Well, thats weird. Fox had a super bowl teaser for Independence Day, and that came out in July.

Only kidding. Downer yes, but not the end of the world. Part of me is still hoping against hope that there will be one, but they are keeping it a secret (which would make absolutely no sense).
I think we will see a JP3 teaser with Hannibal, a full one in March or April. Seeing Angelina and her big pistols on S.B.S. will be good enough, I guess.

If Universal is smart, they won't have any untill at least three months before the movie's release. If they start hyping JP3 too soon, people will get tired of the previews. Maybe us diehard fans would not tire of seeing previews, but not everyone is a big fan.
As for those of you who want to see an ad for Hannibal, I have already seen both theatrical and TV previews for it.

While we all want JP3, yes, I also want JP3, it would not be smart to start the advertising barrage this early. There is a couple of good reasons.
First, traditionally, a movie that has not had a trailer in theaters before the Super Bowl does not have one during it.
Secondly, The Mummy Returns. They don't want to take hype away from this movie. They dont want it to be overlooked so to speak. The Mummy Returns is just about as anticipated for this summer as JP3 is.
Thirdly, as we have all learned, hype too early is a BAD thing. We all get our hopes up, and, well...
Besides, no one seems to know when JP3 is coming out. Recent reports say August (most likely another country). I still think June.
I would like to see Universal take a lower key approach to this movie than they did with TLW. I dont want so much of this movie shoved down my throat before it comes out, because then I can enjoy it.
