We have that Lynx2000. Dan keeps a running backlog of old news. he still had his TLW ones a while ago.

Hmmmm. This actually gives me an idea. Someone should like keep all this info. And when JP3 comes out, we would know wether all this stuff is true or not...

    Sounds great though.

Hey Ovi, where was it mentioned that the Brachs are going to be back for another round? I'm not doubting you or anything, just wondering where that news item is.. must of missed it.

Well, if you liked this scene, you'll love another scene I have posted at my website. It's the ending scene of JP3, one which was scrapped though ;)

Thanks Bob, and as Oviraptor said, at least the brachiasaurs are back. Also if they have a group of dinosaurs maybe will get to see some new herbivore dinosaurs!

At 9:50:18 PM on 11/8/2000, Oviraptor said:
yeah it does.. it sounds similar to the scene in the Visitor's Center in JP with the raptor's..

    This scene sounds cool.

    Yeah.

It would'nt be dull if there was a large scale stampede scene with about fifty herbivores, especially if some of the main characters are stuck in the middle of it.

    Bob what about Hammond?

At 9:02:18 PM on 11/8/2000, Gallimimus said:
You think a herbivore dinosaur isn't exciting, Bob? I have to disagree with you. I hope you don't really think this...

I haven't seen any reference to an Ankylosaurus. I do have references to 'groups' of dinosaurs. Maybe it is part of a group. It is a plant eater, so wouldn't be too exciting.

I love the raptors idea. But thta's about all i can believe. Also, a bloodied bandana? What a cliche!

I hoped this scene would be in the movie! Sound a little cartoony(the swinging throug trees part) but everything else sounds good, especially the part about the bloody bandana

P.S. Bob, can you please tell me if their will be an anklyosaur in the movie. It was posted on an earlier news post, but now I'm not sure. Maybe the person who knew this would know? Does anyone know his e-mail address?

Oh, and Carter. To clear get the nagging in the back of my head: The guy the female rex steps on in TLW while chasing everyone through that gully was Carter. But you're right. That was a cool scene! ^.^

At 6:41:42 PM on 11/8/2000, Tyrannical King said:
WEll, there's a problem, Gallimimus. In the JP book, as you said, the raptor's could climb (I'll bve sure of this in a week or so. Reading the book right now--for the fifth time--and I'll confirm that.) trees. But in TLW, when Richard Levin is stuck in a tree, he said that they couldn't climb. So that might not be for sure that they climb up into the tree after them. But I like the idea of a pack of raptors. The other two movies only show two together in one scene.

JPJournalist they are not the official JP3 trailers. They have nothing to do with Universal. They are fan made.

    Found TRAILERS finally.
    The website is:http://www.lascincomuertes.com/index_jp3trailers.html

They are really really cool. The first one is a kid and a dog. The second is a really cool cutaway scenes from JP and TLW.

Thanks for clarifying this out, Carter.

Ever seen a movie called Army of Darkness (Evil Dead 3). Thats a good example of tongue in cheek horror.

At 6:05:04 PM on 11/8/2000, Carter said:
Uurrmm an example, the guy on the toilet in JP (at least he was sitting in the right place), the guy who gets stamped on by the T Rex in TLW and sticks to its foot like chewing gum. Its just a scene that despite its contents can still be quite amusing.

At 5:38:29 PM on 11/8/2000, Oviraptor said:
yeah? I was wondering the same thing..

At 5:22:35 PM on 11/8/2000, Gallimimus said:
What is a 'tongue in cheek' scene?

At 5:17:48 PM on 11/8/2000, Carter said:
I'd be happy if they had another one of those tongue in cheek death scenes. This movie just HAS to have one.

At 5:14:14 PM on 11/8/2000, Oviraptor said:
what is with you people and gore? a movie doesn't have to have gore for it to be good.. just look at JP.. it didn't haver much at all.. and it's an AWESOME movie!

    Right, right!

This sounds cool. It would be a cool scene, and good use of that cliff.

If done right this scene could be really cool. I didn't think they'd cut this one out. Has Nash’s character been cast, or has the name been changed from something else?

    Thank you Bob.

i think this sounds real. it also sounds pretty damn cool. raptors are definitley a good thing. and i also hope it has the tone of TLW. i don't know why every1 says that the look was bad to it. it was darker and scarier lookin' then JP. JP was still great lookin' though.

This scene fits with the information that I have. It is most likely very true.

Utahraptor: Don't you remember your JP novel? Don't you remember that exquisite scene involving Ellie climbing into a tree to escape the raptors, and then she notices that the raptors are able to climb trees too? That was very well-written.

Well Johnston did say there'd be alot of flying dinosaurs (reptiles) in JP3..

It seems to me that by all this news being sent in that the whole movie involves Pteradons. So surely either this one or others re fake.

The raptor thing sounds great, and has been bought up in a earlier news item.

Bob can you confirm this for us?

At 3:20:47 AM on 11/8/2000, Utahraptor said:
Well, eithe rthis is true, or the guy's been doing his homework. And everything fits togther. The cliff, the Raptor chase scene through the trees. But since when can Raptors climb trees?
