The TLW novel mentions dinosaur-like creatures rumored to exist in the jungles of the Congo. Called 'mokele-mbembe', several expeditions to find them have so far turned up nothing. (From: Deinonyclaw)

Well written, what else can I say. I must admit I like your combination of elements of the book and the movie, especially the being delayed in Costa Rica element.

On another note, being an Alan Grant/Ellie Sattler fan I was rather disappointed that the canon decided not to pair them together in JPIII. I'm glad your fic goes a different track...

Thanks for the excellent review. The "five miles" saying is a favorite of mine.

    Thanks again for reading!

Another well-written installment! You have a great deal of talent, and I like your style. You're obviously no stranger to the language, which is a big bonus in my book! Very well done.

    Some things that stood out:

**On the helicopter, she had repeated that to herself, like a mantra.**

I don't know why--I lack the capacity to sort it out at the moment--but this one particular line struck me as...very good. A nice touch.

    Another nice touch was:
**I look like five miles of bad road, Alan thought**
A humorous interior monologue never hurts, and that expression seems right coming from Grant.

You've captured the characters well, also, and I look forward to learning a little more about the new character, Reiling.

    Looking forward to the next!
