very nice.
Once again the dialogue was excellent, but the one thing that stood out in this chapter was the description, loved it. Especially the description of the SUV's.

Wallace is developed well. I haven't quite made up my mind, whether or not I like him yet, though. hehe
Eichmann brings to mind, visions of the "cigarette smoking man" from the X-Files. I'm sure he'll be trouble later. :)

Oh, and I noticed you put some spaces in between some of the paragraphs. Thank you! It makes it much easier to read that way. :)
