With those listed if they're multiple versions of these speices this island would be packed if it isnt already. I think that would work S vs T but too many flaws. Actually, Tyrant Lizard King, the raptors have been there closer to 8 or 9 years, but I get your point about them evolving way too fast. I think I have a solution. In the book, they were making different versions of each species of dinosaur and naming them like computer names. I can remember it because it bothered Grant. Maybe this raptor with feathers is just one of the other versions.
