAL REALM
PARA’S BODY floated through the REALM, passing things quite fast.
THE ORACLE appeared before her.
Oracle: You assumed the role of Slayer. You returned from the dead once, and are before me fulfilling another Slayer’s job.
Para: I can’t let him die again.
Oracle: It’s not Ben’s job.
Para: It can’t be River or Majestic…
Oracle: No…Tammy…the one who caused the vulnerability the first time. Young woman, you must get to her and save her. Do not let her die. That is the only way to thwart Bob’s heinous plot. Be not afraid, for when you return you will not be a Slayer, and you will not be a human.
PARA looked confused.
Para: What will I be?
Oracle: You will fulfill my duty…as I return with you…but won’t return here.
Para: How will I…?
Oracle: You will know. The weight of the world is always on a Slayer’s shoulder…and now it’s time to make a choice.
PARA nodded…the SAME flash of light that made her DISSAPPEAR made her REAPPEAR in the middle of the BATTLE.
THE ORACLE, now in CORPOREAL mode, GRABBED BUFFY’S SCYTHE and RAN towards the CAVE. She looked down and saw BEN about to be decapitated.
TIME slowed down as the ORACLE moved faster than everything around her – SHE leapt down the hole and LANDED right in front of BEN, holding her SCYTHE up to block.
TIME resumed it’s natural flow. A CLASH of the SCYTHES was heard as the ORACLE stood up to her enemy.
Bob: Buffy Summers…I was wondering when you would show.
Oracle: I choose to be her because she is a powerful champion. You wouldn’t understand.
Bob: So you’re not Buffy?
Oracle: No, I just look like her…
THE ORACLE swung the SCYTHE and it clashed with BOB’S as he blocked. THE ORACLE lifted her leg up and connected a kick to BOB’S face. She then RAMMED her elbow to his nose and then continued to PUNCH him.
Oracle: I also assumed her fighting power.
THE ORACLE rammed the sharp ‘wooden stake’ part of the SCYTHE through BOB’S stomach.
BOB walked backwards, pulling himself off and then falling to the ground, DEAD.
THE ORACLE pulled BEN onto her shoulders.
She then RAN over to the HOST and pulled him up on her other SHOULDER.
With one GIANT LEAP, they made it out of the CAVE.
THE SUN started to rise.
TARA looked at FALCON and MICHELLE…she waved her hand and a blue wave of light hit them, absorbing into them.
Michelle: What’s this?
Tara: Sun block for vampires.
FALCON smiled.
EVERYONE saw THE ORACLE pulling BEN and THE HOST from the CAVE.
River: It’s over. It’s finally over.
BOB leapt up from the CAVE.
HE pushed the ORACLE DOWN.
BEN and THE HOST fell from her HANDS.
He picked the ORACLE up be her NECK.
Bob: You will regret ever getting in my way…
PARA grabbed BOB’S neck and SNAPPED IT.
BEFORE BOB fell backwards – he looked at CLARK GABLE and winked.
CLARK knew that signal…
TAMMY stood next to him.
PARA looked…as if she could read what was going to happen. The ORACLE looked at PARA.
Oracle: Now….
PARA slowed time down and ran at TAMMY.
FALCON morphed into VAMP mode.
HE started to charge at GABLE…still slow.
CLARK had pulled a knife and was ready to stab TAMMY, but PARA dove in and pushed TAMMY to the ground.
TIME regained normal speed.
CLARK ended up stabbing FALCON in the ARM. FALCON growled in pain, but pulled CLARK GABLE’S neck around and sunk his TEETH into his neck, sucking him dry of blood.
THE SCRAPPY GANG looked around…a bit relieved…
Ben: So…what do you guys want to do tomorrow?
CHARGER CITY BAY 1803 – DOCKS
THE SCRAPPY GANG loaded up on a boat.
BEN looked at the ORACLE and at PARA.
Ben: Thank you both.
Oracle: It’s not over yet…you’ll see.
THE ORACLE and PARA vanished.
The SHIP set sail and eventually went through the same portal…
CHARGER CITY BAY 2003
BECKY walked over to BEN as he leaned on the side of the SHIP
Becky: Hey champ.
Ben: Hey slugger. What’s up?
Becky: A penny for your thoughts.
Ben: You’d need a lot.
BECKY placed her hand in BEN’S cut hand from BOB.
Ben: That will heal in time.
Becky: It always does.
Ben: Becky…I am so glad that you are here.
Becky: You are?
Ben: Yes. I can’t do this without you. I never could.
Becky: But we’re different.
Ben: We are, I know that. But I can’t stop being in love with you.
Becky: I know…but I don’t want to be a replacement.
BEN looked at BECKY.
Ben: How would you be a replacement?
Becky: Para…I know you were with her Ben…I don’t know how serious it was. But I don’t want to be playing second fiddle to her. She’s a higher being now.
BEN looked at BECKY.
Ben: Para and I both knew it wouldn’t work. She left me twice. Becky, I’ve loved you since I met you. You’re the first thing I think of when I wake up…
BECKY started to let a tear flow.
Ben:…and the last thing I think of before I go to sleep.
Becky: Oh just shut up and kiss me.
BECKY and BEN engaged each other in a very passionate kiss. Perhaps it’s because the big fight was done and over with? Perhaps it’s because these two lovers are finally together – but they are kissing like they’ve never kissed before.
The SHIP docked at the bayside.
The SCENE fades with BEN and BECKY still locking lips, then fades to a shot of the SUMMERS house exterior.
INSIDE the SUMMERS HOME
FALCON stands in the doorway of BEN’S BATHROOM, that connects to the BEDROOM
BEN walked out with nothing but a towel around his waist and the water droplets from just coming out of the shower.
Falcon: I take it now is a bad time.
BEN looked up in the mirror, realizing there was no reflection –
Ben: No, what’s up, Falcon?
Falcon: A lot, actually.
Ben: Such as?
Falcon: Well, um…
Ben: Falcon, you can tell me. We’ve been through enough that I can trust you.
Falcon: It’s about why I wasn’t in the 1800’s battle with you till the end.
Ben: Hey, I understand. Bob set us up against all of our former enemies. I dig. Glass was a tough one for you.
FALCON got a little angry.
Falcon: I’m leaving.
Ben: Well, you don’t have to leave…
Falcon: Not just your bathroom…I’m leaving town.
BEN looked at FALCON, concerned, and even a little shocked.
Ben: Why?
Falcon: The Oracle contacted me and told me of a higher calling…
Ben: And you’re really going to follow it?
Falcon: If it’s what I’m supposed to do.
Ben: So the vampire that didn’t want his soul, has it and is now going to be noble. Wow.
Falcon: Please don’t.
Ben: I’m actually very proud of you…
BEN looked a little upset.
Falcon: …but?
Ben: I’m not ready for you to not be here.
Falcon: I won’t be far. But I’ll be far enough away where you’ll have your town and I’ll have mine.
Ben: Falcon…please…
Falcon: You’ve got another demon fighter now; it’s time I rode off into the sunset…well, metaphorically speaking.
BEN grabbed FALCON by the arm.
Ben: If anything ever happens to me…
Falcon: I’ll take over, I promise.
Ben: No.
Falcon: What?
Ben: I want you to protect my brother. I want you to take care of him.
Falcon: Why me?
BEN hugged FALCON…refusing to say why.
FALCON headed out the door.
Ben: Falcon?
FALCON stopped and looked.
Ben: You’re still my friend?
FALCON swelled up…releasing a smile.
Falcon: I’m always your friend.
FALCON walked down the STAIRS and out of the house – covering himself with a blanket to avoid the SUN.
SUMMERS HOME – FRONT YARD
RIVER laid outside in the front yard, just looking up at the clouds and the sun.
JOEY, SHANE and MARTY circled around him, just starring up.
Joey: I’ve never seen it shine so bright.
Shane: I know. It’s like a new beginning is here or something.
Marty: It could be worse you know.
River: How so?
Marty: I don’t know…just felt the need to say that.
RIVER smiled.
CORNER SIDEWALK
…A MAN wearing all BLACK stands at the corner of a street – he walks towards BEN’S HOUSE.
River: I guess you’re right, Mar.
Shane: So what’s going to happen now? I mean, where are we going to go from here?
Joey: Football practice!
River: Nah, I think I’ll quit the team. I’ve got more important things to do.
Joey: Such as?
River: Oh, I don’t know, saving the world?
Joey: But the world is safe now…
THE DARK MAN walks down BEN’S SIDEWALK.
He saw the FOUR BOYS laying…
HE pulled out his GUN.
HE walked right over to the BOYS.
River: Yeah…I mean, what…(noticing the new dark dressed man)can I help you?
THE MAN pulled the GUN out and fired…he hit RIVER, the fired again hitting JOEY, then again hitting MARTY. SHANE leapt to his feet and ran behind a tree.
BEN ran out of the house.
Ben: RIVER!?
BEN saw the dark man.
BEN started to run towards him, the DARK MAN fired a shot at BEN, which hit BEN’S CHEST.
BEN fell to the ground starring up at the SUN.
BECKY ran outside.
