actually the ps2 has some problems with some dvds because its basically like a software pc-dvd palyer. So some discs like the abyss or the matrix dont run properly.

uhh, the Playstation 2 is also a DVD player, that means as long as a company does not do something really funky with a DVD, it will play in a Playstation 2,

If any of you has the dts dvd, it probably is not the corrected version. check our debate on www.hometheaterforum.com ( studios manufacturers feedback).
