Most of the bald characters in the JP movies were killed or thought to have been killed. Robert Muldoon was a snack to the raptors. Donald Gennaro, got caught sitting on the shitter. Eddie Carr ended up like a piece of taffy between two Rexes. Peter Ludlow was a little Rex's chow, and Ajay Sidhu was thought to have been eaten in the tall grass by some Raptors.
Who could it really be, Steven Spielberg? He's balding.

The returning character doesn't really have to be a human. Yet, if you look at the photo from Bob's site the guy thats dresses in the black suit looks like Roland Tembo, (Pete Postlethwaite)without the shaved head from TLW. (Take a look at DragonHeart, the bald spot seems to match up with his when he had hair in that movie) You would think since we was a game hunter he would have the money, and the suit would show people you had money. Plus he has been to Isla Sorna before so he would know most of the way around the island. So I think the guy in the black suit is Roland Tembo.
