Rumor has it John Williams secretly composed the "Spinosaurus River Attack" sequence in JP3, hence why it doesn't appear on Don Davis' soundtrack. (From: Jospeh)

Nice beginning. I want to know more about Ryan. I have a bad feeling that this girl is going to bring him down bigtime. Poor guy. lol.

Will there be parts where we get to see Megan's point of view at all? Or will it just be Ryan's viewpoints only?

An interesting, well-written opening. It should be interesting to see how this little drama unfolds.

    Looking forward to more.

Superb writing, indeed. The narrative is very nice, and flows really well. Good character development, too, already in this considerably short prologue to the story I feel I have a good grasp on who these characters are and what they’re all about. I liked how it all kind of bounced from one thing to the next, talking in the beginning about how it would never work out, and then moving into who these people are, and how Megan and Ryan initially came to be together. It did seem to end a little bit abruptly, however, but that only leaves me wanting to read more all that much sooner. So. . .post more!

Anyway, great start for the new story.

An excellent start to a story that is quite different to those we are used to seeing here.

The character development in this small part is excellent with the reader gaining access to Ryan's thought patterns and the way he thinks, making this more emotional as we get attached to him.

The way you've written is excellent and shows you've written with feeling which is definately a good thing.

Another thing i feel must be mentioned was the dialogue. It was superb, it was realistic and at times funny. A lot of people don't put a lot of effort into the dialogue but it is clear that you have put abit of thought into what your characters and your minor roles say.

    Superb writing.
