If they do make a JP4 then here's a good idea for JP5. Ian, Alan , Nic, Sarah and group of other people go to Isla Nubalar and find out that when the dino's were destroyed none of the eggs were destoyed and ddino's having been living there and no one even knew it so they are going to leave the island and find there boat deystored by raptors . They run around the island and people die and they finally get off but the island is finaly destroyed and it's the chapter in the JP series.

THey won't et it on Nubalr, it's ridculous. You have a dino island. You'd build there. Just gas em and collect em. Why spend money to build again on Nublar, and capture ship the Sorna clan over, when theyc na just capture and barely move them? And Hammond has it set up as a preserve, so InGen won't be building anymore parks. No one else can do it on Nublar, InGen owns it. They'd never sell it, mighta missed some dino evidence during the great purging.
For thsoe of you against future JP's, read the news topic. Until it doesn't turn a profit, they'll keep making them. And if JP/// does bomb, but does good on the video/TV expect more JP's.
The Pteranodons will be territorial, so they won't leave. Rememebr TLW end, the Pteranodon wasn't in a cage.
If they're going off the siland, it cna't be a prequel, nor would Johnston turn down a prequel. With barley to no dino problems, there's no hardship, or plot. And no, InGen didn't cover diddle squat up. Thye couldn't keep oen worker's death quiet. TRy a JP Movie level. And malcolm still blabbed. You think no one esle would ahve? With two people saying there's dinos on thsi island, more people would believe it. And nobody believed Malcolm, until Mr. Rex Goes To San Diego. Then somebody was a gloat monkey.

For everyone who keeps on saying "oh maybe we can have mutant dinosaurs in the next movie!" I would like to say the reason I have liked JP from the beginning is that I felt I was watching dinosaurs, dinosaurs as they may and could have been. That totally stimulated my imagination. And in that aspect the movies still thrill me in a way an alien or monster movie never could. Please don't give me some big brainless mutant dino verses the military as they take over the world crud. Oh, and the T.V series, if it doesn't go Teenage melo drama, will be an animated series were the Dino's can talk and teach 5 year olds how to read and count. But that will survive for ever because it keeps youngsters out of their parents hair, the way "Back to the future" went with it's cartoon.

Johnston says they have a preliminary idea for JP4 that will be a "departure from the 3 films" and where they "get off the island for once." That last quote can mean one of two things, that te dinos themselves will leave the island, or the series will leave the island. Either way, I can guarantee we'll be seeing pteradons at the end of JP3 as the "ending that leaves it open for another film." Also, someone posted something about Pteradons leaving the island at the end of one of the books.

I read about that movie plot, Utahraptor. It was a fake, one of the writers said it as a joke and a British publication published it as real. There are considerations for a Simpsons movie, but that's not the plot.

The point is, the whole island thing was what made Jurassic Park special and unique.
