    Helllloooo, aybody in there?
Euoplocephalus is a species of ankylosaur (a herbivor obviously) how can it look and act like a therapod?

DiloRaptor spits venom at people who mistake four legged herbivores for therapods

    Aren't Euoplocephalus plant eaters?

USA today was wrong... they can be you know.. and because of the teeth and all I don't think it is a Spinosaurus... (by the way... i don't think there is a sail) and it doesn't look like a T-REZ either...i think it is an Euoplocephalus!

Hey Rake, its called a JOKE. The dictionary says -
    1. anything said or done to arouse laughter, spec.; a) a funny anecdote with a punchline b)an amusing trick played on someone; 2. the humorous element in a situation; 3. a thing done or said merely in fun (I think this is the big one in this situation); 4. a person or thing to be laughed at, not to be taken seriously, because absurd, ridiculous, etc.

Maybe you are the true loser for getting this worked up about this, while not JOKING.

At 1:48:42 AM on 3/14/2001, Rake said:
This is pretty funny, seeing all of you running around saying, "Spino," and when someone from the Rex side actually challenges that viewpoint, and then actually tries to PROVE their case, you jump on them and call them stupid for it. What losers, I don't see any of you trying to analyze the picture and disprove Tyran't myriad points to the contrary, and until you do, none of you has the right to talk any shit, any at all.

To clear something up, JP Animal Control, I didn't call you an idiot. You are at this site, therefore, you are not an idiot. :)

Besides, I would never call someone an idiot who had put all that effort into finding out about a trailer.

At 7:18:19 PM on 3/13/2001, dinosniper said:
yup. spino. that's right. does anybody else need to confirm it? there are hundreds of people that are saying "everyone shut up! it's a spino!" and i'm one of them.

    dinosniper out

Gee, it's really quite simple. All answers to JP/// mysteries begin with s. Spino. Sorna. See?

I can't believe that we're all agreeing on something obvious for a change. :) We've come a long way I guess.

DaSchwingman: I think that mustard colored dino with the yellow eye is an Ankylosaurus. We'll just have to wait to find out though. But its definitely not a Spinosaur.

i am usally very subjective about all matters on these message boards...but how can any one have a good reason to think it is a t-res there are no feautures on it that qualify for it to be one. It is "unquestionalby" a spinosaur

At 11:22:38 PM on 3/12/2001, DaSchwingMan said:
Do you guys remember a while back when that live webcast came out there was a picture of that mustard colored dinosaur? Could that be the Baryonx that has been rumored in JP3? A lot of people had thought that it was in fact the Spinosaur, but it is way to small to be the spino, plus we know that the Spino is not a yellow color. If you still dont know what I am talking about it is the one pic that we got of the close up on the eye.

At 11:11:05 PM on 3/12/2001, Twistr said:
that one guys point was good. the teeth look identical. But nonetheless, the pic is indeed a spino!!

Dan, are you saying we disagree on everything in the JP community?!

Oh come on now, I completely disagree!!!

I am not an idiot. I said SPINOSAURUS!!!

Almost everyone on that site is an idiot. It is a Spino! Who says two large predators can't have similar eye arches? Plus, comparing it to the cartoon-y Spino is just dumb.

Dan's JP3 Page: Its where the smart JP fans hang out. :)

At 8:28:36 PM on 3/12/2001, Majin said:
Why are people even fighting over this, it is obvious that it's a Volociraptor, DUR!!

lol I know that that's not true but it's just shows that some people are to stupid to realize that it is a Spino.

    At 8:27:19 PM on 3/12/2001, SpinoDino613 said:
    It's totaly a spino. No doubts :)

Don't see much of the dino, BUT the face. The way it looks, It's a SPINOSAURUS.

I knew eamediately that it was a Spino. I know the rex. I can't belive anyone who thought that it was a Sino. Also, the sail was in good vision.

At 6:53:02 PM on 3/12/2001, JP Animal Control said:
Yes it is a Spinosaurus! The caption beside the pic clearly says Spinosaurus on the attack. Thank you Gladiator6k for beliving me. :)

    At 5:54:45 PM on 3/12/2001, Gladiator6k said:
oh my god.... in USAtoday it said "SOINOSAURUS APPROACHES CAGE" jpanimalcontrol has been saying that the past few days, and he is the one who found the pic

I cannot believe there was a debate over which one that was, that is like the arguement over whether the new logo was a Spinosaurus, or raptor, it is pretty damn obvious, lol,

That was me you contacted, Zeta. And I wrote you back too. Basically, I know about as much about the plot as you guys do. My source signed waivers and the like after learning about the plot and seeing the animatronics, and therefore cannot release any information regarding the movie. He did, however, confirm the animal in the picture to be a _Spinosaurus_. Unfortunately, as is so often the case, some people just chose not to listen...

At 2:44:05 PM on 3/12/2001, Thorne said:
Of course it's a spino. Rexes do not have sails on their backs. And look at the arms of the creature. They're HUGE!

At 12:44:25 PM on 3/12/2001, Zeta Gundam said:
BTW, I've contacted the person who claims to know somebody on the production staff, and have asked some questions about the film-mainly if there is more to the plot than the "Rescue the kid" angle, what dinosaurs are going to be in it apart from those announced, and also what island it's on.

Unbelieveable that they're actually going to the trouble of doing diagrams to prove their point, when I can sit there and say "Thats not the T-Rex. Thats a Spino"

    BTW I'm Chris2 :)

look at the snout it's a lot narrower than what the t-Rex snout should be. Its most deffinet that it's a spino.

Hehehe. Most of their talk about the orbital ridges is funny. They think the snout is part of a orbital ridge. (Chuckle chuckle chuckle).
    Peace,

It's obvious it was a Spino. You can clearly see it's sail and it's long arm.
