both blue screens and green screens can be used for CGI puposes, it just depends on wich one the crew picks, or director.

i am pretty sure the black tarp is the back side of the blue screen, thats what the scaffolding is for according to the news, a GIANT blue screen so that the paragliders and pteranodons can be added using cgi. it is probably time for them to film that sceen on that set.
