I think everyones gotten mixed up with the news from AICN earlier this week, these are pictures of the Comnications building made to look even older the in lost world. Maby they (Ingen) revamped it for a while so that it would in the four years since TLW ingen had gone there stocked up there island for whatever reason the left ther again, so that building looks different but old.
