Life isn't what it seems Chapter 1

Robert Morris had an excellent life. He had just got married to a beautiful woman named Sarah. He as a police officer and he had great friends. He had a house in Calgary,Alberta, Canada.
But one day screwed his life up. One thing he discovered changed his life. This is his story.
Robert Morris was sitting on his couch with some BBQ chips and a pepsi watching the Kansas City Chiefs play the St. Louis Rams on Tv. He was a huge football fan and the Rams were his favorite team. Then Sarah came up to him.
" I'm going out for awhile, Ok honey?" said Sarah.
"OK, see you later," said Robert, kissing Sarah on the cheek.
Sarah walked out the front door, started the car, and drove off down the street.
"I guess I'll go out to,"muttered Robert, as the football game ended, The chiefs winning the game.
Robert got into the minivan and drove away.
I need some money, thought Robert, so he headed toward the bank.
After driving a few minutes, Robert noticed the van was almost out of gas. So Robert stopped at the Texaco station on his way to the bank.
"What can I do for you, Mr. Morris?"said the attendent.
Fill it up halfway with gas," said Robert.
"Coming right up," replied the attendent.
Ten Minutes later
Robert pulled up to the bank and what he saw mortified him. His wife Sarah was holding up the bank, along with the police chief, his boss, and Roberts best friend, Adam Meyer.
Sarah spotted Robert.
" Get out of here," sarah yelled to the other two.
" You, come with me," said Sarah to Robert.
1 hour later, Robert and Sarahs house
Robert walked out of his bedroom right into the end of a gun held by Sarah.
" We can't let you live, you know to much," said Sarah. " Since you are about to die, I'll tell you a little more. We are a criminal gang, that is made up of former police chief smith, Adam Meyer, myself and someone named Zach Hill. We are known as The Devils."
" Yeah, well fuck you bitch!" yelled Robert, and Robert punched Sarah in the face and stole her gun. Then Robert ran out the front door and drove off in his wifes car.
30 minute later
Robert pulled up to the abandoned warehouse in the Forest Lawn community. Since he couldn't go home, he was going to stay here until he figured out what to do.
Keeping the gun ready, Robert walked into the warehouse.
Robert looked around the warehouse, looking for something useful. After about an hour of looking, he found nothing of use. All that there was was some old, rusted machinery, a couple piles of crates, and a heap of torn up clothes. Robert sat down behind one of the crate piles and pocketed his gun.
What in the hell is going on, he thought.
Suddenly, a gunshot rang out, blasting a hole in one of the crates Robert was behind.
"Shit," muttered Robert."What am I going to do now?"
Terrified, Robert crawled along the crates, every now and then chancing a look upward to determine where the shooter was. Then Robert remembered: He had a gun too. Panic stricken, he pulled it out of his pocket.
BANG!
Another shot rang out. Robert looked up again and saw the shooter up on a catwalk above him. Robert shot two bullets up above, one hitting the shooters hand and forcing the shooter to drop his gun to the ground below.
" Shit, fuck you ass hole!" yelled the shooter, who then started to run down the catwalk.
Robert started shooting again. The first three shots he fired missed, but the fourth one hit it' mark.
The shooter fell to the side and fell off the catwalk. Robert walked over to where he lay. Robert checked the mans pulse. He was dead. Robert reached into the mans pocket, where he found a wallet with ID inside. The ID had the name Zachary Hill on it.
I had better get out of here, more could be here any minute, thought Robert to himself. Then Robert left the warehouse in search of another place to hide.
