"Have you ever looked at chaos theory and wondered? How can you look at everything, and say: That’s going to go wrong? How can you look at something remarkable, something just newly discovered and say: That’s going to go horribly awry.
"That is the only way to really look at things and be safe. So, uh, if you look at everybody sitting in this helicopter traveling to this island, again. How can you possibly say to yourself… Why am I doing this? The name of science? This is risking our life. Traveling back to Isla Nublar, no one has been here since it was abandoned. We do not what the place looks like, how badly it has been torn up by the, uh, dinosaurs.
"One of the things we know, is that people never learn, before you know it, you are back in a situation, and saying: How could I have gotten here again? The thing is, we will be asking ourselves that, sooner than you think. The reason is, uh, that everything that can go wrong…. will."

Alan was looking at his bags frowning. How could he be packing for this? How could he be so stupid, to go back. After… two times in a row, being near death’s door.
"Honey?"
Grant looked up. He looked at her. Beautiful, just wonderfully beautiful, finally he had settled down with somebody. Clara walked over to him.
"Hey, Alan, you have that look in your eyes. You seem grave about something." She said.
"Clara, how could I do this again? Two times for me and three where people have been in danger. I just… felt that I needed to find myself. I mean, I don’t really know where I’m going now. I thought I was happy after I married you, but the depression just struck again… I just don’t know where I’m going now." Said Alan.
"Alan… I don’t know. You’re getting paid enough money to retire, you’re going to a place that I could only dream of. I know that you have had bad experiences there, but you are going to be safe. Two army planes flying over guarding you’re every move heavily armed men, a tank, it’ll be safe."
"Where have I heard that before?" Alan sighed.

Tim Murphy, now Twenty grabbed his bags up. He was now in College and studying law, he had gotten his life back on track after being a stoner for a certain period that he couldn’t remember. It was after a trip to the Hospital in an ambulance of an overdose and a sturdy 7 months of Re-Hab that he actually figured out he was doing something really stupid.
Tim had wanted to follow in his sister’s footsteps of being a Computer Programmer, Lex had invented a Palm planner called Palmspring, she became extremely wealthy, but Tim found that he wasn’t very interested in it when he started his first class, he dropped it for law.
He transferred over from a Community College to Harvard. Tim slung his bag over his back and headed out to his car and drove to the meeting place.
As Tim drove he thought about why he was going, two more disasters had occurred at the island after his… He couldn’t believe that there was going to be another trip there, he heard about the protection but he wasn’t sure. He had ultimately decided on going after the big check from Hammond, he now could just go to College, he didn’t have to have a job to pay the rent. Tim still wanted to do law, but if that didn’t work out he was still set for life.
This one little trip and it’d be worth it. 2.4 Million dollars for each person that went. Tim was no longer going to have to worry about making enough money to keep his own ass.

A fight had broken out at the Malcolm house once again. Kelly was yelling at Ian, who was angry at her for going out and sleeping around, driving home drunk and stealing from his wallet
"Dad, you moron! Why the hell are you trying to ruin my life?"
"Why are you trying to lose your life? Driving home drunk? That is so stupid, many people die, have you read a newspaper lately?"
"You know what, Dad? [Deleted] You!" Kelly Malcolm slammed the door leaving and getting into her car.
Suddenly, in all of Ian’s frustration, the phone started ringing. He stormed over to the phone and grabbed it up.
"WHAT?"
"Ian? (Cough, cough, cough) This is John Hammond… I have an offer for you."

On the plane to Isla Nublar Alan, Ian, Tim, Ellie, and Dr. Wu were sitting there as Ian finished talking.
"It’s great to see you too again, Ian." Said Alan, smiling. "How are you?"
"Kelly and I are fighting, she is getting into some bad stuff these days, but I’m dating someone right now and she’s great." Said Ian. "So why are you going back, Alan?"
"I need to find myself. I am having my.. well, I feel a little embarassed, I’m having a little bit of a crisis right now. And with all the protection here and such, I feel that this time it might be okay." Alan said. "You never said why you were going."
"I need the money…. And like I said before, human beings never learn."

Kelly Malcolm took out a bottle of straight Vodka and gulped some down before getting into her car, she pulled out of the garage and drove into the intersection and noticed a Semi-truck about a block away.
"Damn dad. Telling me what to do, stupid idiot." She looked to the left and to the right and pulled out. Suddenly she stopped in the middle of the intersection and puked from the night before. All over her pants. "Dammit!" Suddenly she heard a big long beep. She looked up seconds before it happened.
"AGGGGHHHHH!!!!!"
"Everything that can go wrong will."
