Good chapter. Not much really happened, but it's cool that some survivors in the town were found. Some of the dialogue was a little weaker here than usual. Between Denis and Romeo it was fine, but the survivors had icky lines once and a while (icky, yeah, wonderful word. My point is, it didn't seem as real as it could have). And I felt that the family was perhaps convinced too quickly. "Ahhh so you have wings. Well then shit, let's go!" Okay, so it was more thought out and done nicer than that, but it reached its conclusion just a little too quickly. . . . But anyway, the stuff outside the cellar, and the notion that perhaps some of the hybrids do have their own unique attributes, that was neat. And I liked the thing about the one guy dying a hero to keep the others hidden. Not one of the finer chapters, but a good enjoyable read no less. And as always, I'm looking forward to more!
