I told you once it was completed then I'd get around to reading it, and so far its been really good! The intro was excellent with a creepy forshadowing at what will happen, and the prolouge was done very well, as well. I'm off to read the other chapters now!

Awesome, I loved it. Reading this really late, but oh well, still the same story. Gonna go read the first chapters now.

I like what you've done here...Dodgson is a snake, and Wu is a jellyfish. Very interesting...and the meandering melancholy of the intro creates a feeling of impending doom, which is a nice way of making the reader curious. The dialogue is believable and nicely succinct. I think I'm gonna go read more.

Thanks for the comments Vito. I like it when new readers begin the story later on, it gives me something to look forward to.

And as odd as it may seem, the Introduction was not planned out at all. In fact, I had already finished writing the entire story, when I decided to write an Intro. So, one day when I was angry at the world, I sat down and wrote.

Considering the extreme lack of sleep I had at the time, I'm quite pleased at how it turned out.

Thanks again for reading and commenting, and I hope you like the future installments.

Well, for just starting to read this, very late on, I can see that it is going to be a very interesting story for me to get into. I really enjoyed your introduction. It seemed very well planned and thought out.

The Prologue was good as well. Even though Dr. Wu is one of my favorite characters and I hated to really find out that he's a traitor to InGen. However, good job man. I'm going to read the next part right now.

Thanks for the (very detailed) comment, Host. I appreciate your view on how it could have been better in multiple ways. I do not take offense to what you said, instead I think it will help me grow as an author.

I too felt that I repeated myself a few times during on a few occasions, but I wanted to make sure I got my point across. Maybe I over did it, but oh well.

I'm glad you liked what you've read so far. And I'm looking forward to reading you comments on future installments.

Incidentally, rereading my comments, they sound a bit harsher than I intended. Honestly, this was really really really good. I just like to focus on criticism, especially for the better stories I read, as I feel that's the best way to help writers develop.

Congratulations, once again, on a job well done.

Took me a while to get around to this. But I'm pretty impressed. There were a couple of misspelled words and instances of incorrect grammar usage, and several sentence fragments. Nothing too distracting, though. I also felt that the first half of your prologue was unnecessarily long -- you seemed to make a few of your points several times. But, taken altogether, the prologue was quite eloquent and surprisingly profound. The introduction, too, was well written. A bit more description might have been nice. But you were able to adequately set a tone through action and dialogue, and you proved particularly adept at establishing character in only a few short paragraphs. Again, on the whole, this is one of the better fanfics (so far) that I've read on this site. I look forward to reading more. (But not tonight. I've got an essay to finish!)

Wow, what a great introduction! You deserve full praise for that, its very well set out and very professional.
And a good Prologue too. It's set up nicely, with you knowing what is happening straight away. And then finding out in the last line, that Dr Wu is a traitor!

Very nice start JPJunkee, and you have drawn my attention, which is no east feat. I'll be sure to read more as you post it.

    Cheers,

    Dino_Dude

That was a very good introduction, explaining the story's title right off the bat. Excellent.

And the Prologue was good, as well. Whenever Dodgson gets involved in a story, things tend to go bad. hehe. And Wu ... that traitor!

In just a few short paragraphs, you've gotten me very interested in reading more.

Great job so far, JPJunkee! :)
