Very nice chapter.
We get a sense of urgency from the group now, it works well. The hell hounds are some cool creatures.
I also liked Denis, he seems a lot cooler than he used to. The development of his character is very good.

Okay, so! MDD is back! Woowee! . . . . And with a good return chapter, no less! :)
I liked this chapter, it had good dialogue, good character interaction, and I like the ever growing sense of isolation that the characters have, being stuck in the restaurant with the hell puppies outside. . . . Well now they're inside, which should make for some interesting action!
One line, that just stood out as confusing, and poorly written; 'The hellhound, though, was no more warned than he was even more pissed off.' . . . . Ehhh, maybe change that one around a little bit.
Anyway, good chapter, I liked it a lot, and I am looking forward to more with renewed enthusiasm.
