The name is "Jurassic Park: Survival". I attended E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo) and I visited the Universal booth, and the name of the game is in fact Survival.

JP Aftermath reported this a few days ago and also showed the logo as saying survival. So i dout it was a mistake if the logo states this.
