I'm so glad that they're working on a DVD! And I just got a DVD player for Christmas! Yay!!! It did suck that we had to wait SO long for JP to come out on video. It was torture! At least now we won't have to wait so long.

They're working on the DVD already?! Damn, that's quick. JP3 probably will be released on VHS and DVD soon after it's theatrical release. Awesome news!

just thinking about the possiblity of seeing trailer, or the movie or the DVD is making me wet my pants. ITS ALL GOOD IN THE JURASSIC PARK WORLD

....cept the fact there is still no trailer, yeah that sucks

its annoying i have to pay my hard earned money to see a 2 minute trailer and then sit through a shit movie. the first one was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo bad, i have no hope in the second one (the mummy that is..)

the mummy returns should be a big hit for universal which is why i can see the jp3 trailer will be released with it as not much hype needs people to go and see dinosaurs at the cinema especially when it has the jurassic licence wether it will have legs depends on the quality of the movie if jp3 is a good movie it could very wel outdo the lost world at the box office as many saw the lost world as a dissapointment and it was still a huge international boxoffice hit.

Let's hope the DVD (or the movie) is MORE than 95 minutes.

Jurassix got a much better grounding than Mummy. Jurassic Park is the third best Box Office blockbuster of all time, Lost World is tenth, and, what's this?
Waaaaaaay back here at number 35, The Mummy. Mummy Returns or Jurassic Park 3, I think that's pretty obvious.

And what's with that poll about Lost World being better than the original?! Hell no!!!
Jurassic Park is, by far THE best ever film of all time, and that's that.

Mummy sucks? More like it's gonna rule! So did the first one, so will the Scorpion King, that's why Universal is hyping it so much! Not to say that JP3 won't be the shiznit, just that Universal has two AAA movies in their belt

I just want to comment on the recent poll. How can anybody with a clear mind claim that TLW was better than the original Jurassic Park? That's just wrong...

After "Mummy", they will show the trailer a whole lot.

Why are you little girls complaining about?

Like Dan said, this is so it isn't over-hyped.

People will, even though it sucks, see "Mummy", see and remember the trailer, and Universal will rake in the dough.

Here's the full report with the JP3 blurb:

Universal's Legend: Collector's Edition (2-discs) has been postponed, but we expect it to be released in August to coincide with MGM's Hannibal disc. They also have How the Grinch Stole Christmas in the works, as well as The Mummy Returns and Jurassic Park III. We still hear that The Back to the Future Trilogy is on the way for this summer, and that Schindler's List is in production for the holidays. And late 2002 will see director Steven Spielberg's E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial: Special Edition, with new and expanded scenes.

NO KIDDING!!! I can't stand that they're working on all this cool stuff behind our backs and they can't even show us a sample of it. Even a teaser with ten seconds of footage would kick so much ass. I mean, consider the hype that Star Wars Episode 1 got..and all just from a little two-minute trailer. If JP3 did something like that...well, screw the suspense element, everyone who sees that trailer should be psyched for JP3's release. I mean, the trailer doesn't even exist yet and there are still hundreds of people that flock to this site to catch the latest news...
