He said he "held claws" with some dinosaur during the making of the original JP. He has a dino-fetish. I KNEW it!

Oh one more thing i meant 3 years since they were at the island.

I remember that too spinosaurus vs t-rex but even with the different versions there would be 30 slightly different spieces of raptor last version was 3.0. i understand they all might not be successful but if that versions theory is true there would also be dinosaurs that weren't lysine dependent. The different spieces that roam the Lost World aka Isla Sorna would include Pachys, Gallimimmus, parasaurlophus, Trike, Brachio, Apatosaurus, Dilophosaurus, T-rex, Velociraptors, Compys, Stegos, Spino, i think thats all sorry if not please add. With those listed if they're multiple versions of these speices this island would be packed if it isnt already. I think that would work S vs T but too many flaws. The spino with no doubt probably has a brother/sister cause like all JP dinosaurs it finds a way to breed. One last thing off subject LONG LIVE THE T-REX

Those headcrests bother me a lot. I think they are changing the dinos around too much.

I do not like the feathered crests, it makes them look too much like Talon off of Primal Rage, well, his headcrest was huge, and solid white, but still makes them look like it, and I think what Sam Neill said about the raptor was hilarious, lol,

Actually, Tyrant Lizard King, the raptors have been there closer to 8 or 9 years, but I get your point about them evolving way too fast. I think I have a solution. In the book, they were making different versions of each species of dinosaur and naming them like computer names. I can remember it because it bothered Grant. Maybe this raptor with feathers is just one of the other versions.

Sounds to me like he's trying to get people to see the movie... More like advertising mumbo-jumbo. Oh well, I do think he's reffering to feathers.

At 12:29:06 AM on 1/30/2001, Dilophosaurus said:
I think he just meant haircut, like a girl, not meaning the feathers. Notice the personification of the raptor.

    When did he say that?

haha! that's funny...didn't Sam say something about holding a raptor's hand..err..claw during the first JP too? lol

At 8:57:42 PM on 1/29/2001, Tyrant Lizard King said:
I'd like to know how these dinosaurs keep changing. What the heck is on those islands some kind of evolution syrup. The raptors on Sorna have evolved in three years. The T-Rexes seem to have some kind of color changing ability. I understand the new spieces but come on how could they change so quickly.

    P.S. long live the T-Rex
    .

He didn't mean it had feathers, he didn't say that.

Are there any pics of the feathered Velo's?? Technically the feathered head crests would be more scientifically accurate.

At 7:00:40 PM on 1/29/2001, JP Animal Control said:
Maybe that is a differnt type of raptor. Maybe they have both Velociraptors and another type of raptor that they put feathers on. Maybe?

    At 6:49:47 PM on 1/29/2001, sal2 said:
I like the head crests. But Stan Winston said that there were only subtle changes to the raptors. The new color and that head crests are really drastic changes if you ask me.

I guess this proves that raptors will have head-crest feathers
