No, this was a short story of mine, that skips the buildup, and goes right to the climax dropoff.

As for your story, a leisurly read. Perfect for my insomniactic nights. My helpful criticizme for this story is give you dinosaurs more description. Painting a colorful picture of something that is about to cause so much pain is a great contrast.
