Dan's JP3 Page - JP:3D Set For Blu-Ray Release April 23

If you can't make it to your local 3-D movie theater to experience the new 3-D "up-conversion" of Jurassic Park on April 5th, word comes via Blu-Ray.com that Universal is wasting no time in getting the 3-D disc out to market, scheduling the 3D Blu-Ray/2D Blu-Ray/DVD/"Ultraviolet" combo pack to drop a little more than 2 weeks later, on April 23. You can even pre-order it at Amazon.com now, if you are so inclined. Unfortunately, as Blu-Ray.com notes, it does not appear this new transfer has any new extras or bonus content about how the 3-D conversion was accomplished, which would have certainly been interesting. In addition, if you have not yet shelled out for TLW or JP3 on Blu-Ray, Universal is also preparing new individual Blu-Ray/DVD combos, arriving about a month earlier on March 26. (Thanks Josh)
