Yes, Hannibal is captured very, very well. Especially the "little Billy" parts. Very eerie.

Once again, there were a few grammatical errors, like incorrect quotation marks and some messed up spelling, but distracting.
You really do write Lecter well. I can always picture Anthony Hopkins saying the dialogue you have created. Great job, on a great adaptation!
And little Billy is shaping up to be a good character as well.
