In the N64 game 'Beetle Adventure Racing', there is a level where you drive through a Jurassic Park-type area with electrical fences and a t-rex. (From: limebubble)

It's like in my fanfic, JP4, Wu explains to Grant who never herd about the spino that they had to kill it months before he came to the island because it was to dangerous, and never told it to him because Hammond thougt that Grant would close the park. Another baby spino growed on isla sorna, and was'nt adult in TLW, satisfyed ?

It does get boring in Australia, even though today is Australia Day.....

Fair points, the only problem is the tour guide says nothing like that (and Nedry is talking about other dinos in comparison {"you're not so bad"}). Maybe you should listen to your own advice.

Besides, the only point I was trying to make is that dino inaccuracies/changes/etc don't really affect the movie.

They might still put in carnotosaurs in JP3. Maybe Universal just hasn't talked about it yet.

To the theory stating that Nublar or Sorna could not support large predators. Are you forgetting what they eat these herbivores could feed a T-Rex family for weeks. With the great numbers of herbivores these animals could live their true lifespans. The Lost Worlds solution to this problem was that the animals fed off the carcasses of large herbivores. The predator they should have added is the Carnotaurus not the spinosaurus. The spinos massive size make it hard to believe that you would not have seen it or heard about it in the other two movies. The carnotaurus was just hiding in the other films. So if there is going to be a JP4 please put in the Carnotaurus.

If you payed attention while watching Jurassic Park you would notice Denny saying: "aren't you supposed to be bigger?" or something when he meets the dilophosaur. During the ride in the cars the voice also states how big they are, bigger than the little one Dennis meets. Ergo, the dilo Dennis meets is a kid, not an adult. Just thought I'd clear that one up for you. And the fan and spit were just things added for our viewing pleassure, nothing to bother ourselves about. I'm still wondeirng how Spino survived on fish being that big and fish being so small. Me out

At 2:07:19 AM on 1/25/2001, ellersaur said:
And one more thing: Velociraptors were originally "upsized" by Mr. Spielberg. These raptors are more like Utahraptors, which to my knowledge, were discovered when JP was being filmed.

At 2:04:32 AM on 1/25/2001, ellersaur said:
    Lets talk about dino-inaccuracies:
The Dilophosaurus was (a) bigger in real life than in the movie, (b)did not have a fan (that is know of), and (c) probably did not spit poison. Did these facts ruin JP? No.

And Gambler, please stop asking meaningless questions that unsettle everyone. Ask some real questions.

Besides, Isla Nublar could never support a Godzilla-sized predator in the first place.

At 7:51:40 PM on 1/24/2001, T-rex vs. Spinosaurus said:
I don't know why so many of you are upset because the spinosaurus is too big. The reason the hand is so large is that Spinosaurus had unusually long arms and large hands (to snatch up fish). It doesn't mean that the hand has the same proportions as the t-rex. Horner would have to be crazy to make it look Godzilla-sized like it would if the hand was in the same proportion to its body as the t-rex

At 3:58:52 PM on 1/24/2001, Thorne said:
There could have been more rexes on Sorna. We only saw one family, but that does not mean that there are only three.
And as for the spinosaurus, why the hell do people keep calling it small? The bones found of spinos are MASSIVE. And you cannot make the model of an extinct creature truely accurate. We know what their bones look like, not there skin. It looks awesome.
And so does the new crested rapror.
Has anyone considered the movie might begin with baryonix?
According to Allesandro Nivola there will be soome in JP3.

So what are you saying? all knowledge about the spino died with the skeleton that was being destroyed. I read somewhere about other skeleton parts found, so it's not like they're enitrely on bare ground. I can admit the hand looks kinda godzilla. But when I read in some dino-books I have it acctually seem pretty accurate. But the pictures I've got...

Ok, so I realized I caused some controversy with my last poll (Grandchildren\Tourcars), and i still think Hammond was talking about Tim and Lex, but I have another unanswered...well...uhh...question. (Sorry Dan, sleepless nights ahead)
After the phone conversation with Grant finishes abruptly ("It's gonna come through the glass!!"), why does Hammond scream "DON'T!!!!" It will stand out to me to being one of Jurassic's most interesting moments, but what does it all mean?!!! Is he yelling at Grant not too shoot, or to the Dinosaurs not to attack?

okay another one i am over doin this, anyway the dinos take 4 years to grow up so there would be 3 adult tyrannosaurs i.e. the infant from jp:tlw and probally another brood from the mated pair of rexes, oh and the t-rexs traipse is just a pun or something like that, it doesnt mean anything
i say there are no soybeans on nublar, unlike sorna, because the plants were imported there for a jurassic feel sothe lisine problem would of killed the dinos in 2 weeks but maybe not the ones breed in the wild hmmmmm

hey, oviraptor there are supposed to be ankylosaurus and baryonyx (one of my favorite dinos) in the movie to

they said its the island that the trexes T.REXES traipse well in jp 1 there was only one TREX and in TLW there was two trexes so this is happening on isla sorna because they said it happens on the island where the TREXES thats plural T.rexes traipse...so now it is cleared up!

At 4:20:45 PM on 1/22/2001, Thorne said:
I doubt we'll see any pictures of the ankylosaurus untill post production is done. Considering this animal will be entirely computer-generated.

But keep the spino pics coming, Dan. They rock.
