On the subject of Carnotaurus, those monstrosities in Dinosaur were far too large, too muscular, and the horns were wrong.

As for the Iguanodon, I'd rather they didn't have lips.

well why do you say it was inaccurate? i actually agree, put aside the talking and the lemurs, that the dinos in the movie wrer pretty good...the igunadons looked very good as did the others....and the velociraptors in herer actually looked like a velociraptor...

Disney's _Carnotaurus_ was terribly inaccurate, and yes, _Carnotaurus_ is featured in the book.

Is Carnotaurus in the book ????

actually disneys carnotaurus was pretty accurate...i do agree he may have been a little bulked up, but the carnotaurus' skull was tha deep, and the arms were that short and the carnotaurus did have bony armor on it's skin like that accordinbg to skin impressions...

At 3:28:13 PM on 5/28/2001, Mallon said:
There is no picture of the JP3_Carnotaurus_ in the book, if that's what you're wondering.

carnotaurus looks nothing like the one on Disney's Dinosaur.

Mallon: Shouldn't you say Metriacanthosaurus? Not Metriocanthosaurus.

At 7:04:06 PM on 5/27/2001, Mallon said:
_Metriocanthosaurus_ looks something like a mutant _Allosaurus_, with elongate spines and a funky skull crest.

How does a Metriocanthosaurus looks like? I saw in the first JP Movie, that Dennis stealed an embryo of this dino.

_Metriocanthosaurus_ and _Carcharodontosaurus_ are indeed in the book.

Thanks Faulkner for the info on Metricanthosaurus. I never knew what it was when I saw it's name in the embryo chamber.

i hope it is a descrption of every dinosaur species ever tied in with jurassic park...from anything..the video games to books...that would include metricanthosaurus and carcharodontasaurus...but if ya didn't know....metricanthosaururs was a megalosaur and it had high spines, about 10 inches long, and with accompying back muscles it would crate sort of a hump...in fact its name means literally "of moderate measure spine lizard"
