Chapter 5 - An Unusual Conversation
SGD walked into the old lunchroom of the former prison. The "lunchroom" which was now dank and humid. Seagulls could be seen in the sunlight, floating above the ocean. As SGD strode forward, he saw from right to left the remaining members of the Allience. KillerRaptor was stroking his gun, a pistol, softly with his hand. Veloci_Josh had finished with his duties and was now upgrading a rifle with a scope. General Thade was standing by a barred window, arms folded, looking at the bay. The Golden Gate Bridge was clearly visible in the distance. SGD was looking for Thade all over the prison, and now he had found him.
SGD: Thade!
General Thade: Yes, sir?
SGD: Come here.
General Thade: Yes, sir.
Thade walked over to SGD and stood next to him. He took a deep breath and spoke.
General Thade: Sir?
SGD: Hook the warhead to the helicopter somehow.
SGD tossed Thade a giant, heavy chain he was carrying around. So heavy that General Thade almost fumbled it to the ground. SGD smirked and patted him on the shoulder.
SGD: Good work, soldier.
General Thade's knees were shaking. He began to sweat all over his head. He nervously replied to SGD.
General Thade: Yes, sir.
SGD left the room as Thade dropped the chain onto the floor.
General Thade: Christ!
KillerRaptor was laughing from across the room. Thade looked at him in anger and embarrassment. He couldn't help but chuckle along with KillerRaptor.
General Thade: A little heavy...heh heh...
He turned around quickly with the chain held over his shoulder. He gritted his teeth as he finished his sentence.
General Thade: ...ah...that son of a bitch Dac is gonna die…for all he has done...heh heh.
General Thade walked out the opposite door to where SGD left. KillerRaptor had a little bit of a laugh in him. He chuckled for a few more seconds before Veloci_Josh stopped him.
Veloci_Josh: Hey KillerRaptor, come here!
KillerRaptor: Why?
Veloci_Josh: Just come here!
KillerRaptor: All right, asshole!
KillerRaptor walked over to Veloci_Josh and began a conversation with him. They seemed to be talking about the Allience...
