if there was a baryonyx belowit it has to be small look at it there is almost no room for a baryonyx

look at the re-ak tag and to the side you wil see his foot in the box so it is his arm either that or he has three feet, or comes with a solitary unstrapped in arm to eat or sumthin

At 2:02:44 PM on 2/13/2001, gribblikk said:
you can see his two feet in the box and a third appendage laying there

Uh guys, I don't wanna point out the seemingly obvious, but there doesn't seem to be another Dino in the box with the Spino. He's tipping backwards in the box, and those 'arms' in the bottom of the box are actually his feet

JurassicRaptor is right, the T-rex/Spino art is on the right IN FRONT OF THE TOY HELICOPTER.

There is like a whole different dino under neath that Spino in the box/card,different hands. It MIGHT be the Bary but well have to wait and see.

Its definently a "retooled" JP dilo. I'm holding my dilo up to the screen now, its the same head and body, with new features added, just like the raptor with the motorcycle which is retooled also.

At 8:59:25 PM on 2/12/2001, Tango said:
Yeah its not his arm, its an entirely new dinosaur. But which one? Is it the Baryonyx that was rumored to come with the Spinosaur? :)

At 8:52:12 PM on 2/12/2001, DarthMaulSithLord said:
    Don't think it's his arm

check out the spino in the box pic its arm is laying on the bottom of the box

i say the spitter was made from the classic model but not hollow like the original and the carved the dino damage into its side the frill is from the electronic spitter but it seems to be backwards in the pic

ARRGHH! I've just discovered MY first dissapointment with the JP3 line. The Raptors Attack playset is indeed a repaint of the old JP Command Compound, just as I had speculated before. Oddly enough I'll still probably get it. Here's the link to prove it by the way, thanks to Oviraptor.

    Who says it won't?

No, these were just the ones from the window of the building where Toy Fair was being held. I'm sure we'll get more pics soon! Hopefully of the Brachiosaur. I hope not everyone has their hopes up for this toy though. I'm sure I'll like it, but I'd LOVE IT if it was a scaled to size adult.

    Hope not

Do you think these are the last pictures we're gonna get?¿?¿?

At 7:16:54 PM on 2/12/2001, Tango said:
The Dilophosaur is a completely new sculpt as well. Hold either of your JP Dilos up to the screen and you'll see that in fact the JP3 dilo is in fact a little taller, has a new sculpt, moveable arms, a new frill, dino-damage, plus its ReAkATak.

At 7:15:30 PM on 2/12/2001, Tango said:
Those censors are so tiny that a piece of "dino-damage" flesh could easily fit over them. If that's not the case, then I will be extremely surprised at this too. But it would only make sense to have the flesh on there (besides the obvious reason). Imagine kids playing with a spino, then oh no, a T-Rex bites into its side, revealing the wound, and the Spinosaur begins to scream. Cool!

Oh, and a raptor with a crest can be seen in the corner next to the lego set at action figure. She's the matriarch that pins down grant near the end.

I hate the spino's maniacal grin. Damn you, you're not going to win!! I also don't like the JP leg brand with the slash marks. Tacky like a pteranodon with teeth, oh wait....

At 6:20:14 PM on 2/12/2001, Ultraraptor said:
The Dino Damage is not repairable, its the sensors for the re ak atak thing. The Dilo is a retooled JP dilo (another Jp/// retooled dino)

The Rex/Spino picture on the box is just a game like the LW battling raptors!

THats a lot of merchandise. Anyway, the rex still has yellow feet!!!!!!!!

Just in case anybody didn't notice, look at the raptor for a sec. Look ma, no feathers. Maybe this is just the toy, but it looks like a good sign for all you feather haters. And yeah, a dilo in this movie would be pretty cool. They should of had a pack in TLW.

Gladiator, that is just showing movement of the spinos hand

At 5:39:57 PM on 2/12/2001, Tango said:
Don't worry they'll be repairable. JP and TLW both had repairable dino wounds, why wouldn't JP3?

how come in the trex spino fight art thing on the box u see 3 spino hands? 2 right next to each other than one slashing at the rex

I want all the Spinos, they looks awesome, but the wounds better be repairable or my money will slip through Hasbro's fingers.

i think the spino toy we saw first was the electronic delux spino and the one we see here in the box is the basic re ak a tak and the one out of the box is the animatronic spino, the rex looks kinda stupid with that new color scheme, THE DILO IS AWESOME!!

I can't whait to get them. Oh and Dan I know someone who works at toys r us so I mite be able to get you some info.

The top of the line Spino is definately there; he's the one in most of the photos out of the box, next to the jeep and behind the Pternodon...
he's huge... bigger than any of the large Rexes from the previous lines...

The legos look pretty cool too. I like the idea of the sets being from the filming of the movie, instead of just scenes from the movie. Hopfully, Lego will put out similar sets from the major scenes in JP and TLW; like the main road attack with the Explorers, or the double trailer attack.
Also, I'm not shure if the really big dinos are pictured, it's hard to get a sence of scale. And what's up with all the yellow/orange/red coloring for the dinos? Is this their fall plumage, or something?

They are very detailed but I don't think those damn wounds can be "repaired" they're the "sensors"

I think all the toys look ugly and can't even be compared to the first movies toys. I hope these are just proto types they just made very fast for this fair cause I don't want any of it if it looks like this. Oh and can anyone tell me what that Re-Attack means cause those are the ugliest ones of all (except for that interactive raptor that thing looks more like a turkey)!!!

At 2:07:06 PM on 2/12/2001, gribblikk said:
the rex on the box and the rex toy have the same coloring its odd, the rex seems small too

MY EXPLANATION its the baby rex from the lost world 4 years to mature hammond said so it may be the young one mature but not full grown the rex adults from tlw were already a couple of months old before the hurricane so it makes sence to have it a little smaller

Don't worry about the Rex. We have yet to see the BIG T-Rex. :)

Hey guys, the spino we're seeing in these pics is a different one than the last toy spino pics we saw. It must have been the juvenille. but this one is huge.

The spino rocks! The pteranadon is MASSIVE! The dilo looks more realistic than previous dilo toys! But that rex still looks a bit small to me.

Well, Stan said he didn't "make" any dilos. But it could be that they just used a computer generated one, or perhaps even the old animatronic... Well it would be fun to see it just for a moment, maybe somewhere in the background?
