The truck Grant gets out of in JP3 belongs to Jack Horner, dinosaur consultant for all three JP movies. A quick shot of the logo on the door reads, "Montana State University Dept. of Paleontology" and "Museum of the Rockies", the name of Horner's museum in Bozeman, MT.

JP3 kicks ass. Not only that's coming out. I'm also looking forward of other movies like...

    1. Mummy Returns
    2. Rush Hour 2: Return of the Dragon.
    3. Pearl Harbor
    4. Planet of the Apes
    5. Dr. Dolittle 2
    6. Tomb Raider: The Movie (definetly can't wait to see.)
    7. Godzilla 2 (should come out).

But it's really impossable TITANIC 2 is coming out, the bitch already sank!

hey man, the reports on tlw where positive before it came out, and it sucked. So, if the JP3 reports says it sucks, what do ya expect? It's gonna be awsome !

Geez man! Chill out! I could start harassing this site like others do, but I'm not going to. I'm very much a JP fan too! But considering the facts that TLW sucked, the script is being changed every day, some reports have worrying contents, Spielberg isn't directing it anymore and since most of the reports of LotR are extremely positive, Peter Jackson is a extremely gifted director, most of the actors are very good, there's a budget of 270 million dollars, it has the greatest fantasy story of the 20th century and it is something that has never been done before - I am placing by bets on LotR.
But I still hope JP3 will be very cool (at least better than TLW) and the script makes a bit sense. I hope for the best for both movies.
    Peace.

Really I voted before I read the story about it. I didn't know what it was all about. It'll never stack up to the original. Story WAS the best part of them all. For all I knew, they were just re-releasing it or something (planet of the apes).
Yeah-I live in a small Indiana town, but my father was a writer at universal in the 70's. He tells me he had an office next to Cary Grant's, he got to show Clint Eastwood around the studio one time, and he even met Spielberg (casual stuff like on elevators or just passing) on occassions. (before he was a big cheese) He would hang out in the make-up department and watch chambers, stan winston senior (--JP's stan winston is his son I believe), and those guys doing make up for Apes, Island of Dr. Moreau, and other sci-fi's. My dad has tapes he recorded of them talking, and some photos. Even some test make up photos. I even have some original latex face make up from planet of the apes that my dad got from out there. (the eyebrows and nose/upper jaw piece). I'm just 17, by the way, so this was long before I was around. He even got to hold Chambers' academy award he got for Apes.
I know this is a bit off the JP subject, but I thought it was kinda interesting.

Wow that's cool Ed Regis. BTW I love the Planet of the Apes series, I've got 'em all (and will eventually get the "Evolution" DVD edition). Chambers did an excellent job on those projects and was well ahead of his time. On that note, guess who just got into Hollywood and was helping out on the production of Battle of the Planet of the Apes in 1973? Stan Winston himself... he was a makeup assistant on the fifth film. Still I vote for JP/// because while I love Tim Burton's work, the first Apes worked because of its story, because it was thought provoking, and while Burton will undoubtedly make the picture LOOK great, I have doubts that he can do something nearly as socially relevant as the original Apes film was.
