They should make a jurrasic park 4 (prequal not a sequal)showing what was going on on site B when they were making the dinisours. It would have action like in all of them showing what problems they had with the dinisours. It would be cool to see the storm set all of the dino's free .

At 1:04:13 PM on 5/23/2001, Mr. Arnold said:
I guess right after the storm hit on the first island and the on the second island the workers just fleed to safty ,fearing that the dinos might breek loose. Thats why all the eggs were hatched and some of the dino's were still in there tanks. It kind of makes you wonder if there were no fences on the breeding island than were was the safty in staying there.

By the way, I believe it was stated very early on that the "surprise" actor (Actor, not character) would be one with whom Spielberg has previously worked with on several occassions. They also officially said that it would not be Harrison Ford. Why he is selectable on the poll, I have no idea. But Richard Dreyfuss (Jaws, Close Encounters) came to mind...

Oh yes, and you can probably dig up that statement somewhere in the archives of movieheadlines.net.

I certainly hope JP3 IS longer than 95 minutes.. By the way, the reason most of the raptors in TLW were orange with dark stripes is because they wanted to emphasize the difference in sexuality. The male raptors were given stripes, the females were left a sort of golden-brown.

It says "95 minute" dose this mean the film is 95 miutes long?!

Know what I think? Those raptors and dilos and every other dino in a tank is very good detail. Gives the movie depth. Kinda like that Jurassic Park mural in TLW.

By the way, they are in tanks so they'd grow faster. After they hatch, BAM! It's in the tank for them. Maybe that's why they are so upset!

P.S. What's the big deal about the dilophosaur in the tank. It doesn't even look that much like a dilo. I'm not impressed by a dilophosaurus in a tank. What's the deal??

I'm afraid I'd have to disagree with you on "The Mummy Returns"'s visuals.

They were absolutely incredible. This movie used the most CGI animation I've ever seen in my life, and it all looked INCREDIBLE. I especially liked the entire last pyramid scene where everything was getting sucked in, and when all the dog-like warriors (which were about 10x the amount of fighters in Braveheart) were all running towards the good guys. Absolutely incredible. I thought they did the Scorpian/Man guy pretty well, too. It looked real enough. :)

I share your oppinion Darknodin. The SFX in Mummy Returns were crap.Huge amounts of computer animated Dogwarriors doesn`t make them also good, and hell they aren`t!Especially the face of the Scorpion King(The Rock)was big crap.It looks damn unrealistic;it looks like CG.And new movies must have graphics that doesn`t look like CG! And I think JP3 will be the movie that sets the new standard!!!

At 2:51:24 PM on 5/20/2001, Darknodin said:
In the picture It looks like the spino is lifeless... but that's a still so... maybe it moves well enough... the raptor looks great though, computer animated but still it looks real (unlike some dog warriors in The Mummy)

If you remember in the preview, where Tea gets closer and closer, the raptor stays absolutely still until she's almost close enough to catch. It was a mini trap. He just wanted a bite. (haha)

Well my thoughts on that are, it could fit it self through therer somehow, or it is dazed or something, or it could be part of a trap

HERE'S A BIT OF IRONY: If the velociraptors are SOOOOO intelligent, why is this one trying to catch Mrs. Leoni by squooshing itself through the 2 glass things... it should be smart enough to go around... doesn't it have the brain enough to see it's body mass can't fit through that space?

hehehe... just a thought... But, still... great job, Joe Johnston. ;-)

HAHAHA... the cast pic-- all with their blood spotches and marks all over them. That's hilarious...

The spino pic looks AWESOME. I can just picture what that will look like on the screen... the panicked rush... AAHHHH!!!!! And Grant's fear, since he knows what the dino is... and what it's capable of... :-)

    AWESOME. Great job, Joe Johnston.

ahhh the dilophosaurus, it'd be nice to saee a full grown one stead of the teensy weensy one in the original. But it doesn't seem to be doing anything of much suspended in the tank...ay?
