Open on- Space. A huge Tef-Com Passenger Transport flies on-screen, and a Lander detaches and heads for a bustling, city-covered world.
Riddick: (Voice-Over)I didn't die on the planet...
Fade to- New Mecca. Riddick stands before a huge apartment building. He boards one of the personal harness elevators, going up the side of the immense structure, and rockets to the upper levels.
Riddick CONT'D: (VO) ...And now I'm stuck with these dreams, these horrible dreams...
Fade to- Riddick's Apartment - Interior. Riddick enters his dark apartment, and approaches the living area.
Riddick CONT'D: (VO) Maybe they'll be with me my entire life.
A figure emmerges from the shadows of the apartment, seemingly trying to sneak up behind Riddick. But the ex-con is too fast; he wirls around and points a gun at the mysterious figure's head.
Riddick: Been waiting long?
Fade to- Universal Logo.
Fade to- New Mecca - Casino - Interior.
Thomson: Are you familier with a certain priest of the Chrislam faith named Imam?
Riddick: Yeah, I know him. Why?
Thomson: How exactly did you two meet?
Riddick: It's a long story.
Cut to- Chrislam Settlement. A High Priest, Raloc, talks to his followers.
Raloc: Our brother has told us the way to God's Guard! We will use these creatures to spread the faith through-out the stars!
Cheers from the crowd.
Cut to- The Conga System. Riddick pilots a personal cruiser, with an old theif, Zekin, next to him.
Zekin: Religous fanatics, all of them! There aren't really flying monsters on that planet, are there?
Riddick stares straight ahead, piloting the ship.
Zekin CONT'D: Are there?
Riddick smiles at Zekin.
Fade to- Black.
Riddick: (VO) Yes. There are.
A hollow, haunting screech is heard.
Fade to- Cavern - Tunnel. Raloc and his followers slowly move down a sub-terranian cavern, holding Imam prisinor.
Raloc: What was that?
Imam: I don't know.
Raloc: Yes you do! Tell me!
Imam: It must one of the creatures. But I've never heard them make that noise before.
Raloc: (To followers) We're getting closer! The day is --
Raloc is interrupted, as several shadoy creaures leap out of the shadows, killing his followers.
Imam: Run!
Cut to- Planet - Surface. Riddick fights off hoards of ancient predators with a knive. Zekin raises a huge sub-machine gun, and blasts away at the monsters.
Cut to- Hilltop. Thomson screams as a predator slams it's head-crest through him, and flies away.
Cut to- Cavern. Imam waves a torch at a predator. The creature rears back and hisses.
Cut to- Main Title.

"Is it over?" he asks YVONNE who is next to him
"I think it is only beginning" she answers

I can see it when I post.
I can read it as I surf.
Many things have come
but not many things are good.
I suppose it started with the flooders of old. There wasn’t much of a chance to predict Evil Inside’s antics. He was bad, real bad. But a few Mods and Veterans decided to do something about it. ~
A group of surfers walked across the vast planes of flood.com. Evilgrinch and Seth Rex among them. They walked on and on. The flooders led by Evil Inside waited. The surfers stopped with Seth Rex and Evilgrinch in the lead.
“ Get your archers ready,” Evilgrinch said to Seth. Seth nodded and raised his bow. His fellow members raised their bows as well.
“ FIRE WHEN I SAY SO!” Seth called out. The surfers cried in cheer. They were ready. The errors began to run toward the surfers.
“ FIRE!” Seth commanded. The archers shot their arrows toward the errors. Though many fell, errors kept coming. The archers fired again knocking more down. Finally the errors got to them and SLICE. Evilgrinch sliced downward killing an error. Seth slammed his daggers into one error’s chest. Throwing the error aside, Seth threw a knife into an error from behind. Evilgrinch kept slicing down errors. But he saw someone coming toward them. It was Evil Inside.
“ Seth, shoot him with an arrow,” Evilgrinch said pointing toward Evil Inside. Seth having just sliced an error with his daggers grabbed an arrow and quickly armed up. He aimed and fired toward Evil Inside. The arrow screamed toward Evil Inside but he quickly sliced the arrow away.
“ It’s got to end here,” Evilgrinch said. Seth nodded and went toward one side. Grinch held his sword and prepared for a strike. Evil Inside drew his sword. Evilgrinch was ready to strike the blow. He quickly spun and sliced upward toward Evil Inside’s chest but Inside blocked and pushed him away. Seth tried slicing him with his left-handed dagger but he pushed Seth away. Evilgrinch flew toward Evil Inside and sliced downward toward his chest. Evil Inside blocked and kicked Evilgrinch in the chest. He was about to do a kill shot when Seth jump kicked him in the chest. He kept slicing Evil Inside with his daggers but Evil Inside blocked and dodged each shot. He finally roundhouse kicked Seth in the chin and Seth flew backwards. He stepped on Seth’s stomach and held him there.
“ Prepare to die Vet,” Evil Inside said. But Seth wasn’t ready to give up.
“ Sorry, I’m not in the mood,” he said as he stabbed Evil Inside in the chest. Evil Inside stumbled back startled and injured. Evilgrinch whistled quickly. Seth turned as Evilgrinch threw his sword. Seth grabbed it and quickly spun around decapitating Evil Inside. Evilgrinch walked up toward him as all the errors disappeared from view. Seth raised the sword and they all cheered. But then Seth lowered the sword. He turned toward Evilgrinch.
“ This isn’t the end. It starts with one,” Seth said. Evilgrinch nodded in agreement. But just as that happened the decapitated body of Evil Inside jumped and stabbed Evilgrinch in the leg. Seth ran the sword through Evil Inside’s heart.
~ And so it ended, and so it shall begin again. Though they didn’t know it then, the twisted soul of Evil Inside survived to thrive again one day…and so it starts anew. ~

~ The story I’m about to tell you is a story I dread telling. My name is Dino-Snore and I thought I’d never have to tell this to anyone. But here it is…it takes 20 years after the great war of the flooders and Evil Inside. 2 of the members of the fellowship were there. They would help us fight the flooders 3 years ago today. Unfortunately I’d be part of that journey. This is my story~
“ Get your adventure! Adventure posts now at the MB stands!” a man called out. He was a good-sized person. Can you figure out who that is? Yes that’s me. I’m the guy posting the adventures. It’s not really hard to see why some people just like my posts. They can go silly with them and it wouldn’t even matter. That’s the point of the posts.
A man walked up to Dino-Snore.
“ You’re posts suck and should be banned,” he said. Dino-Snore just glanced at him.
“ Right and your going to be the one to ban them?” he asked. The man just walked away.
~That’s the way it was that day. I couldn’t really figure out why. But somehow I had a feeling. Call it a hunch when something bad is going to happen you get a little nervous. ~
It was late in the day and Dino-Snore walked into his adventure post. There was Firebird and Jester Pocus talking.
“ I hear that Dan graduated. Its so cool!” she said.
“ Yeah, I still have time before I graduate from anything,” he commented. They both chuckled. Dino-Snore walked toward them and said, “ Hello.” They waved at him. And so the adventure began. Thousands of eagles flew into the stars and Dino-Snore flew upward in his. Firebird turned into a Firebird and Jester Pocus flew in another eagle. Today’s adventure was “STAR TREK VS STAR WARS”.
On another corner of the MB stands, Seth Rex and his comrades were having a post of their own. It was called “Rex Brothers Poker”. Yes they were playing poker. Seth Rex had initiated the game and they had played for one whole hour already. Seth checked his cards.
“ OK this is for 200 dollars. Mad Rex?” he said. Mad Rex lowered his cards. He had nothing. They turned to Gold-Rex. He lowered his cards. He also had nothing.
“ Hmm someone’s going home happy today,” he said lowering his cards. “ I’ve got ya boys, full house!” They cringed as he took the money.
“ This game sucks,” Mad Rex said. “ I always lose.”
“ That’s because you’ve never played cards before today,” Gold-Rex replied. “ Seth here is a top champion.” They all shook hands and Seth began to sort the cards out for a game of war. But suddenly something rang. A paper fell to the floor. Seth Rex picked it up. It said:

Seth Rex couldn’t believe his eyes. This was a flooder’s warning. He looked toward the others.
“ This isn’t good,” Mad Rex said.
“ We’ve got to see Dan,” Gold-Rex suggested. Seth Rex nodded but something else happened. The lights went out. The simulation of the post shut off. They could hear laughing throughout the room.
Throughout the page things were shutting off. Dan was in his office when his light went out. He looked around.
“ A power outage?” he called to his secretary Alecha. She walked up to him.
“ No I don’t think so,” she said. He got a little worried. He looked outside as lights around his city were going out. The page was shutting down.
Dino-Snore flew his eagle through the barrier and landed. Firebird and Jester Pocus followed. They got out. They looked around as their simulation failed.
Error…Error…Error…rang the computer. Dino-Snore looked toward Firebird. She in turn looked toward Jester Pocus.
“ Oh shit,” Jester commented.
~Back then I didn’t realize what was going on but I had a feeling. After things happen there’s usually a cause. Somehow I didn’t want to meet it~
Seth took a good look through the space that was their post. It was very silent and dark. He turned to his friends.
“ This is not good,” he said. They walked toward the exit. It wasn’t very interesting but they tried to do things. It was locked.
“ We’ll have to find a way out,” Gold-Rex said. Mad Rex looked around.
“ Any ideas?” he asked.
“ Yeah. Lets be ready for anything,” Seth replied.
Dino-Snore walked toward his eagle. He got out his gun and turned toward Firebird with her stinger blade and Jester Pocus with his katana.
“ Keep close,” said Dino-Snore. They nodded in agreement and Dino-Snore began to trek across the post. There was nothing to do but check for openings. Suddenly the lights went back on. Everything seemed fine. But now there was someone there. It was Max!
“ Max at your service punks,” he said. He smiled and quickly drew his sword. With one quick movement, he slashed the floor and it quaked. They couldn’t hold on and Dino-Snore stumbled upon Firebird. Jester Pocus jumped and got the wind knocked out of him when Max brought the butt of his sword into Jester’s chest. He fell backward and took a stare toward Max.
“ Now’s our time and so we shall take it,” Max said. He ran off and disappeared. Dino-Snore ran after him but the door was locked.
“ Damn!” he called out. “ We’re locked in.”
Dan walked out of his door. He turned the corner and slammed through the doors walking outside. Alecha followed him. There was lightning coming from the sky and it wasn’t even cloudy.
“ What the hell is happening to my site?” Dan said. He turned to Alecha. She looked at him a little scared.
“ Get Icebreaker on the phone. Call him, and Evilgrinch. I want answers,” Dan commanded. Alecha ran inside immediately to do the phone calls.
Icebreaker had been doing his own thing. He wanted to make sure his postings of his special edition stories turned out well. When everything went wrong he had to look outside. But now his phone rang. He picked it up.
“ Icebreaker here,” he said.
“ Icebreaker this is Alecha. Dan needs you in his office right away,” she said. Icebreaker immediately dropped the phone and left. He went down to the street and that’s when he noticed the lightning. He quickly got into his car and drove down toward the main office. When he got there, Evilgrinch was there as well. He got out and smiled.
“ It’s happening. I’m sure of it,” he said. Icebreaker nodded in agreement. They walked into Dan’s office together.
In Dan’s office there was little rest. Dan had sat there looking outside at the city in peril. The lightning made him really think. He turned to see Icebreaker and Evilgrinch standing at the door.
“ What’s the deal?” he asked.
“ The Rex Brothers are trapped in their poker game. And Dino-Snore, Firebird, and Jester Pocus are trapped in the latest adventure post. Whoever is doing this sure knows how to work the system,” Evilgrinch said. Dan nodded as his hopes faded. The Rex Brothers were his most trusted advisors and bodyguards. And the others were very good friends.
“ Then there is only one thing we can do. We have to free them,” Dan said. Icebreaker nodded his head.
“ I already have Dac and Sharkey searching for the adventurers. Icebreaker should probably go after the Rexes,” Evilgrinch said.
“ I agree. I’ll take my trusty Genises blade,” Icebreaker said. He took his sword and walked out.
“ I hope all goes well,” Dan said.
“ As do I,” said Evilgrinch.
~ As I remember it, Icebreaker always thought it best to hold his blade. The Genises Blade he called it. It was a blade he always used. When he fought the flooders it was an adventure for him. So he always used his blade. Now at this time I was ticked off. We knew flooders were involved. We just had to find a way out. ~
Dino-Snore glanced around and Jester Pocus did the same. They had to find a way out of here. Firebird sat around thinking. She was a little nervous.
“ I can’t believe this is happening,” she said. She looked toward them. Dino-Snore glanced at her.
“ Why should it be us stuck in a post like this?” she asked. Dino-Snore shrugged. Jester Pocus just turned toward her.
“ I guess it’s just that we were here,” he said. She nodded her head.
“ I guess,” she replied. Suddenly something happened. The wall of the post blew up. Dac and Sharkey were there. They smiled at Dino-Snore, Jester Pocus, and Firebird. The 3 also smiled.
Icebreaker took a glance around the posts. He was trying to find the Rex Brothers post. It was hard. Every post looked the same. He took his blade, and walked toward one post. He sliced at the wall and looked in. There was nothing. He walked around. He took a look at a motion tracker. He saw 3 bodies moving ahead of him.
Seth Rex took an arrow and aimed it at the wall.
“ OK get ready. I’m going to shoot the arrow and try to pierce the wall. If it works you slice the wall Mad Rex,” Seth said. He shot the arrow at the wall. But unfortunately the arrow bounced off the wall after chipping the tip. He picked up his arrow and looked at the tip.
“ They reinforced the wall. Only Icebreaker’s Genises blade will break it now,” he said. He looked toward the others.
“ I wonder how long it will be before they start looking for us,” Gold-Rex said. Seth shrugged. But they heard a chipping on the wall outside. They backed away. The wall broke apart and Icebreaker walked in.
“ Rex Brothers,” Icebreaker said. Seth nodded and the 3 brothers bowed. Seth gave Icebreaker the note. Icebreaker, reading it, filled with disgust.
“ So after all this time it’s begun,” Icebreaker said. Seth nodded his head in agreement.
“ We have to get to Dan with this news,” Seth said.
“ Yeah, he sent me after you guys,” Icebreaker said. They walked outside the post.
“ Dac and Sharkey went after Dino-Snore, Jester Pocus, and Firebird,” Icebreaker said. They began to walk towards Dan’s Tower.
~Now I had no way of knowing what was going on but with Dac and Sharkey on my side I was safe. As for the others, I didn't know. ~
Seth Rex took a peak out the side of a wall. He didn’t want to meet the originator of this disturbance. The site was shutting down and the lightning had still gone on. He turned to Icebreaker.
“ We’ll have to keep a silence about this. Until we reach Dan’s, we’ll have to keep out of the way. If whoever caused this is still here he’ll be looking for us once he finds we’ve escaped,” he said. Icebreaker nodded, holding on to his sword. Mad Rex also had his sword. Gold-Rex held his staff ready.
Dac took a glance around. He took binoculars from his pocket. Dac and Sharkey were wearing black trench coats and just plain black outfits. He looked through them. There were errors walking toward a simple direction.
“ They’re going somewhere,” he said. Sharkey took the binoculars and took a glance.
“ That’s where the Rex Brother’s post was. That’s where Icebreaker was going I heard,” Sharkey said. He turned to Dac.
“ Ok we better get going,” Dac said and Dino-Snore, Jester Pocus and Firebird agreed. They began to jog away.
Icebreaker had been wondering when the errors would arrive. He took a glance at an opening and saw shadows earlier. Thinking they might have been Dac and co. he didn’t bother. But now he was changing his tune.
“ This isn’t good. We still have to get to Dan’s and it looks like the errors are moving in. That definitely complicates things,” Icebreaker said. Seth Rex moved toward the wall to take a look. There were 5 errors there near a building.
“ Well lets take them down,” Seth said. Icebreaker nodded in approval. Seth Rex took a glance toward the errors as he held out his bow. Quickly taking an arrow out of a sack, he slowly held it out into aiming position. As he arched around to get a good mark, he took aim toward an error’s head. Knowing this was his best shot Seth took it. The arrow shot through the air and into the error’s head. They walked out and Seth quickly dawned his daggers. Icebreaker and Mad Rex both had their blades ready as the errors dawned their blades. Gold-Rex held his bow out.
“ Ok let’s spread out brothers!” Seth called out. Seth took middle, Mad Rex took right, and Gold-Rex took left. Icebreaker was behind them.
An error came charging toward Seth. Noting Seth’s position the error quickly swung downward toward Seth’s legs. Seth saw this and flipped over the error’s back and kicked him. Seth landed with ease as the error stumbled forward. The error turned to face him. He held up his sword. Seth was ready for anything.
Meanwhile, Icebreaker was having his own little sword fight. He had just dodged a slice toward his midsection. Icebreaker swung hard upward toward the error’s chin and connected drawing blood. The error howled in pain but didn’t show signs of giving up. He simply held his cut and sliced downward toward Icebreaker’s arm. Icebreaker pushed the sword away with his own blade and quickly spun. Using the momentum of the spin he sliced the error’s head off. He turned to see Mad Rex facing his own error.
Mad Rex sliced downward but was blocked by his error’s blade. The error kicked him in the chest and went swinging. Mad Rex was cut in the arm. Mad Rex held out his sword. It was time to kick ass. He jumped into the air and sliced downward toward the error’s head but the error blocked. Then Mad Rex kicked the error in the chest. The error stumbled back but was ready to go. Suddenly the head error whistled and the surviving errors ran away. That was quite interesting, Seth thought.
“ Be careful, I sense something ahead,” Seth said. They began to walk down the street.
Dac, Sharkey, Jester Pocus, Firebird, and Dino-Snore walked down toward a gas station. They sat down for a while. It was tiring work trying to get to Dan’s tower.
“ I’m hungry!” Firebird cried. Dac turned toward the gas station.
“ That’s a mini market,” Dac suggested. Firebird got up and walked into the gas station. She looked around. She grabbed chips and a Mountain Dew: Code Red. She was going to pay. But something was wrong. She could sense it. She looked around. Outside the team could see the clouds covering the sky. It was getting worse by the minute, Dino-Snore thought. Firebird walked out of the store to see this.
“ Oh no,” she said. Suddenly flooders came out of the sky. They landed perfectly on the street all over the place. The group stood up back to back. Each had their weapons. Suddenly a flooder came up. He smiled toward the heroes. He suddenly flashed his hand and the weapons disappeared.
“ Hey!” Jester Pocus called out.
“ You won’t need those,” the flooder said.
Seth Rex had seen everything. Now he was on the roof of a building getting ready for a strike. The others were hiding. Icebreaker and Mad Rex had their katana blades ready for a slicing. Gold-Rex held his wooden staff ready as well. Seth Rex slowly took up his aim toward the head flooder. Luckily the roof wasn’t that high up. He had a clear view of the flooder and a good distance.
“ Prepare to meet your maker,” he said slowly. He stretched the rope and let loose. The arrow screamed and hit the flooder in the back of the neck. The others stayed until they were ready. The head flooder had fallen and the trapped friends looked around.
“ An assassin wanting us for their own?” Dino-Snore asked. Firebird slapped him in the head.
“ No! That arrow was too familiar,” Firebird said. She whispered into his ear that it was Seth Rex shooting. Seth took another arrow and got ready to fire. He slowly took aim toward the closest flooder. He smiled once again as he let loose the arrow. This time the arrow shot right into the flooder’s back stabbing right through his heart. The flooder fell toward the ground. The surrounding flooders were getting nervous. Suddenly a fire arrow was sent through the air and into a third flooder. But this was no ordinary shot. It was a signal. Icebreaker broke into a run and sliced off a flooder’s head. Mad Rex jumped out and blocked the first shot sent his way toward the head. He backhanded the flooder away and stabbed his gut deep and sliced upward cutting the guy nearly in half.
Gold-Rex slammed his staff into a flooder’s neck quickly. Then Gold-Rex turned to see a flooder slice downward toward his head. Gold-Rex blocked the shot with his staff and spun the staff in his hand twisting the blade away from the flooder. Taking the blade, Dino-Snore helped Gold-Rex by slicing the flooder’s back open. The flooder fell and they shook hands.
Seth Rex took an arrow and slowly took aim toward a flooder behind Firebird. He slowly took his time aiming at the guy’s head. When he let go, it sailed right between the flooder’s eyes. The flooder fell back as Firebird turned to see him.
“ Ugh,” she said. Seth was going to take another shot but the flooders retreated this time. Seth got up and climbed down a ladder. Firebird ran and hugged him. He hugged her back and they walked toward the others.
“ You’ve got some cunning aim with that bow and arrow set,” Dino-Snore said. Seth bowed in respect and they shook hands.
“ We should get moving. Dan will be expecting us,” Icebreaker said. They nodded and headed off.
At Dan’s office Evilgrinch was looking out the window. He had seen the clouds grow in. He remembered a time this happened 20 years ago.
~Now I didn’t quite know this but Evilgrinch, having worked with Seth Rex 20 years ago to fight the flooders had been injured. So he’d know what was going on and I was sure I would soon enough. ~
He took a glance toward Dan.
“ Do you remember 20 years ago? Do you remember when things like this had happened?” he asked. Dan nodded his head. He hadn’t wanted to remember it. But now things were forcing him to.
“ I believe his soul is back Dan. He’s taken solid shape again. I can feel it. Evil Inside is back,” Evilgrinch said.
“ If that’s true then we’d better find a way to permanently kill him,” Dan said.
“ I couldn’t agree more,” Evilgrinch replied. Suddenly they turned toward the door as it opened. The group had arrived led by none other than Icebreaker and Seth Rex.
Dan took a glance out a window. He turned toward Seth Rex, whom was standing there ready for orders.
“ I don’t know what to do. The site will fail and what would we have left? I will decide one thing. Alecha has called for the other members to arrive that will help us in this matter,” Dan said. Seth nodded his approval. “ I’ve also set up a meeting for us all. So I’ll let you know when to come.” Dan relieved Seth and he walked off. Dan just stood there looking outside.
Dino-Snore jogged around a hall. He was getting nervous about certain things. He wasn’t a hero. He didn’t choose to go through the error/flooder infested areas. So why him? Suddenly a person walked out of the door. He was near.
“ We are ready for you to enter,” he said. Dino-Snore walked in and saw the others there. There were even more people there as well. Seth Rex, Mad Rex, and Gold-Rex stood beside and behind Dan as he sat in his seat. Dan glanced around as he was preparing to speak.
“ Welcome fellow Dan’s page members. As we all know, the flooders are rebuilding flood.com and have started invading our sites. Therefore it's obvious that we must fight flood.com and any leader inside that leads this flood action,” Dan said. He glanced toward his members. There was Vader, Parasaur.w, and others. Evilgrinch and Icebreaker were there as well.
“ So what do you suggest we do?” asked Vader. The crowd all wondered and mumbled about this statement.
“ Well we can’t all decide about certain things. I suggest someone go to flood.com and finally rid the site of its leader,” Dan said. Everyone broke into talk then.
“ We can’t do that! We’d get killed!” said Parasaur.w. There was a lot of mumbling. Suddenly Evilgrinch walked toward the middle of the room. Seth Rex glanced at him.
“ I suggest a fellowship be formed,” he said. Dan looked toward him.
“ A fellowship?” he asked. Evilgrinch nodded his head.
“ A fellowship could be formed and we can go stop the flooders together. Sure beats doing it alone,” Evilgrinch replied.
“ But who would go on this fellowship?” asked Vader.
“ I will,” said Icebreaker as he walked up toward Evilgrinch.
“ As will I,” said Evilgrinch. Firebird walked up to them.
“ I will go too,” she said. She glanced toward Dan and mostly toward Seth Rex, whom she knew would have no choice but to go. Seth turned toward her. He had a stern look upon his face. He turned toward his fellow Rex Brothers. Mad Rex and Gold-Rex both nodded their heads in agreement. Seth turned toward Firebird again and she smiled. He stepped down from Dan’s side and walked up beside her. The other 2 did the same.
“ The Rex Brothers vow their allegiance toward the fellowship,” Seth said. Vader smiled now. He knew that this would be a good fellowship. The mission could work. He stood up and took his sword.
“ Then you have my sword,” Vader said. He walked toward the group. “ I’m in.” Dino-Snore walked up to them.
“ I guess I have no choice. I was in this from the beginning it seems,” he said. Jester Pocus walked up to them.
“ Same as I. So I am with you guys,” he said.
“ Then so be it. You are now a fellowship. I shall have your weapons ready by tomorrow,” Dan said. “ You are dismissed.”
~If I didn’t know it any better, I’d say that Seth Rex was trying to act like Firebird’s older brother. But that’s just me. ~
Nighttime grew and Seth was in his dorm room. He took his bow and grabbed an arrow. Slowly he slid it into its place and took aim on an arrow mark. He was at one end of the room and his arrow marker was at the other end. He let go and it sailed right into the bull’s eye. Firebird walked into the room. She was in her nightgown. She walked over to him. He didn’t glance at her.
“ I’d rather you not go,” he said.
“ I rather I did,” she said. He turned to her.
“ It’s a very dangerous journey. You could get injured or killed,” he said.
“ I don’t care. I can handle myself,” she replied.
“ So why are you here?” he asked.
“ I wanted to know if you could tell me a bed time story,” she said.
“ You’re nearly 13 years old,” he commented.
“ I don’t care,” she said. She grabbed his hand and dragged him to her room. There she lay into her bed and he tucked her in.
“ I can tell you a poem,” said Seth. She nodded her head excitedly.
“ Ok here it goes.
Oh the travelers nine
will do just fine
Going through the darkest mile.
They will go so far
Even without a car
each of them wearing a smile.
For these travelers nine
will each earn a dime
as they help save the net.
And for those travelers nine
A legend will form
A legend nobody will forget,” Seth said. She had fallen asleep. He kissed her forehead and left.
“ OK each of you will take a sword. Seth Rex you’ve been upgraded to a tech bow. The arrows differ. You may still use regular arrows but for special attacks or signals, these shockwave tipped arrows will do wonders,” Parasaur.w said. He held up an arrow with a wide tip. “ The shockwave will cut anything that’s organic and it’s a great sound maker for signals. The shockwave is fast, so its either jump or hope to god your faster.” Seth nodded as he grabbed his bow and arrows. The other 8 had grabbed their swords. Icebreaker had his genesis blade though. And Evilgrinch had his blade from 20 years ago. Gold-Rex had his wooden staff as usual but he had taken a sword as a back up. Everyone was ready now. And they were ready to get started.
“ May god be with you,” said Parasaur.w.
The group walked through the empty streets as Icebreaker and Seth Rex took quick glances around them.
“ It’s silent around here,” Icebreaker said. Seth Rex could only nod his head.
“ Lets rest at that hotel,” Seth said as he pointed toward the Hotel Dan.
Gold-Rex walked toward the Rex room with a new deck of cards. He looked around and walked in. There, Seth and Mad Rex were talking.
“ This is going to be my day to win,” Mad Rex said.
“ In your dreams,” Seth said. Gold-Rex put the cards on the table and Seth broke the deck.
In another room, Firebird was dancing to her music. Jester Pocus and Dino-Snore were practicing their sword fighting with Vader.
“ Ok so you’re facing someone. You want to be aware of everything,” Vader said. Suddenly Evilgrinch perked up. He was glancing around frantically.
“ STOP AND HIDE!” he said. He ran into Firebird’s room and turned off her music. Then he threw her down beside the bed as he lay down beside her. The Rex brothers saw a bunch of Pteranodon flying toward them and they closed all their curtains. The others went into their bathrooms. The Pteranodon flew around the complex squawking and making loud noises, checking around for something, or someone. Evilgrinch walked out toward the deck. Seth Rex soon followed.
“ We better go. If they saw us, the flooders will be here soon enough,” Evilgrinch said.
“ We still have to pass by the zoo,” Seth commented.
“ Yeah and that’s going to be our biggest challenge,” Evilgrinch replied.
So on they marched. The crossing was tough but Icebreaker led the way. They were headed toward the mountains.
Evil Inside knew of this crossing though.
“ So you will cross the mountain. I will not allow you to do so,” he said. He went toward the roof of his palace and began chanting.
The mountain was treacherous. Vader was feeling quite cold by now.
“ How much further?” he asked.
“ Not too much, we have to head down the next hill, that’s all,” Evilgrinch answered.
“ Great. When we get there, remind me to light myself on fire. I’m freezing up here,” Vader said. Suddenly a sound almost like thunder echoed above them. Mad Rex looked up.
“ Oh shit!” he said. They all looked up to see the avalanche coming. They all pulled inward but the avalanche got Gold-Rex. They waited until the avalanche passed and Seth got to his knees to grab Gold-Rex who was now hanging on to the side.
“ Grab my hand!” Seth called out. Gold-Rex tried to but he slipped and almost fell. This time he grabbed Seth’s hand.
“ Yes I got him!” Seth yelled. Suddenly another avalanche hit them. Through all the white, all they could hear was a scream. They couldn’t see a thing. When the rush from the avalanche passed, Seth was hanging from the cliff now.
“ Shit!” Mad Rex said. He saw Gold-Rex’s staff and grabbed hit. He lowered it and Seth got hold. They pulled him up. As he stood, he looked down the cliff. He then turned toward Mad Rex.
“ We lost Gold-Rex,” he said. They all took a moment of silence.
“ We better get going before anything else happens,” Icebreaker said. Seth nodded his head. They left the cliff area and went down the last hill. Mad Rex left Gold-Rex’s staff behind as a memorial. He had stuck it in the snow.
~The loss of Gold-Rex was hard on Seth and Mad Rex. They didn’t show it, but you could almost tell just by looking in their eyes. Someone was going to pay for this. ~
The fellowship walked toward the entrance to the zoo. The main gate seemed to be locked.
“ Great to know it’s locked,” Jester Pocus said. Dino-Snore sat on a rock as they all did. Icebreaker stood near the gate with Seth.
“ Got a key?” Icebreaker asked.
“ I’m no key master,” Seth replied.
“ You did work here,” Icebreaker mentioned.
“ That was a year ago! I quit,” Seth replied.
“ You got fired,” Mad Rex said.
“ Shut up,” Seth commented. Firebird chuckled.
“ Laugh it up bird brain,” Seth said. She stopped, but inside she was still chuckling. Seth began checking his pockets.
“ It’s a good thing I brought my boom box,” Firebird said. Quickly Seth checked his pockets and found the key.
“ Here it is,” Seth said. Icebreaker chuckled as Seth opened the gate. Seth pushed the gate and they walked into the zoo.
“ Be careful. There may be flooders and errors here,” Icebreaker said. They got out their weapons and walked through the zoo.
“YOUR GOING TO DIE!” a voice rang.
“ Shit!” Seth said.
“ SGD!” Icebreaker called out.
“ NOW TO KILL YOU ALL, I’VE SET LOOSE A VERY DEAR ENEMY OF MINE. I THINK YOU KNOW OF IT AS THAT BLASTED SPINO THAT KILLED THE REX IN JP3!” SGD said through a megaphone. The group looked around the area. So far there was nothing around them.
“ Run!” Seth said. He saw something ahead of him. They began to run as fast as they could. The Spinosaurus was running toward them. Seth Rex, Mad Rex, and Firebird went one way as the others went another way. Seth Rex stopped suddenly, the others crashing into him. There were flooders and errors waiting for them.
“ Don’t fuck with the Jedi master,” Seth said. He got out his sword and Mad Rex got out his. The dragon blade ignited and Seth sliced down one of the flooders. Others began to fight but Seth dodged out of the way. One flooder sliced another flooder in half. Mad Rex kicked one flooder in the face, and then jammed his blade into the flooder’s chest.
Firebird on the other hand flip kicked an error in the jaw. She punched a flooder in the stomach then roundhouse kicked him in the chin. The flooders were surrounding them though.
“ Come on!” Seth said. He pulled up a sewer lid and they jumped down. He grabbed a tech arrow and shot it at the errors. When it exploded, it cut all the flooders and errors in half. Seth and the others ran down the sewer lane. His blade was their light.
Icebreaker, Jester Pocus, Evilgrinch, Vader, and Dino-Snore ran through the streets.
“ We lost the Rex brothers and Firebird!” Evilgrinch called out.
“ They can take care of themselves, we need to ditch the Spinosaurus!” Icebreaker replied. Suddenly the Spinosaurus broke out of a building in front of them. They each stopped before the Spinosaurus could snap at them.
“ I hate this guy,” Vader said. The Spinosaurus shook off all the dust and cement that had stayed on it after breaking through the building, and began to walk toward the fellowship. Just then Icebreaker had an idea. He turned toward his men.
“ Get going, I will meet you at the head link center,” he said.
“ No I will not leave you here with the dinosaur,” Evilgrinch protested. Icebreaker took Evilgrinch by his neck and tossed him toward the path.
“ Just go! You have no choice! If Seth and the others make it there, they would wait for us. I will be there!” Icebreaker said sternly. So the group began to run off when they heard Icebreaker’s scream of justice.
“ You shall not pass!” he called out to the Spinosaurus. Then there was a roar, and silence.
“ Let hopes and prayers be with Ice,” Vader said. They began to walk on toward the link center.
The light helped Seth, Firebird, and Mad Rex see where they were going. The sewer system seemed to go on and on for miles. Firebird hated the sewer.
“ Where are we?” Mad Rex asked.
“ I have no idea,” Seth replied. Suddenly a rack of light appeared in front of them.
They finally reached the link station. It was huge, full of links.
“ We’ve made it this far. I doubt Seth, Mad Rex, and Firebird are dead…and I hope Icebreaker survived the Spino,” Vader said.
“ I hope so as well. There’s only one path for us to go. Are we ready?” Evilgrinch said. Vader, Dino-Snore, and Jester Pocus nodded their heads. The 4 fellowship members walked into the link station.
Seth Rex, Mad Rex, and Firebird all got to the edge of the sewer tube to see a world of flying cars, buildings appearing high above a cloud, or was it smog down below? Seth was in awe. He saw a sign that said www.fifthelement.com.
“ I don’t think we’re in Dan’s anymore,” Mad Rex said.
