That was the tip of the ice berg Ambrose. I never menat that to be very suspensful. What this scene was supposed to shwo was that the raptors knew how to figure something out to get out of there.

SUGGESTIONS:
Okay action scenes are a lil iffy. try o read action scenes in other books and learn from what other writters. i hate to say it but it didn't feel that suspenseful. Trust me, suspense always makes the action more powerful. I suggest you read how other authors use suspense in their writting.
