JP3 director Joe Johnston appeared uncredited in 1977's Star Wars as a storm trooper -- in the superlaser sequence, Joe is one of the two troopers huddled in the laser canon conduit. Also, he was in the regiment who brought Leia to Vader. (From: Oviraptor + Jedi A. Malcolm)

Horner Claims Universal Working on TLW:3D and JP3:3D
With all the excitement last night, a bit of actual good news may have accidentally been divulged. Jack Horner, who you'll remember met with Frank Marshall a few weeks ago, speculates one of the reasons for a delay in JP4 may be that Universal, "doesn't want to compete with the 3D versions of the first three" in an email to site regular Asees, which seems to suggest after the success of JP:3D Universal has decided to do the 3D "up-conversion" of the rest of the trilogy, possibly for release around the same timeframe as JP4 was originally slated (June 2014). I have reason to believe this is the actual Jack Horner, so this is certainly interesting news if indeed true...
