While Eddie successfully pulls the two-part trailer back up the cliff in TLW with his Mercedes ML320, it's unlikely that the SUVs' 215-hp V6 engine could have done it. (From: 'JasonSpidey')

Refreshing, to say the least! A true writer has come along to grace these pages--someone who understands grammar and sentence structure as well as story. Can't wait to read more!

JPJunkee, I really wanted to keep Malcolm around to torment Alan, but it just didn't work out. :-( Thanks for reading!

Well, I'd heard from Yvonne that this was pretty good, but even while reading it I was still pretty surprised about just how good it was. A very promising start to a new story, and a pretty new sort of plot with it following directly after JP. The writing is really nice, too. Some of the dialogue could have been better in places, but for the most part it worked. It's cool how you're sort of mixing the book and the film together. I am the slightest bit disappointed that that means Malcolm is dead, but oh well, I'll get over it! hehe. Muldoon's in this, so it should be cool to read a story with him that is post-JP. Anyway, keep up the good work, I'm interested in reading more! :)

Thanks for your comments! I love Alan/Ellie stories too. :-)

Originally, the story was just going to be about what happened to them after Nublar, but the story arc is taking on a life of it's own, so it's going to be quite a bit longer than I first planned.

Very nice I loved the book and hated that there was no real resolution at the end, except for Gutierrez and Alan's brief conversation. Any chances an extended version of that will be revealed later?

Well, you certainly have my attention! I love reading anything Alan and Ellie related, so this was right up my alley. :)

Great writing, too, which helps it stand out. I've often wondered myself, how all of the post-island stuff would have panned out, so I look forward to reading more.

I like the way you've meshed the novel and film together, as well. Very nicely done. Any idea how long this might be?
